Love, love, looooove!! I needed to go to CCCU in that same shopping complex and after I got a Starbucks coffee. Even though you can get a bagel at Starbucks, New York Bagel N Bakery just sounded better to me. I wanted something authentic, made with love and thats exactly what I got. My go to bagel is the sesame seed and there were only 3 left. It was only 12:30 pm and they sold out of sesame seed bagels with my order. I got one toasted with creme cheese for $2.75 and got the other 2 to take take home. All 3 coming to a little over $5. What a deal, and oh my freaking God! The flavor! Crispy edges, oozing cream cheese with a chewy bite only found in a truly authentic bagel. 10/10, make that 11/10. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
One of my guest at work came in and spoke so highly of this place. So naturally I had to try… I’m from massapequa on Long Island and haven’t been able to find a decent bagel around Vegas. Well my customers came back in today with a dozen bagels all different flavors for me to try and I’m so beyond gratefulFor them. You guys have amazing bagels .. I cannot wait to make this my go to stop. Keep up the great work !!
Despite having a state mask mandate in effect, when I went there on 8/23/21, there was an old guy with a New Yawk accent - who I assume is the owner or manager - not wearing a mask. All of the other employees were wearing, except for him. I guess he doesnt think the rules apply to him. He was also making peoples food. Lovely. Wont be going back. Ive also reported you to the state, along with these photos. Have fun with that.
Its in Las Vegas the breakfast bagel was good. Water was $2.35 almost more than the sandwich.

Approaching their three-year anniversary in the Smith’s plaza at the corner of Rancho and Charleston, a prior Bagel shop taken over by the Montesano’s family and rebranded, it was on Saturday that lunch was ordered from New York Bagel N Bakery for a party of six.Last visited in December 2018, both location and ownership’s thoughtless approach to self-promotion dissuading more frequent support, it was just prior to 11:15am that three bags were found ready from staff donning both gloves and masks.Happy to see both Steve and his sister doing well, a handful of guests eating on-site while additional orders awaited pick-up or delivery via UberEats and GrubHub, it was twenty minutes later that seven Sandwiches were liberated from Sysco Styrofoam, warm Pastrami on Wheat lacking some of the smoke recalled from last time while Corned Beef was herbaceous, lean and moist on Rye.Catering to a variety of tastes, Chicken Salad piled thick on an Egg Bagel performing well thanks to plenty of Salt, Pepper and Celery, fans of Lox should definitely consider Smoked Salmon served beneath Cream Cheese and Capers, though Egg Salad seemed under-seasoned and mostly tasted of Mayonnaise.Next tasting NYBNB’s Cheddar, medium-thick slices on flavorful Roast Beef as well as Bacon and Eggs decent enough, it was actually the melted bits atop a Bagel that proved most noteworthy, though this was probably to be expected since Egg, Sesame and a Bialy also were also enjoyable thanks to a good skin and plenty of chew.Saving the sweet stuff, Italian Cookies sold by the pound always available but lacking Tricolor or ‘Rainbow’ on this day, lunch finished with Cinnamon-Sugar shellacked rings spread with Cream Cheese followed by a truly world-class Black & White Cookie featuring a Cake base and tangy Vanilla versus Cocoa-rich Frosting.
Let me just say that this was the first time in like 4 years that I didn’t finish my bagel. I ordered the last sesame bagel with plain cream cheese. I asked for lettuce and tomato on the bagel, and nothing else. They give me the bagel with ONE SLICE OF A TOMATO and a ton of shredded lettuce. And I mean a TON. I didn’t ask for shredded lettuce, and I would be fine if the lettuce wasn’t shredded, because I could’ve easily taken it off, but since it was shredded, it’s in the cream cheese and I can’t get it out. Literally over half of the bagel was shredded lettuce that didn’t taste great either. However, the staff was nice and the bagel itself was mediocre. I would just recommend for anyone that goes here to only get lettuce if you REALLY like lettuce.
Yesterday I ordered a toasted garlic bagel with cream cheese for morning snack. As I waited, I overhead a customer ordering bagel & lox, which whetted my appetite for another visit to dine on that for lunch. Pleasant, quick service! Could have stayed indoors, but weather was so nice I decided to park my wheelchair at a table outside NY BnB. Graciously, the clerk opened the door for me, and moved a chair over for easy access, thank you! My bagel snack was superbly delicious! Ive had the roast beef/sour dough sandwich platter and that was good too. Lets frequent this small business to help keep our community vibrant.
