My daughter got married here and I was so blown away by the amazing skills they have putting together a fairytale wedding. I’ve never seen my daughter look as beautiful as she did yesterday I can’t watch the videos without crying. I can not thank the staff enough for everything they have done to make this the most memorable experience ever. I would recommend them to ANYONE getting married you will it be disappointed. Thank you for your love and golden touch it was absolutely perfect!

We went to Vegas with a plan to get married. All we did prior to our trip was the marriage license stuff online for state of Nevada. When we arrived, we made a trip to sign the papers for license easy Peazy.I was looking for a simple elopement for just the two of us. We both been married nothing special.Most places pushed Elvis packages and different picture packages all couple hundred dollars in the end.The evening we wanted to get married we got dressed and head out. Didn’t know the bus routes and took the wrong bus to go to the chapel I picked off a brochure.We were back up by old Vegas, figured we should get off and start heading back in the direction of strip. We walked for a while, hit a couple places. Stumbled across sweethearts chapel.I though about a sign and go and fine after walking and what not. Then they said like $25 more the minister could do the vows and what not have a small ceremony. I opted for that thought I’m not quite that cheap and it would feel better.They took her back let her settle down and cleanup a bit. Finally brought me back, had someone walk her down to me, did the bowels exchanged rings, minister did an outstanding job!They then offered to take our picture with our own cell phones, they turned out great!May not be the experience for everyone.For us two in our 50’s it was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier.It’s not a huge fancy chapel.It’s a small place with a side setup with flowers draped and hanging and makes for a nice picture and ceremony spot.Thank you very much sweet hearts chapel I sincerely love what you did for us!Bill and Kim9/11/2021.

So I actually was really happy with how it turned out but my husband not so much lol. We called ahead and they said 70 for this an 75 for dress rental an 75 for tux rental. And they have an opening at 10pm which was closing time online said.. Then we book the package online and it says 79.99 and it ends up being more. Like 140 and the dresses and tux like 250 total. We really ended up leaving this place spending like 590 or more. When they made it seem like they were gonna be giving us deals.. I cant decide if we got deals or screwed lol but overall happy with how it went. They couldnt really understand us or we couldnt understand them. Somehow ended up paying for extra pics an we supposedly opted out of the normal ones that came with package but nobody said nothing like that and that somehow meant that we couldnt take any with our phones like the package included. Which we werent told until after the wedding anyway lol. The whole thing was confusing and we had communication problems and it was a bit more pricey then we anticipated. We really went way over our budget lol. Then with the pics he wants 150 for 70 pics (10 of which were messed up being eyes shut/mouth opened) or says I mean idc, Ill just erase them if you not buy.. Just wish we understood better and talked about everything more so we were more informed of the real prices of everything. But I do love the memories and the pictures are pretty good majority! Just do your research ppl😉 overall good people doing good work😇 and I wish I got to try on more then one dress but it was lovely and it was also late so I understood not wanting to waste anyones time any longer! Overall very happy with my wedding these people did!😁

The owner is such an amazing woman. She made sure my now husband and I and my mother in law recieved the best treatment. I would love for people who are just looking for a wonderful cheap wedding because its all about the person you are gonna spend the rest of your life with.

These are frankly some of the sweetest people I have ever met. We were taken care of every step of the way and I dont think we could have picked a better spot. So glad to have found and chosen them! ❤️❤️

What a great place! We arrived an hour early as directed she helped me pick out a gown and once we found one she made sure I was happy with it, made sure it fit. After I was taken care of then my husband got his tux. We had the ceremony and pictures. I highly recommend these great people for your wedding or your vow renewal.

Mrs. Eren provided an excellent service from beginning to end. She made us feel like family every moment that we spent with her. The ceremony was beautiful!!! The treatment that was provided to us was great, we couldnt of had asked for any better service. Got married in August 2018. Rented a tux amazingly the guy fit my husband by eye. Impressive! Cant wait to go back there someday an renew our vows.

This chapel is amazing! Family owned and very kind! Erin made me feel like a princess when I was getting ready to walk down the aisle. They made our day even more spectacular! Also, the pictures are sooo soo worth it! The photographer is amazing, along with the marriage officiant was so awesome and kind. This place couldnt get better!

