We RV seven months out of the year and last year we were in 23 states and travelled over 20,000 miles. Stopped by and got a couple of rib-eyes and my wife said they were the best she ever had. Take that Texas! Stopping by today before we get back on the road to stock up for some more.

The best beef stick Ive had in a long time little summer sausage little salami.I bought 4 lb of that grain-fed beef going to have me some good burgers.

Best customer service and highest quality meat we’ve ever had. Upon reading past reviews I see Josh Bean is complaining about the quality of a hog he had processed. When you look at the picture he included you can see it was processed in December of 2018. Ham is only good for 6 months in the freezer according to the cold storage chart I found on the internet. Shame on Josh for blaming the processor for his problem.The Butcher Block is the only place we buy our meat! They are also a HUGE supporter of our community! Thank you for all you do!

While you can get very nice cuts of meat and even plan ahead for a special event - I am rating poorly for customer service. It can be rather clique which I ignored for the good quality cuts, but mostly during a pandemic if you choose to wear a mask don’t go here because they are ok with rudeness to mask wearers.

They are very helpful. Have great quality meat at less than grocery stores, even Walmart.

I have been a customer for this place for years, but no more. When shopping there this week I was surprised and disappointed that the store had employed NO safety measures related to Covid, and was close to horrified that a worker (owner?) had an extended phone call, with no mask, talking loudly over the meat case. Even if there was no Covid issues to contend such behavior is very problematic. I suspect they considered social distancing, wearing a mask and sanitizing hands is only a political statement, rather than practical measures for running a business (no less a business that sells meat) during a pandemic. The Butcher Block has lost my business.

Riding through Laramie today and picked up a couple steaks so tender amazing Ill be back

I bought a half hog from them, every piece of meat was bloodshot, and patchy green. First of all how can a company have a great reputation if this is any measure of their quality. I wasted hundreds of dollars on meat not fit for animal consumption.

Best meat in town! This place will let you give them an order that your can pick up later, and has given a better price when the order is large. They also offer bones for the dogs free. The hot dogs are the best Ive ever had. I wouldnt buy anywhere else now.

The quality of meat offered here is so far above and beyond what you find at the grocery stores it is worth what you pay. You can go in and buy a single steak or order an entire pig.Staff is friendly and knowledgeable; feel free to ask them for recommendations based on your needs. Ive cooked for 30+ based on their information and help.