Any negative review about this place should be ignored. Come here at least twice a week and the staff is always friendly and food is always very good. Get the almond joys.
Dont waste your time going anywhere else for bagels. Absolutely delicious egg bagel sandwiches. The perfect amount of ingredients inside a mouth-watering bagel while not being too greasy. I suggest adding tomatoes inside the egg, cheese, and meat breakfast bagel. Sweet staff as well!- the bagel betch
The bagels from this bakery are probably one of the best bagels in Las Vegas. They are crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, and they smell amazing. The dozen here is a bakers dozen plus 1 (meaning 14) and they are a good size. They are a bit if an indulgence at $12 a dozen, but the once a month or so is worth it.My daughters enjoy the pizza bagels and the plain bagels and my wife likes the garlic and everything bagels. They make good bialys and decent breads, as well. There cream cheeses are fresh and available in multiple flavors and are made there. We have tried their sweets and cookies and they are good, too.
Simple good quality bagel with affordable prices and fast customer service! Looks like a good place to pass by and pickup for breakfast before work. Only downside is no drive through service.
I came here on a whim because the Starbucks next door was packed and I was extremely hungry. Probably the best decision ever! I tried their bagel sandwich and it is so delicious! The place reminds me of when I go visit my aunt in NY. Everyone here is so kind and nice, the lady behind the counter said I would be back and she is right. Also, try the Linzer tart, it is the BEST!
I ordered for delivery this morning thru UberEATS. The everything bagel was so yummy! However, I had ordered the lox PLATTER and was given the lox sandwich. It was disappointing because I would have preferred the item I ordered and was charged for (the platter costs $5 more). I will be back, I just would like to impress upon you to pay more attention to to go orders. Everything was checked off the ticket as I ordered it, just too bad it was the wrong entree.
Very unprofessional, there’s no organizational structure with how they deal with lines and just let people they know cut the line. Long wait with no responses. Additionally the owner wasn’t wearing a mask even with a mask mandate.
Came in at 11:00. The menu was confusing. Everything was unorganized. I told the clerk that this was my first time there and she did not break down the menu. I did not know where to order. The workers were unorganized and they were arguing about things not to be discussed in front of customers. Would not make anymore bagels even though there was 3 hours before closing. Will not come here againUnsatisfied Customer
Im a regular customer the last several years, luv their food and always get the Tuna melt sandwich. However today I went in and was not treated courteously or respectful by a lady behind the counter while simply trying to place my order. It was head scratching why she addressed me the way she did. I promptly said never mind and walked out. You lost a customer today.
Awesome bagels close to NY City bagels. After trying over a dozen bagel places since retiring fro NY to Vegas NY Bagel is tied with Bagel Mania for best of Vegas on my list
Fantastic bagels and baked goods. Stopped by 4 times on our trip to Vegas! Great value and super kind staff!
Long line. Quick service. Fresh food.
Lived in NYC for years. This shop offers sweet treats and Wise potato chips along with their sandwiches and breakfast itemss. Great pastrami sandwich on a freshly made bagel. Yum.
The best lox bagel sandwich Ive ever had. Many choices of bagels and desserts. So friendly!!! The best!!!!!
Just came across this place today. For anybody who can appreciate a good bagel and NY bakery, this is the spot! Tried their homemade chicken salad and tuna, and will definitely be back!
This is the only place in town that even remotely resembles an authentic New York deli.
They are amazing any thing you get you will be happy with. All the people that work here all very nice and helpful. You can call in a order abd they will have it ready for you. They dont push you to buy any thing else. Cheyenne is amazing always so nice
I’ve come here a few times and really like it! I’ve never had a problem but today I called in an order and she said okay give me 5 min I gave her 10. I went inside and waited 20 min!! I was mad but I understood but I was really disappointed when the food was just not as it usually is 😭 the egg was chewy & spongy...