Eren and her family did an amazing job making our day special. I loved how meticulous Eren and Richie were with our fittings. The ceremony was beautiful and the photographer took amazing photos! I am so happy we chose this chapel.

I just got married here and this is really a wonderful place! Amazing and helpful people! Beautiful wedding and turned out great with a youtube live feed for my friends and family. Rose and Richie did such a great job with us. I would definitely recommend this location for a wedding. They do dress and tux rental also hair and makeup all in the same place. LOVE IT!!!

My best friend just got married here last week. The chapel is really cute... it is small..holds around 20-25 guests but it is decorated really nice and photos are great! The wedding was nice, the flowers were gorgeous, and the prices were reasonable. The bride and groom even rented their tux and gown from their bridal shop! The bride looked gorgeous. Kathy was their wedding coordinator, and she was super friendly and funny. She gave us great suggestions for places to go while in Vegas. I will certainly recommend this chapel to anyone I know who wants to get married in Vegas!

Just got married here last week.My new wife picked the place out and did all the research on Chapel.Wedding venue very conveniently located down street from county office to register marriage. Chapel was easy to find and safe to park. Staff all seemed very honest and genuine.Ive seen several reviews on here complaining about staff and photos but our experience was very positive and memorable overall.We paid a little extra to go off site with photographer.World class photos?, Prob not, did we enjoy it all-YES!(Even went to a place on strip had not heard of and got great photos there as well).If you dont lose track that your getting married in a Vegas Chapel and not somewhere of your choice back home, Youll find a very well rounded and resourceful experience here.Have Fun with it, We did!:)>>>

You always get nervous when you plan something over the phone - especially a wedding! - but Kathy - you did a great job and it was perfect just like you said it would be. Stacey looked gorgeous - the wedding gown she got from your bridal boutique was stunning! As she walked down the aisle - well, it is a vision I will never forget ! The ceremony was beautiful - Everyone talked about how great everything was when we went to dinner after the wedding. The family that couldnt come in person all watched the ceremony online and felt like they were a part of it! Just left your place after looking and selecting the photos - they were fantastic! Again, thanks for everything - we will definitely recommend your chapel to everyone we know !!

Got married here last month. Thoroughly enjoyed everything. The chapel is really pretty - small and intimate - exactly what we wanted. Kathy, our wedding coordinator, was super - she helped me plan everything and never lost patience with me - even though I know I asked a thousand questions and called a thousand times. Everyone that came was impressed at how smoothly everything went - the ministers words had a few of us (including me!) crying. The flowers were gorgeous - the pictures beat all of my expectations! Thanks, Kathy for everything - I feel I made a new friend for life! I will recommend this chapel to everyone and plan on renewing our vows there down the line!

Went to my sisters wedding here last week. It was just a small affair with a few guests. The Chapel was just what we were looking for. My sister did a package that included a tux and gown rental ( the chapel also has a bridal shop). The wedding was broadcast on the internet (which was great because my dad was sick at home and couldnt attend but got to watch). The staff were super friendly. My sisters flowers were gorgeous. The photos were really nice - even though the chapel is small, they really utilize it to take really nice photos. My sister loved them all so she bought an additional photo package, which was reasonable.I recommend them if you are looking for a cute chapel thats reasonable and friendly. My cousin is getting married here next month.

Wow! Talk about lies and bait and switch! First off it looks nothing like the pictures. 2nd we have text where she told us after the ceremony we could use our cell phones for pictures. Then once we got here and paid they wouldn’t let us take any pictures after. I even showed her the text where she said that and she said “Well yeah you can go outside and take whatever you want” there is no chapel or picture setting outside. It’s all inside and they wouldn’t let us take pics as she said we could. “DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE” Total scam!!! Very sweet on the phone, then in person everything changes.

Ceremony was great. My only complaint comes from the photography. You are not allowed to take your own pictures but and we didnt have a problem buying the pictures from the chapel, the problem is the pictures suck!! This guy is far from a professional. He has a nice camera but does not know how to use it. Very disappointed in the pictures considering this is all that we have from the ceremony.

