I have several rental homes and recently bought a newly built home and wanted to have a patio cover installed before the first tenants moved in. I asked around with some of my good friends about someone to build the patio cover and they recommended Savita and Chris Luzak the owners of Ace Patios. I was told that they normally build patio covers for Million Dollar homes and that they are a little more expensive, but the quality is worth it. When I bought my 2600 sq ft single story home 25 years ago I used a company that gave me the cheapest estimate for a 30 foot X 12 foot patio and used 4 poles to hold up the patio. When I talked to Chris, at the rental house, he explained that he only needed to use 2 poles to brace the 32 foot X 12 foot patio cover. He explained that he uses a single 32 foot solid STEEL beam brace to attach to the poles. He said that the single STEEL beam is much better and stronger than the alumawood frame. He also guaranteed it against 90 MPH winds. Not only that but when you are looking outside, toward your back yard, your view is not spoiled by the extra posts.This home got rented right after it was advertised so I was not able to get the patio cover installed before the tenants moved in. However, Savita and Chris got all of the permits and coordinated with the new tenants to complete this right after they moved in with minimal inconvenience and no complications . Savita, Chris and crew did excellent work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Ace Patio’s for your next patio cover.
