I went to this store to return an item. The manager was really rude and unfriendly and send me away with the item because she has no storage space!On top of that I needed to pay re-stock fee and return shipping costs.I called DWR and they were not happy to hear about the customer service. They informed me that they will pick up the item at no charge.Very disappointed about the way how the manager Gail Bravos was dealing with a return and did not even do an attempt to help me out with this.
