Friendly and very straight forward on the supply chain issues as most furniture stores are out of stock on a lot of their inventory. Our order will arrive in separate shipments, but the open communication puts us at ease that well be taken care of. The location is very convenient as well. You may have to go to a different location to see some of the floor models as their showroom is fairly small, but they carry Ashley Furniture and other popular brands you can order through them.

This place has knowledgeable, patient, and non-pushy sales people. I went in a few times to browse before engaging with Nathalie. Now, its the first place I go to look for furniture. They have lots of items that come from the floor sets at World Market. The prices on the inventory in the store are excellent. Many are not pieces youll see a bunch of. They can get more, but Y retail prices.Nathalie was great learning what I like, finding things for me to consider, and helping me make decisions. This is what sales should be. You provide a valuable service to me and I give you my money!

I really enjoyed my visit here. There was no pressure to buy and they were straightforward about pricing and delivery times. The store wasnt huge, but after telling them my style they had plenty of different suppliers that had my items in stock. Definitely my new first stop for furniture!

What a fabulous place! Its small, but Phyllis and Mike were great and so incredibly helpful. They can order ANYTHING that you see in ANY other furniture store and generally can save you money doing so. Great people that are friendly, and most importantly, honest! No game playing marking things up, then cutting the price, or worse, giving you a better deal if you purchase it immediately. Just straightforward, honest salesmanship that is so refreshing.This was like the 12th furniture store in the Las Vegas area we visited, which included large chain stores and little boutiques. This was not only the last it was also the best and its where my husband and I will be purchasing all the furniture for our new condo.

First, I never bother to write reviews but...we had such a great experience! My son had recently moved to Las Vegas and he needed some furniture. Not a very big budget, I was in town for a very short time and went in and was greeted by two very nice ladies who were so helpful. They showed me some things he might like. We came back together later and he picked a loveseat that he liked. They gave us a really good price and luckily were able to deliver the next day. The guys showed up on time and were so nice and professional. They moved it up some pretty precarious steps and put it in place no problem!I would definitely recommend Furniture Markdowns! Nice people, good price, flawless delivery!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with great prices. We bought a kitchen table set from them where the finish started coming apart a few days after purchase. We call Furniture Markdowns and they took care of the issue immediately. Would definitely recommend!

The sofa and recliner is the most uncomfortable furniture Ive ever bought. There is not enough padding in it and it feels like youre sitting on a wooden bench! The fabric wrinkles up when you get off of it making it look very old. Brought this to the sellers attention and the manufacturer sent stuffing to put in. Also, the recliner slants to the left and since they put the added stuffing in, its worse than ever. The sofas lines do not match up now and the owner of the store keeps telling us it looks great. If thats great then shes blind! Been dealing with this back and forth thing now for 2 months with no satisfaction yet. This is the worst company ever!

Sometimes, I am very indecisive and the patient staff at Furniture markdowns helped me make the whole process easier by giving advice and suggestions. I spent a great deal of time in the store and ended up ordering most of everything in my house from Furniture markdowns. I previously shopped at the big furniture stores before stumbling upon this little gem, and I am so glad I never purchased from the pushy, unappreciative, faceless furnitures stores in LV.PS.The lifetime (one time) delivery fee is extremely convenient!

The worst place on earth ...dont even think to go there they will rob you !!!!!Im sure they are the one whos doing 5starWe ask to speak with the manager the old lady she tolled as that she is the owner and the manager too ...I ask her how do I know ..she tolled me that I have to trust her ..which doesnt give sense ..all I ask them is to give me my sectional sofa which I bought 3weeks ago even they tolled me its going take 2week or less but still they didnt not deliver to me i ask them politely when is it going to be ready still they dont know ! because all they need is my money ..they have got that so they dont care about my sofa ...the good thing Im on proceed to sue them ..and also I clam to my bank because this is a fraud...if they dont keep there promises they cant play with my money and time ...they ruing my plan ../GOD BLESS U old lady !!!
