This organization markets itself as Brinks employees, but make no mistake, they are not. The charge far more than the Brinks security plan and provide inferior service. They are condescending and dismissive of any concerns about their products or behavior, and dont seem to realize that the only real advantage they have on their competitors is their service. They overcharge and under-deliver, and randomly send people to your house for service calls that you didnt schedule in the middle of the workday (sounds like something a reputable security company would do, right?)-because your time has no value to them. Its a shame that a fine organization like Brinks has to associate itself with a subpar outfit like CRS Home Security Solutions.
Highly recommend Brinks, throughout the entire process the team was awesome! Our technician, Lane was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system and knew the answers to all the questions we had! Our quality assurance person, Rich helped make sure that the system was customized to our liking and made sure we knew the ins and outs of the services they offer!
I love my new Brinks system. The sales process, installation and training was amazing. The peace of mind and ability of the phone app is a wonderful plus. A definite recommend.

Just had a great experience with Brinks! We’ve had a lot of solicitation for our business and one company was relentless. Jake was great. He gave me physical information to review, spent time going through the options and left me to consider. We called a few weeks later to move forward.The install tech, John, was also wonderful. There were a few complications but he worked through them and completed the install. He patiently walked us through the system, answering all of our questions.Today Rich came by to make sure all of our questions were answered and gave us a few tips. In a time where true customer service is lacking, Brinks delivers in spades. It sounded great, Free Home Automation. Worse service ever tried to cancel 2 day in their 3 day to cancel, and was told I would have tech come by to uninstall it. They came on day 5 and tried charging me 800 dollars.Scam, should have listened to my neighbor, he said they were on news a few years back for scamming people. Go with Cox they give the same poor service. Only reason I am doing 2 stars, was because their tech came and was physically emotional when uninstalling it. I gave him a nice tip and told him that he should seek other options for work. I told him to send his credentials to me and I would help him get a job at Amazon. Dont listen to their unethical practices. My husband now works for Las Vegas Metro Police Dept. Police respond by choice in the Clark County and very rarely respond to alarms.

They were very proficient. Equipment is great quality. I love my front and back cameras. I work shift work so I feel safe when Im away and I love that I can arm and disarm with my phone!

I have no idea what they monitor, I got their free install and pay monthly but dont know if system is connected since everytime alarm sounds no one calls to check. Thinking about doing my own system to save the $75 a month.
The backyard video is delayed. And the doorbell video is delayed as well. I need to get into the habit of turning ON & OFF consistently. All in all I do feel more secured being a single Female. Possibly the threat of the BRINKS security system with the lighted/video doorbell and sign in the front yard is a deterrent. I like the backyard video-seems more sensible than a front yard video. Who knows??
We’ve sign up for the service for 5 years thinking we’ll be saving money instead of 3 years. Not knowing there’s only a certain amount of video recording that is being caught by the camera per month! We even replaced our internet service to a faster one and the connection to the system always disconnects a few times a day? What’s Brinks going to do about this? I would love to do another survey sometime in the near future to see if Brinks will do something about this! If it was up to me i would’ve never agree on acquiring this security system. Just gotta please the wife! Stay tuned for more survey??

The worst company in Vegas!! Sell you LIES!! We had JEFF WELCH show up on our door step selling us LIES AND PROMISES THAT HE COULDNT BACK UP! I declined the services until he promised me a 30 day Trial and now he/the company refuse to allow me to cancel the service after I found out they charge for actually having to do anything; from responding to alarms too repairing their faulty VIVENT (not Brinks) Equipment. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Poor service, poor quality in wireless cameras, had to supply my own wifi boosters, cameras worked 50% of the time, replaced 3 door bell cameras and still faulty, regular door bell worked 10% of the time, nothing but service issues, couldnt stand it anymore and went with Vivint Alarm Service. Superior system and hard lined cameras. 100 % Happier now... Now fighting them over their nonsense contract and getting harassing phone calls non stop even after I asked brinks to stop calling my wife.

I got this system installed about a month ago. I really enjoy it and it has helped me keep track of everyone who enters my house. The technician was extremely qualified and friendly. He really took the time out to explain and show everything to me.
What can I say? Our experience with CRS was wonderful! Our technician Nathan was excellent. His customer service was outstanding. He was thorough in his installation, very detailed-oriented and he really cared about us as customers. His orientation was also very thorough and I felt safer after he left. Will definitely refer CRS and we just appreciate Nathan so much. He deserves a raise for being so excellent.

