Worst wifi service for truckers in the country. Small yard but too many blind wifi spots. Paying 19.99 monthly for nothing. I couldnt reach the signal ever, and was important for my job no entertainment. 😡😡

Your typical Pilot, not much for truck parking although there are a couple of other fuel stations near. This area does have a pretty view of the mountains.

Stopped for gas. Went to one pump and the dispenser handle wouldnt work, went to another and the pump would hardly run. It took 10 minutes to pump 7 gallons of gas. The pump then didnt have any tape in it so I had to go in and wait in line to get my receipt. When politely I told the guy at the register that one pump didnt work at all and the other barley pumped fuel and then didnt have any receipt tape in it, he shrugged and said I know. My thought was, well then why dont you put the non working pumps out of order, and why dont you put receipt tape in the pump. As I left I told him, this is lousy, you guys need to get your act together.When I went in I passed one of the staff filling the cups. I asked her how she was and I got an ehh. Tried to have a short conversation with her and felt like I was putting her out.This is a poorly run store that I DO NOT RECOMMEND! And for me thats saying something because I look for reasons to leave 5 stars ... Not one reason here.

Its really horrible to watch your managers scream obscenities thier employees and then watch your employees get fired for that and nothing happened to the managers. Ive never seen such Disrespect to employees before

Clean station with bathrooms well manintained. A little cramped pulling into and out of the pump areas, but fast fueling. Overall a good place to stop. In my opinion, Pilot / Flying J stations have the best point systems there. Amazing amount of merchandise purchased with points.

There are ZERO travel center amenities for gas RVs here, and the lot is so small you are likely to get STUCK if you make the mistake of trying to pull into this trap. You are better off with any normal gas station than this falsely advertised travel center, unless you need diesel.

Probably one of the worst. Dirty counters. Food and drinks empty. Parking lot is pathetic. All employees just standing around. I only stop when I HAVE to fuel here...

NOT Campervan class B RV friendly. No rv. Only cater to big rigs. Car island no receipts. No cleaning.

We stayed 3 weeks just because we wanted to chill. Not a lot to do in the area, but that was ok. Most camper are only there 1 or 2 nights. There are a couple of nice scenic drives. One was Seminoe State Park and Snowy Range Scenic Byway. Staff at park are very friendly and helpful. Downtown Rawlins have a number of wild deer feeding. Rawlins is also the location for the Wyoming State Penitentiary built in late 1800. You can take a tour, which is worth the time if you like history.

I pay for premium internet at flying j. On 8/7 internet was unusable. Couldnt even text my wife.

Place is dirty, restrooms filthy and diesel and def pumps supper slow...... 14 minutes for 10 gallons of def, 22 minutes for 100 gallons of diesel

Very clean, well lit, staff was very polite. Loved the music they were playing. Bathrooms were clean. Middle of the night and the store was very well stocked. Im impressed by this pilot. Thank you for making my day better.

Its all under construction at the moment bathrooms of the men are showers 1 2 3 and 4 the rest is womens showers they do have washing machines for your clothes but for the most part theyre still working on it Wendys restaurant is still open through the remodeling that works.

Nice place to park your rig for the night. Staff in the Pilot and Wendys are pleasant to work with. Showers are clean and water pressure is great!! Verizon is on the slow side

This is the dirtiest pilot o have ever been to. The fuel pumps are dirty and broken. Need new fuel pumps. The bathrooms are the dirtiest I have ever seen lately. The def pumps are broken in the winter. Ugh

I traveled with my boyfriend for two weeks in his Semi truck. We always stopped at your Pilot for showers and food and snacks. Your facility is spotless and the showers are clean with nice hot water. Your entire staff is kind and courteous! We always found what we needed! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Always a great place to stop when traveling. Great coffee! Good snacks. Did you know that you dont have to be driving 18 wheelers to get a shower at the Pilot/Flying J truck stops? When traveling well into the night and a hot shower is what you need, you can get a good shower with a towel & wash cloth, plus dispensed soap to take a refreshing shower in a very well kept, clean shower. I rate 5 star for awesome staff, very clean showers, hot coffee and great snacks when traveling.

Scalding hot water out of the shower. Absolutely no cold water. I can deal with it the other way around. When the water is too hot to get under, that is no shower.

