Definitely want to take the time for these guys. Exceptional service. The billing department and the delivery guys go out of their way to ensure 100% satisfaction (ex. modifying orders, changing dispensers, upgrading water, to moving, etc). Its been nearly 2 years since Ive used their service and have no desire to look elsewhere. I get their high PH, negative ion water which tastes delicious. Give them a try.

This company is terrible and will charge you over $85 a month for water that isnt even delivered. Bill went from $40-50 to $85 with no explanation. There is zero customer service. All of my requests for bill explanation were completely ignored. I keep getting charged for bottle deliveries that I didnt get. I have had to dispute my credit card charges and make a complaint with the BBB. Also, the water tastes bad and is making me sick. After seeing the other local water company on the news causing health problems, I switched back to my Zero Water filter and have stopped feeling sick and the water tastes SO much better. Stay as far away from this company as possible!

I have been incredibly in detail researching and finding the best water for myself in the Las Vegas area and family-I have a soft water house system and own a kangen machine as of recent and have tried in comparison the planet ion water.In doing multiple ph tests with water drops and a ph digital reader in addition to an orp (oxidative reduction potential) and tds (total dissolved solids) Meters, I have found that the planet ion water not only has just 20 dissolved solids (0-9990 scale) and ranks at a ph of 9 (very purple!) and orp of -50 perhaps more!Bottled with reverse osmosis water is +200 for orp and ranks at a neutral to slightly acidic ph. Kangen water is at 419 ppm on the tds reader (the epa limit is at 500)I have also done multiple taste tests and with friends and neighbors and the planet ion is second to none!Within 1-2 weeks of drinking just this changing over from bottle delivery traditional RO water my skin and hair had completely changed. Noticed by my family immediately! So soft and no more skin dryness/issues!Thank you planet ionI will continue to “test the waters” and know yours is just out of this world !! Truly