I came in for my first time in a while and asked for something I could eat that wouldnt get me sick because I have issues with certain carbs. I asked for a recommendation and overall the young lady seemed to have an issue in serving a new customer with decent customer service. I couldnt believe how rude she was. Definitely not the way to do business. Ill be uploading that interaction to my channel for those who have certain nutritional needs to not come here.
Best black and white cookies this side of Heaven! Steve made special cupcakes for my birthday which were so much like Dugans from N.Y. OMG! Did I forget the rainbow cookies..with raspberry jam between the layers. My parents would be proud..yes..I am from Long Island!
Great local spot. We both had a bagel breakfast sandwich one on the everything bagel and one on onion. Both were great. Service was outstanding and very friendly. Would highly recommend
Totally love this place. Been coming here for years. Great service, great food. Total New York vibe. Support this small business!!
This place is spectacular. I go here almost every day and I really like having the lox bagel sandwich, but I recently started trying other items on the menu. I highly recommend exploring the menu and trying the different items. Its all so good! Try the club sandwich. I had that today and it was great! Or have a pizza bagel with the garlic and herb cream cheese. Absolute game changer.
I love New York bagels and this place hit the nail on the head in Las Vegas. I had the everything bagel with ham, egg, and provolone. My husband had the French toast bagel with bacon. Bagels are the perfect crunch and soft chewy that you expect. The bees knees. The staff was super friendly too.
Being from Brooklyn its hard to find bagels up to my standard. This place definitely delivers.
I seldom give 5 stars. This place should get 6 if I could.Coffee, bagels, bialy, rainbow cookies AND WISE brand potato chips.Theyre legitI’ve been in vegas for 5 years and have constantly been disappointed in places with NY/Verazanno/Brooklyn in them. This place earned the NY stamp of approval. You have a lifer.Edited to add: they have struffoli!!!!!!
Just finished having there sandwich and bagels and sweets place is definitely one of a kind. Highly recommend 100%
We searched for a quick breakfast on our way through LasVegas, as we didn’t want any traditional drive thru food. Bagels became our choice. We had many options and originally chose one that we were familiar with, but changed our mind when we realized it was further off the freeway.Enter New York Bagels n Bakery. We get bagel sandwiches once a week in our home town, and they are good. However, those have been blown out of the water by these! You can tell that they are made the authentic New York way. We had a cheddar and an everything bagel both with egg, sausage and cheese. They were delicious. The man who served me was kind and quick. I also bought two additional bagels for consumption when we arrive home. They sold New York bakery items and they also had some TastyKakes (if you know this brand, you know this place is legit)! 10/10 would visit again the next time we are in Las Vegas!
Awesome place ! Friendly staff and no hassle - good food :)
Fast friendly service n tasty food. Definitely will go back there.
The bagels were fresh and tasted amazing. They load the bagel up with cream cheese. Their French today3 bagel was the best Ive ever had!
Friendly staff and excellent bagels. Loved the Veggie breakfast bagel; definitely coming back to try lunch.
Since moving from New Jersey we couldnt find a decent bagel anywhere!! I mean Entseins isnt horrible but I was spoiled being from the Bagel capital of the world, but then we found New York Bagel and Bakery!! Just like back home!! Plus there crumb cake is literally to die for!!!
Best bagel shop in Vegas hands down. Take a tour, grab your favorite bagel from every shop. Line em up. Find a winner. Return here.
Very authentic New York bagels in Las Vegas! I live here and have been to quite a few bagel bakeries and this is the best. Wonderful selection and nicely displayed for your viewing pleasure. When you walk in, the place is so cute! Wonderful employees too very polite and cheerful.
Hubby and I were totally in the mood for bagels and had just been talking about our last one in New York. So this was the perfect place to stumble upon. We big everything bagel fans, so there was no indecision as far as that’s concerned. But there were a few delicious cream options! Hubby made the call for their garlic and herb. And it was a good one! Our bagel came out toasted and stuffed only a few minutes later. It was soft, a pillowy. Perfect amount to share to start off the day, but not feel overly full.
I dont know if you remember our family but we were visiting Vegas from Illinois in 2016 and happen to stop by when you guys had your Italian restaurant. We remarked your father looked just like my wifes Italian father and you were all blown away at how much they looked like one another. We could tell how much you loved your father as we all got kinda teary eyed because both have passed, you and your family and staff were so gracious and pleasant with us that we truly felt we were like family coming over to eat...To this day we still talk about how great you guys are...God bless and congrats on the new business ...
