Motor on my 650 ninja locked up. Bought bike with 14k on it only lasted 3,000 miles. I’ll never buy a bike from them again.. on top of motor being locked up I got 2 right side mirrors on my bike. As I tear down, wounding why my intake has excessive amounts of oil in it… found air switch valve was completely disconnected.. Yeah im not a motorcycle mechanic… but I’m a master automotive technician. I will keep updating this post once I tear down motor. I rebuild cars with 4,6,8 cylinders I think I can handle.They beg people to leave reviews after you purchase a bike..2 cylinders*Update*Must of done recent timing job(fresh timing paint marks)Engine bolt spacer missing tools

He arranged a demo ride on the Ural side-car rig with a minimum of fuss, and made the sales transaction go smoothly.Had the pleasure of meeting the owner of BBV, Eric, and he was quite helpful as well. Just bought my first bike (yamaha VStar 650 custom) from BBV Powersports. Highly highly highly recommend this shop! I have done a TON of research before heading out to buy my first bike after getting my M endorsement, but Eric and the crew down at BBV walked me through a few various options that would work for me. They made the process super fun and easy and they found me a great bike for my budget, style and riding preferences. Being new to the world of motorcycling, I admit I was a little intimidated about this process... but Eric quickly put me at ease. BBV is a mom & pop shop. No pushy sales people stalking you for commission. Eric and the crew at BBV really wanted me to find the right bike FOR ME and not just push something off the showroom floor they needed to move. I sat on probably 5 different bikes before I found the ONE, got all my questions answered and met some great people at the shop..actually going riding with some of the shop guys this weekend with other newbie riders...name another shop that extends that far to make sure your riding experience is all it can be?!?! In short, the guys at BBV made this process a breeze and they gained a customer for life. Cant recommend BBV enough. Very disappointing. I went in to look at an R6. The are asking more for a used 2019 Yamaha R6 than a brand new 2020 Yamaha R6. When I asked why this used 2019 was more than a new 2020 the salesman told me he would be right back. After several minutes of the sales person walking around talking to other employees he finally came back and told me it’s because off the aftermarket parts. The after market parts consisted of a no name slip on exhaust and cell phone holder. Absolutely ridiculous and shady. You better know the actual value of the bike your going there to buy before you walk in the door. Otherwise there’s a good chance you’ll get taken advantage of.

Kinda sad, I really love the people here. They try to help every way possible I’ll give them that. I’m just disappointed on the quality of the bike I bought. My fairing flew off on the freeway. I ended up calling them but they never called back. I took the rest of the fairings off and the connections on the electrical was cheap. Not soldered just crimped. My overflow had a huge whole ?? They said they inspected the bikes that’s BS! Be careful what you buy here I guess I had to much trust.UpdateGot pics to show all the bs this bike had wrong

Terrible shop. This shop only cares about making money and not selling quality bikes or the safety of the rider. I bought my first harley from them, now although the buying process was painless they saw me coming from a mile away. My bike was in the shop more than i actually got to ride it. When i would take it in with a problem it would always come out with a new problem. I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy. DO NOT GO TO BBV FOR A BIKE!

I attempted contact multiple times with jesus dating back over a week ago. No response, they use offer up to bring people in the store but the bikes are not there that is why they do not answer in these msgs. I reached out to a gal named China who refused to give information to me regarding who her supervisor is. Just stated she was the manager. However my reason of going to her was not to make an issue it was to advise her that others were using offer up to post bikes but not responding. I’m just trying to purchase one of their bikes. I work in a bike shop myself and had cash saved up for one of their bikes that I been saving for over a year. Now I’m ready to purchase it and it took over a week to get a response from someone finally. Then once I did get ahold of China she was rude and accusing instead of just hearing out her customer and being customer based. They have zero customer service here and very aggressive. I felt verbally attacked along with their bike pricing is very aggressive. I wanted to talk a deal out and instead of having customer service and explain for kindly stating they cannot go down on pricing they were rude and demeaning how they spoke with me. They used aggressive terminology and have no room for negotiation. An example of their pricing is a 2011 road glide standard with minimal work done I’m talking stock bars at best slip ins. They. Has 61k miles and wanting over 17k for it. No negotiations, I went to red rock Harley and found a 2019 with 15k miles and paid 15k out the door including tax title licensing. It was amazing the experience and the customer service easy real. They worked with me the manager came out and talked to me. They gave me an ability to test ride with a 151 point inspection and warranty on the bike. I also got a 1 year aftermarket warranty on the bike for 800 dollars and free oil changes for a year. I’ll stand behind red rock Harley any day and speak to their staff any day regarding any desires with motorcycles. The experience I had at the Harley shop was like non other so I guess at the end of the day I should say thank you to bbv for their horrid customer service and lack of product knowledge on their motorcycles. They pushed me to a better place with better product.I hope a real manager takes this into consideration as reviews their customer service with employees and actually takes this seriously.