Wedding went well but I never received the cd of the photos I paid for and they never respond with their email or phone call, been three months and I’m in the process of filing a claim against them. Bad customer service after they take your hard worked money. Go elsewhere and find better follow up customer service!

With so many chapels to chose from and the internet reviews not always reliable, it is really a test to find the correct one.This was a surprise Vow Renewal after 31 years and I wanted this to be special and something we would both remember and chairish.From the first conversation with Steve, I knew that this was the place that I was looking for and would not be disappointed. Quite, quaint and perfect in every sense of what I was looking for. If I had magic words that would help you choose Sweethearts Chapel, I would give them to you, but that arent any and you dont need them with Sweethearts Chapel taking care of you.

The actual ceremony was great...there were pictures taken by the owner son, although he has a great camera his skills are average. Some of out photos were not straight and there were many where our arms were cut off. The pictures are way OVER PRICED!

The address is incorrect online, which drove me to the wrong place first. She did text me the address after we hung up so that was helpful. But they rent only and the shop smells like smoke. Not professional, nothing to browse. Oh parking only in a creepy motel.

We got there and the following occurred: we were threatened to have our wedding cancelled if the bride was 5 minutes late, but it was ok for their photographer to show up 15 minutes late; we were charged $150 for a Spanish speaking minister, when we had been quoted $100 just the week before. The roses were old; the hall smelled; the pictures were terrible and you kind of feel forced to buy them, otherwise you wont have any pictures from inside the chapel; youre not allowed to bring in your own cameraman; they advertised 25 people, but tried to limit us to 20; the owner very rude to her employees. Stay away from this chapel!!!

This chapel is the best! Steve the coordinator was great and the owner made me feel so comfortabl. Great price and turned out to be more than what i expected. They even have wedding gown and tux rentals, bridal hair and makeup, jewlery..ect the works this is an honest review and the reverend was also great even prayed over our union:)

Wow, Im am utterly surprised of the positive reviews here.We had been set up with this place through Westgate for my sisters wedding. Westgate gave the wrong name of the place but the correct address. When we walked up to this place it was closed and frankly when you walk in through the gate it appeared condemned with the blinds closed... The front door isnt used you enter through the side door which is odd to me... Then when we were finally given the runaround from Westgate, this lady showed up 5 minutes late. In my mind, ok fine stuff happens but it is the way the lady acted when she got there was incredibly rude. Granted my sister did (let her know) youre late maam. Which also included other dialog like our appointment is at 11... Then the lady got incredibly rude and walked inside to turn off the alarm and made us wait additional 10 minutes. Then as we were walking in the lady stated my son is fine...? We just shrugged it off. Then, my sister decided to apologize for the stern comment earlier... Then the lady came back and said exactly this PEOPLE GET KNOCKED OUT AROUND HERE FOR TALKING LIKE THAT!!! We all felt highly disrespected when were the ones feeding her son that she was complaining about earlier. This isnt a place for anyone to go to in my opinion. We ended up going through with the order since we were up against the fence and running out of time and out of town in Vegas for this weekend including the family from all over. So this is a no go in my book in every aspect. Westgate will also get a one star review for more then a few reasons.Update same day.Lady decided to completely change her attitude and really apologized for her behavior. Im moving the review up a star for this reason alone. Also, the included a couple things in. So overall not as bad as 1 star as previously reported.

Had my wedding their last weekend and it was a great experience. My fiance and I just wanted an small wedding with a few friends. But being a girly-girl, I certainly wanted to have my big-beautiful wedding dress as well. Being that we were on a tight budget, I was so glad when I found Sweethearts Chapel. Kathy was my wedding coordinator and took care of everything! She recommended a great package that included the use of a gorgeous wedding gown, veil, crown and shoes and a tux for Mark, my husband and the COMPLETE ceremony for only $399! There were alot of dresses to choose from but I found the ballgown of my dreams! We also had a beautiful ceremony with photos and video. The rose bouquet was gorgeous and the video is great with Mark and I doing our first dance at the end of the ceremony. My mom was able to watch the ceremony live from Brooklyn via the internet and cried through it all. The photos were great - Kathy even photo-shopped out a blemish i had on my chin - nerves!!!. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I defintely recommend Sweethearts. Thanks, Kathy! :)