Much like many other Pilot travel centers they offer an assortment of both hot and cold foods and beverages.Night crew is good, looked bored out of their minds, but at nearly two A.M. that is par for the course I suppose.Had to stop to use the bathroom which was clean and smelled clean as well then got drinks and some other items.Cashier was nice and more than willing to take time to get us what we needed to get us on down the road.

Glad they had fresh coffee at 11pm at night.

Yesterday the manager was extremely rude while I was trying to check in for reserved parking. Now today, I am a diabetic in need of my medication to be refilled, and I offered $30 for a ride to the pharmacy because there are no taxis and I was told, “Awe sorry but I can’t ask anyone to do that for you”. I am a truck driver and I can’t park my truck just anywhere.

Great stop! They have a variety of gifts and food! The gas is as reasonably priced. The staff was wonderful, they greeted us and were busy keeping the place clean. Best part was how clean. All the food areas were spotless and the bathrooms were brand new and super clean. So nice to have a clean place to take your kids on the road.

Pilot and Flying Js need to have electronic systems operating correctly. I could not log into system to get discount so I decided reward them by not making any purchases. I decided this because this seems to be a mode of operation that needs to desist. I happened enough times for me to say enough. To Pilot and Flying Js in general, some stores claim to be privately owned and do not honor the driver rewards program. Disheartening. Drivers deserve better. Maybe its time to switch to Loves. I have had many positive experiences with Pilot and Flying Js, but a fly in the ointment is unpleasant. I am commenting out of love to help improve overall experience.

This was perhaps on of the best days of my life ever. The Pilot Truckstop experience is above amazing. truly the highlight of the trip. Who would have thought this attraction could be so life changing and inspiring. Im glad Google popped this little gem up for a review. Im still in awe. Will definitely be back, twice in most days even. 😂

Clean decent sized showers, small store

Love Pilot and Flying J stores. Theyre almost always clean inside and out. Their point system is way better than Petro/TA. Points work straight from the point card like a credit card. Can use your points at the fast food restaurant located in the store 80% of the time. The app. also has great weekly offers for drivers so download and check it out.

Do not refuel at this truck stop, here you will be deceived. No bonus points are awarded to you here. I fixed 200 gallons and received nothing. The cashier only smiled.

Has to be the worst pilot TS I have ever been in. No air to fill up a low tire, pump I was at # 23 was out of order major ruts at end of fuel island, just sort of trashy appearance overall. Lady manager was the only good thing I found there, she was really helpful trying to get pump to work and helping me to back out to get to another pump that worked. Had to go across road to get air for low tire, where I will continue to fuel at Loves.

Extremely nice people. Recently remodeled, great selection of goods, superior showers and Wendys is at top level. Mens bathroom is clean with expanded capacity. Good place for the family and tired truckers.

This is one of our favorite stops on i-80 and the reason Im giving it five stars has we have never had a bad experience there their showers are always clean the people in the pilot always go out of their way to help us make sure we have exactly what we need and theyre always friendly really cheerful and they have a Wendys so you dont have to do the roller food thing or hot case or anything like that you can just go right next door in order that delicious 5 for 5 biggie bag anytime you want and whatever you need from a convenience store these guys have unless youre looking for alcohol if youre looking for alcohol you have to go to an actual bar / liquor store

This is more of a review for the attached Wendy’s. Stopped in after a long day. Went in to Wendy’s to grab some food. There was a girls basketball team in there. The small staff looked overwhelmed but did the best they could. I had to wait a little but after they were done with the team they started taking orders and I got exactly what I asked for and the staff were friendly and thanked us for our patience.

What a s#!t show... ALWAYS HAVE DIESEL PUMPS DOWN... wont make drivers move who take their 30 min break in the few open pumps.. only bright spot is the Wendys

Counter staff general Lee played in knows what theyre doing on the gas side. Do not go to the Wendys restaurant at the Laramie pilot! They are slow. They never have what you order. Its always a 10 to 15 minute wait for French fries. They are not busy enough to have this many problems. They never have any salads available, and when you mention that their staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Either go to McDonalds on snowy range or drive across town to the Wendys on Grand avenue

The parking is good. I waited 45 minutes for a shower and their was no movement in the line. The two workers at the registers were the only ones there and were not very good. This is ok to park at, but dont expect much from the staff.

This is the most convenient stop for gas and food when travelling I-80 near Laramie. Wendys is a refreshing change when it comes to fast food fare at a travel center.

Nice place to stop, friendly staff good fuel prices and a great selection of food and snacks. Easy access to get right back on the road. (Personally have no reason to be in Laramie any longer than I have to be) clean restrooms as well so not much more to ask for from a gas station.

