Balloon Delights helped me get the lights I need to propose then repurposed the lights on giant clear balloons and delivered to the reception venue. They turned out beautifully and Ray worked to accommodate any requests to make the experience as easy as possible. Our guests were raving about the balloons!

Horrible customer service & the place is a total mess.

We live in Columbus, OH and our son lives in Greenbrae, CA. His 40th birthday was yesterday. I wanted to do something different and special that the entire family (two children and wife) would enjoy. I found Balloon Delights on the Internet. I worked with Geri. Shes a delight to work with and so friendly. The family loved the balloon bouquet and we loved it that Balloon Delights made it happen!

Cannot comment on the balloons but it looks like the delivery driver is a very cute dog.

My son and grandsons live in the Larkspur area and I live in Florida. I just sent each grandson a balloon bouquet for their 12th and 15th birthdays. Balloon Delights customized them for each child and they were creative and fun. The family staff is helpful and friendly. The cost was very reasonable for such a festive surprise when we can’t be there to celebrate with them. We have been to the store while visiting and it is a fun place too. Highly recommend.

Really nice family run business! They have been there for 37 years the son helping me was very informative, honest, he even let me bring in my own balloons. Will use them again prefer to support local company like this over a conglomerate. Thanks!

I was genuinely really excited to work with this place and I’m not one to write negative reviews but I want to save others from my experience. I ordered a week or so in advance and it was all set up. They delivered on time, but didn’t bring what I ordered. Then when I called, they blamed it on UPS, which doesn’t even make sense. Then they didn’t even apologize or offer me my money back. I paid roughly 100$ for something I didn’t order and I don’t have time to go find an alternative. I love supporting local, but sadly I would not go back to this place.

I have worked with Balloon Delights for several events. They have been in business a long time and know the right questions to ask to get the correct information in order to decorate everything perfectly. They were so professional and did a very impressive job! I highly recommend them.