I heard about CRS Services last night while I was at work and after listening to some of the services and benefits I asked Frank to call me today to discuss what CRS had to offer. I scheduled an appointment with Frank and he came to my house. He was on time, full of information and very helpful. My husband and I agreed to have the installation done and Frank said he could have someone here today when I got off work. He said that Michael would be giving me a call to confirm my appointment. Michael called and confirmed my appointment. Both Michael and Frank were very professional and helpful as well as courteous. I would recommend CRS Services to any one seeking a home security system.
Todays followup system review by Rich from the Brinks mothership was useful and rewarding. Not only did Rich help me fine-tune our Brinks security system (installed by CRS Services in early December of last year), but he helped set up some system enhancements with through CRS. Ahmed, with CRS, was also generous and responsive. All in all, my wife and I benefited from the appointment and are glad we chose Brinks.

CRS has services helped me on numerous occasions with my home security system. Every time I have had an issue with my system they have come out in a timely manner to fix the issue. Their service technicians have all been knowledge and fantastic to work with.

I would give them -5 if possible. mistake #1 was signing up with them for our security services. Day one after the alarm was installed we had issues. The wall unit kept beeping all night. When we called to ask them to come fix it they said it would be a day before they could get here. For Two days the thing beeped. For the inconvenience they gave us 1 free month. Its been three years since we signed the contract, we sent them certified letters, faxes and have even made several calls to cancel our contract and they said they would take care of it. That was in July its now almost the first week of December and I just got a bill in the mail for $110 because we had to file a claim with our credit card company to stop the payment that they never too care of on their end. I am so tired of this I just want it to be done. Any suggestions on what to do next?

If I could give zero stars I would. this company is a ripoff and liars. they lie to you as a sells pitch and when you call yo cancel you have to jump through hoops. I called yesterday morning at 9am when they opened and they told me they had to talk to their supervisor and he would be calling me back. never received a follow up call back so I called again at 6pm and then they told me o have to fill out a letter and physically drop it off to cancel. couldnt tell me that over the phone so I could have done that first thing in the morning. dont trust these guys at all. I will be walking into that office to cancel to make sure they get the letter and to make sure they try not to screw me over anymore then they have. dont listen to a word the sales men say at all. very angry and upset for falling for the lies.

Commercial and Residential Security Services Limited CRS Services Limited) is an authorized dealer of Brink’s Home Security. A representative from this company installed a home security in my current place of residence. However, I signed a binding contract documents under false pretenses and misrepresentation of the contract.June 27th was the first day CRS Services Limited came to my door, implemented the first phase to install the in house security system, and I signed the contract that day. The representative I was corresponding with is Nick (Nicholas) Zopfi, Advertising Director. Mr. Zopfi vaguely explained the contract with a small iPad mini that did not allow clarity to the fine details. I specifically asked Mr. Zopfi “What is the cancellation policy is? How long do I have to cancel the contract?”. Mr. Zopfi answered “30 Days, no problem”. Within this conversation Mr. Zopfi verbalized that I may cancel at any time without any penalties. This false reassurance is what allowed me to move forward with this deal. I proceeded to electronically sign the contract. Unbeknownst to me, I was being deceived.June 28th a representative technician returned to my residence to continue installment of the security equipment. There was a needed installment in my garage and bedroom. On this second day of installment, I was not using the security system in its complete capacity. I was awaiting complete and final installment of the security equipment within my place of residence. At the end on the evening, the technician finally showed me step by step instructions to using the in house security systems. He also explained the iPhone applications that connected with my personal phone. I inquired with the technicians’ details of my contract, however he was unable to answer them because Mr. Zopfi is the advertising director responsible to questions regarding the contract.June 29th was the actual first day that I was able to turn on and turn off my security system. During the first day of installation and (Saturday June 29th) I did not have complete access to fully determine if I was satisfied with the home installation provided by Mr. Zopfi.On June 30th, I checked my iPhone applications security system footage. I notice that the outdoor security camera that was installed onto my garage corner was no long working. It completely blacked out and I was not able to reload the imagery.The contract was signed June 27th 2019 and on July 22nd, I attempted to call to cancel my services. I was told that services cannot be canceled since the allotted grace period was three days and not thirty days as I was told by Mr. Zopfi. Because of this, I am unable to cancel my contract. I am completely baffled by the unprofessionalism displayed by this company as it was explained that I was allowed the first three days of my contract to cancel voluntary from the first day effective by the contract date. I would have never agreed to signing a contract with the understanding that I would be locked into a contract within three days.I made multiple attempts to speak to head administrators and I have been given the run around with the same tag line you have exceeded the three-day grace period and is now locked into contract. As much as I have tried to communicate that I signed the documents under false pretenses and misrepresentation of the contract, CRS Services Limited has continued to give me push back and are not taking consideration that I signed the contract without clear understanding and under false pretenses of the contract.