Large, clean showers with beautiful tile, sort of like the showers in a public pool. 5-6 hooks on the wall in the personal bathroom area outside, plus two in the shower. There is no door or curtain between the shower itself and the personal bathroom area, but the facility is big enough that it doesnt have to be a problem unless you shower wildly.

I always enjoy stopping at Pilot Travel Centers because the restrooms are always clean and it is fun to look at the amazing variety of merchandise which is usually reasonably priced. The staff has always been friendly and useful, too.

This Pilot always has nice friendly staff and clean restrooms. Good coffee, a dog run and generally a nice place for a pit stop.

The gas prices were the losest so we got gas. :) But there was no RV parking and had to cross the street to go to Loves. Loves has a nice dog walk area and RV parking. :)

Awesome experience!!!! As soon as I walked through the door Ashley greeted me with a very warm greeting & not a generic one as she was cleaning. I was just going to pay for my fuel & go straight to bed. Then Sophia walked up & greeted me as if I worked there or was family. These 2 really do make a great team & could not be more pleasant at the end of a rough day. These are two 5 star players that have smiles that light this place up. Please keep up the good work.

You towing an RV and pumping gas GOOD LUCK trying to maneuver in here. You can get out if you have skill but too many cars there on the way who dont care about you waiting. Restrooms clean and Wendys full.

Well stocked with a large area to walk around. Customer care here is on point. Has almost everything you need for road trip reups. Restrooms are cleaned well, prices are fair & employees try hard to make your pit stop experience worth stopping for.

This location is nice and restroom is clean and they are friendly but today we have a free offer but they don’t have stock and the day is start time is 7:07am why app say free item in all pilot they need to check where they have stock

Store was eh... Clean but not super clean. Employees were nice sure to greet you on entry. Pilot is a little pricy on there stuff. Ill stop here if i have to again.

This is a gas station with food places inside the building as well as the regular small shopping area. They were divided but had doorways between the different sections. It was nice.

Why does Pilot think their fuel is so much better they charge so much more than everybody else for diesel? Nice showers. Medium parking area. Easy in and out.Fuel across street is 25-30 cents per gallon cheaper.

Wendys is open or closed! Who knows?! Chancy. The store is very busy. Selection is pretty good for small space. Bathrooms large but watch out for womans MAIN DOOR CRASHES. SUPER POOR DESIGN... They remodel but never fix that. Ugh! Youll get it when you use it... Good gas prices. Showers are ok.This use to be better and still is best option around here but Wendys needs replaced- even food quality has really slipped since adding drive thru.

I was pulling our after taking my 10 but needed to stop and check something on the trailer real quick so I pulled to the side of the exit road. In less than 10 seconds someone came running up at me yelling you cant park there you cant park there. She sat there glaring at me until I finished what I was doing and proceeded to exit. I cant wait until the Loves across the street it open.

Pilot Travel Center is not far off the freeway easy to get to. What I didnt like was at the pumps the roofs were leaking it was raining and he had to be careful not to get dripped on. Other than that its very convenient place good place to stop.

Showers were horrible the water was freezing cold and told the cashier said sorry least was to credit the shower back on my card. Dont think they should be advertising a nice hot shower should say nice freezing shower. Dont understand why they get a attitude when you ask for extra towels are they expecting my husband and I to share 1 towel.

The truck entrance to this Pilot is poor. Once you stick your nose in, youll be trapped. One truck can hold up access to almost all the pumps, which is ridiculous.Inside things were more or less fine. Bathrooms werent as clean as they ought to be, but not filthy either. They had coffee in spite of being busy while I was there, which is better than most Pilots.There will soon be a new Loves across the street. This old Pilot better step up their game. Today.

Bathroom in need of attention. One of the already too few stalls out of order. Hope you like waiting in line. Lot needs repaved and repainted. Added to the dont stop list in the trucks GPS.

This Pilot is a little bit off the freeway, its not really an easy on/off in a semi. For a motorist its not too bad. Pilot always has decent fuel, and the food is always the same, although the restaurant attached varies from Pilot to Pilot. This is a very small travel center compared to some, but the staff is small town friendly

Not much Parking. They have a Wendys. Crowded fuel line. Get here EARLY. If you are not fueling its blind side Parking unless you go through the fuel lanes and theres a small entrance/exit. Otherwise..... Its cool.