Best place for bagles highly-reccomend sweets and food is delicious
Its a shame because the food is actually really good. The almond Joy is about 2 bites but taste better than the candy bar. Bagel sandwiches are good too.The reason for the score is the customer service more specifically the owner or the manager. The cashier was great, I wish I had her name very polite and apologetic with the service. I was waiting at the counter and the owner or manager looked passed me not once but twice. Its hard to miss me at 6ft tall but he manages to do it. Sadly the gentleman behind me didnt ask had I gone, instead he just placed his order. So my wait was longer. Ultimately it was the cashier who took my order not the owner/manager who had took at least 4 people orders during my visit there. Maybe it was me and he had something against me. I certainly will not make that accusation but its hard to ignore. Im really doing to miss those almond joys.
Finally found REAL bagels in Las Vegas made with the correct high gluten flour. As the owner says; crusty on the outside, chewy on the inside. While I had only a sesame bagel lightly toasted with lox, onion, tomato and cream cheese, it brought me to my special place. With a choice of potato salad or cole slaw and a pickle, I have found my new place. There is also a variety of salads, cakes, breads and a few daily surprises. Enjoy!
It was a treat finding this place, felt like home(NYC) Only thing that would have love to see also were the blue n white coffe cups. Other then that 5 stars
Is ok they can Do better than
By far my most favorite place to swoop by and pick up my lunch for the day on my way to work. I absolutely love every single one of there breakfast bagels. I suggest the sausage egg and cheddar on a French toast bagel. I just finished having a turkey sandwich with cheddar on sourdough and it was so freaking good I couldnt shut the hell up about it. There customer service is excellent and they are always happy and positive even when the place is busy. I always leave in a good mood with my precious sandwiches in hand!!!!
Loved this spot for its authenic flavors. UNTIL i was sitting eating and they were sweeping all of the dust from the floor right into the bagels. I was literally about to buy more bagels to go until i saw her literally whipping dust right into the uncovered bagels. I go speak to the manager and she goes oh there is a tray under the bagels we sweep into i go you do realize when you sweep the dust flies everywhere. You could literally do it a million different ways or cover the bagels. But apparently your standard practice is to sweep the work area dirt directly at your uncovered product. And then to be callous about it and act like its nothing is crazy. I bet they need a food inspection. You lost a long time paying customer. GROSS
1st time trying this bagel shop. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. Pretty standard. Unfortunately, the bagel was covered in salt. I almost gagged. Does a NY everything bagel normally have salt as a topping or did an employee forget to wipe the board off? Im sure the other bagels are great. The staff was very friendly.
LOVE ABSOLUTELY ADORED THIS PLACE. your cookies and bagels are phenomanal had to take 4 more back home with me! your associates are kind and very funny i will be back very soon
Bagel cornbeef latkas the best
These are the best bagels I have tasted since we lived in Cleveland, Ohio. I wish the location was closer to our side of Vegas, but its worth it to make the trip a couple times a month to get a great bagel!
Great bagels. Great service
I had high hopes considering we just moved to Vegas from NYC!We ordered Bacon, egg and cheese on plain bagels. The bagel was really thin. (Photos on other reviews are true) They use microwave bacon and a microwave egg patty.Overall, good but not NY bacon egg and cheese!
Good bagels.. But the eggs.. Im concerned. Its a gelatin patty.. Real eggs!!! Please 😔
Excellent bagels (I’m from nyc Ana’s I know bagels)Great nova! And all the rest of the yummy stuff you’d want from a ny style bakery / deli
Great new York style bakery and staff! I will definitely return
Really glad we found a new favorite on this trip, a friendly place worth seeking out. Good bagels, tasty baked goods (biscotti, cookies, fresh bread). Apple fritter was fluffy, moist, not greasy.Cheyenne was really helpful and got us what we needed. Got lunch sandwiches to take to the park on the way out of town, the potato salad & slaw were tasty sides to nice sandwiches with fresh baked bread. This will be our go to when were back, our girls loved it too.
Good food at the right price.
