Christy was wonderful! They called the minute my phone arrived and she was there to help me when I arrived after work. She was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant! Would highly recommend going to the local store in Laramie!!!

Thank you Josh!!! Went in needing help with my moms phone. She is not really tech savy and was having problems pushing the buttons and getting the phone to react. Josh slowed down the reaction times so she could use the phone without a problem. He took the time to explain various features and help her download some apps she was wanting as well. My girlfriend went in and got 4 new phones from switching from at&t to Verizon. The manager and Josh lied about the price of the phones stacking on 20 dollars on the total price. This place is sketchy. Josh would not allow her to take her phones home AFTER purchase to transfer everything on her own. Her trade in promos did not add onto the account and we had to take care of it ourselves. This is the worst verizon store in town. Avoid at all cost if you want to save money and headaches

Extremely helpful. I had an issue with my phone and Josh was able to help get it figured out. This is why I always go there to get my phone and mobile products.

The manager in this store has been rude, patronizing, and dishonest with me. She has lied in order to convince me to buy more than I needed to. She dismisses my questions as if they were my imagination and arent possible problems. I went to another store yesterday and got all my issues resolved. I will NEVER go to that store again. Josh is nice, but needs more training.

Verizon on 30th and Grand in Laramie is a great place to get good service, They are professional and are helpful in teaching how to use new Google Pixel 3 cell phone, Were seniors and were grateful for the tech info.

Great job!! Josh definitely understands what he is doing and took care of what we needed. Only downside is availability of phones. No guarantees on when supply would arrive. Ordered a new phone and have had to wait additional days from when it was promised.

I had issues w Verizon over phone bought two new phones they couldn’t even hook up l! I spent 8 hrs in phone w no answers then I went into this store and within a hr they had it all fixed amazing service, I’m not from this area but would almost drive to just go here for the service alone

I ended up having a phone emergency with my sons phone failing at 4:45 on a Friday night. I was able to catch Kristi before she left for the weekend by responding to a text she had sent not long ago following up on a prior purchase. Without hesitation she offered to meet me at the store with the replacement phone already pulled. By 5:30 I was back on my way with a new phone in hand. I went in to Verizon to look at my options of telephones and through Joshuas help was able to choose a phone and get it all set up with my old phone information transferred with in 30 minutes. When I went before a few years ago, it took about two hours. Joshua was great. He knew my sister and I did not have a lot of time.

Did NOT lie to me, did a proper upsale without just pushing personal opinion, had a knowledge of the ups and downs with each device (including but not limited to, stress/failure points, material the phone is designed with, etc.). Will definitely return for future help.

Calling Verizon directly is helpful, but you really dont know what youre getting without someone face-to-face explaining and showing you what youre getting and how to operate. Ordered a phone online and had to pick it up in store. I called both Grand stores just to double check which one it was at. Arajaha took my phone called and talked to me like she did not have the time to help me or give even subpar customer service. She was incredibly unpleasant and I will go out of my way to avoid doing business at this Verizon store.