I am sorely disappointed I came here with the high hopes of getting a beloved Taylor ham and cheese and any east coaster who has eaten Taylor ham and cheese or pork roll knows it should never be cooked in a microwave my heart melted with disappointment when I saw this but even more shocking was the fact there was one mediocre microwaved slice of Taylor ham on the bagel 🥯 I ordered for shame charge me more but give me the sandwich it was intended to be make the NY/NJ proud if it’s in the microwave it’s not Taylor ham/ pork roll and please put another 2 slices on a bagel and charge accordingly the service was great the food was lack luster and in need of much improvement I hope to try you guys again and get better results
I ordered everything bagel with nova lox cream cheese. So good, had chunks of salmon. Very generous and delicious. Maybe next time ill have onions with it. There s a pretty good variety of delicious baked goods. This was before work and LOTS faster than star...you know who...bucks. So got in and out with real food.
Absolutely delicious! Best bagels around. Love the selections and the cream cheeses are amazing! My granddaughter loves the cannolis!
They do not serve New York bagels. They are good in a pinch but there are better bagels in town.
My company orders bagels (and sometimes sandwiches) from here all the time! I cannot wait to call Cheyanne and place our order. I have so many favorites like the garlic and herb cream cheese or the tuna salad sandwich. 🤤 Everyone is so friendly and even though I have not met Steve yet I say he makes me happy ☺️. As a transplant from NY myself I can say these bagels are genuine NY bagels and I love to eat them! Treat yourself and pop in today.
Awesome back east place!
Great Bagels I think the best in Vegas. I’m a New Yorker and I know a good bagel. The only issue is I think the Nova has to be trimmed of the dark areas is my only complaint.
I lived in NYC and one of my favorite treats was a lox sandwich. Pure and simple. I use to go to this one bakery that did the best bagels and lox as well as make amazing rainbow cookies. Places like Einstein Bagels always had left me with a lackluster feeling and Bagel Cafe is overrated, at least in my humble opinion.New York Bagel N Bakery has a nova lox sandwich that gave me such a nostalgic feeling. Like I was running down the stairs to the subway station with my sandwich in one hand and metro card in the other because I was about to miss the train! Lol It was such a simple, but classic and comforting taste. The egg bagel it was on was very fresh. What they offer is what you find in many NYC bakeries, but that is the point. Its delicious and unpretentious. The employees are very friendly and know what theyre talking about.
The best in town! They make you feel like family!!!!! I’ve never tasted anything less than amazing from them!! Everything on the menu is so good and those pastries. OMG!!! Soooo delicious.
Amazingly amazing!
Great Bagels!! Real, old school, boiled and baked. This is how Bagels have been made for hundreds of years, but today, most bagel makers use oils and conditioners to get similar textures. The national chains do not boil theirs, just ask an employee. You can taste the difference as nothing else compares to what boiling does to the dough.
The real deal. This is a bagel shop.
A hidden gem - best bagel place in Vegas! And the only place to get a double toasted bialy with butter. The owners and the service are great and are fellow true New Yorkers!
Love this place!
Stopped in because I couldnt bear to go to one of the big chains again. I grew up with good bagels and I wanted a legit breakfast sammy. Its a friendly family operation, which I like to support, and the owner is very kind. When I told him I hoped this would become my new bagel stop, he let me know that they dont keep day-old bagels for freshness; they donate them to a shelter. My sandwich was delicious, priced reasonably, and I will definitely be coming back.
Ok so I just ordered and was super excited to try this new place. I am a huge everything bagel fan ... can we talk about the salt though ? Wayy too much salt on my everything bagel. The rest of the seasonings were good but that salt was over powering. Also I got the breakfast bagel I will say quality of meat and eggs could be better and was expecting a bigger sized bagel for having New York in the name. Overall it was ok, simple tweaks could make this an easy 5 star.
Excellent experience. Very friendly staff who accommodated our naughty son and even offered him a cookie. A variety of bagels to choose from, at good prices. We especially enjoyed the egg and cheese jalapeño bagels. Definitely grabbing more bagels from there next time we’re in Las Vegas.
Yerrrrrrrr! Yo the bacon egg b cheese with the french toast is bomb. I highly recommend it.
