Ill give them 2 stars just because they refunded me and attempted to make things right.Long story short, head-unit/radio installed. Problems within the first week and took it in for them to fix, just a loose wire. System went out about a month later from a fuse. Found a horrible wiring job in the trunk and addressed the manager on site. He argued with me and guaranteed the work inside the car was great. I took a look and it wasnt good. I pulled the system out myself and returned it to them. There was more but not worth typing.Lost of wasted time and stress. Im glad some people have had good experiences there

Today, Ryan @ L.A. Stereo was very helpful. I was having audio issues with Google Maps on my JVC stereo. I originally purchased the car stereo in July 20. There was nothing technically wrong. I just didnt completely understand my system. Anyway, Ryan was very patient and very nice. He didnt make me feel bad for not knowing. Great quality stereos and Great Service!!!

I went there today to install my dashcam into my car so far it looks nice but it would be better if they could set up my rear camera outside of my car instead of inside but overall it was great the waiting was about 3 hours I believe and the people who were there was chill they hid all the wires to make it look nice but I dont know If they hardwire it or just install the camera so many questions lol and I dont see the power thing that gives the dashcam power into my cigarette plug but my dashcam turns on and record well Thank you so much! But if I come back will you guys do my rear camera outside or you cant it will be awesome!

Stereo last Saturday, all I was looking for was a new stereo, so I could improve the sound of my factory Bluetooth phone. However, after meeting Germain, I was thoroughly convinced it was time to install the system of my dreams.I must admit that the main reason I decided to upgrade my purchase that day was because of the expertise Germain demonstrated of each of the products he showed me. Not only that but he gave generously of his time, providing me with answers to all my questions (almost 2 hours).Now, if the story had ended there then I doubt anyone could ever outperform the level of service and top-notch salesmanship that Germain gave me but as they say, this was only the beginning. See, I just happened to have a unique type of tech package on my Nissan Maxima that was not compatible with the kit that was ordered for my install. To make matters worse, there wasnt ANY KIT available for my car.For most people this challenge would’ve been too, much to handle and they would have been ready to throw in the towel and give up. Not Germain and the crew over at L.A. Stereo! Came in looking for pretty simple radio for my daughter car. I told Ryan what I was wanting. Something not to expensive and had Bluetooth and aux. I had a broken radio for a very long time. I read many good reviews and took a chance. The staff was very professional and were not pushing for sales. They let me know exactly what I needed told me the cost and even let me know about financing. The day I went in to get the radio (had to order something for my specific model.....which was very fast as well) it was fix pretty quickly and I was out with my new stereo! Much appreciate this place of business and cant wait to go back and get window tints.

I had to take my car there back multiple times seems they cant get the job done right the first time. whether if its a wiring issue (The fault was on their side they try to blame it on me), or they didnt have the whole set up on stock so I had to go every other week for installation, ect. They always want me to leave my car overnight sometimes two nights.The manager gets little upset when I dont want to leave my car over the night for a simple setup install. The longest I left my car there was 4 days. you hear the manager on the phone with new customers all day telling them to just to bring the car in, he should be more organized and make appointments only. Their pricing is decent 👍

I used to go to Audio Express all the for audio needs on my cars but they have to have some of the worst customer experience ever. Will continue coming to LA Stereo all the time from now on. My boyfriend has had the same stereo put in his truck twice both times it was 450. I go in for the same thing and this guy try’s to charge me 700!! No special stirring wheel buttons, nothing just a stereo. Seems like another store trying to rip women off.

This is a very busy shop. Even with the phone ringing off the hook and people going in nonstop all the guys there are friendly and always try to answer any questions I had. After my quote I went in for a bass package. On my second visit I installed an epicenter, I mentioned my concerns about the install and the installers took care of everything. They went above and beyond to take care of any concerns I had. My truck sounds great and I get compliments often about the install. I recommend LA Stereo to anyone who needs any car audio upgrades or window tint.

Ryan and his guys r the best. My husband took his Harley in for speaker issues. Then while his bike was there Ryan wanted a challenge so my husband had me drop off my bike. My bike didn’t come with a stereo nor speakers. My bike did come with a front fairing and bags. Ryan custom made holes for 4 speakers in my fairing and in my rear bags he had his guys put in an amp and more speakers. My system is ran with Bluetooth and it sounds so crisp and clean. When I pull up places people wonder where the music is coming from. Ryan’s guy did more stuff to my husbands bike. They did his Jeep as well. We also have other friends that have had work done as well. I’ve had his guys do my window tint and did a great job. I’ll always take my stuff to Ryan.

Came for tint. Took about 4 hours (not sure if thats typical) but the tint came out pretty clean. Got a 20% visibility tint and the film is quality. There are a few pindrop sized bubbles here and there, but hey, nothings ever really perfect. With an additional removal on the tailgate window, I can say their tint man did a solid job. $280 total was a moderate price.

I wanted to install an aftermarket stereo with back up camera to my 2014 f150. Ryan provided excellent customer service with cheap prices compared to Audio Express! Highly recommend to anyone who needs an audio upgrade for cheap prices in town!

Did a lot of shopping around before going with la stereo. These guys are amazing! Pretty complex install in my Mercedes with a new panel, 9 speakers surround, rear camera, Bluetooth, Android auto etc. I could not be more happy. They even stayed late on a Saturday evening to make sure that the job was done and I didnt have to come back Monday. Highly recommended!

Worst customer service- do not go to this shop. They treated me with random disrespect and would not take any safety precautions, even when I mentioned this was the time of COVID-19. Protect yourself and your health and go elsewhere.

Started off going there for the first time a year and half ago with my Forester to have the speakers replaced and a new steel installed. When i came back to pick it up i was informed they fixed my original speakers and installed the new steroids perfectly.Coming back now with my truck for essentially a whole new sound system as well as tint and to no surprise Ryan and his staff and are still extremely friendly and professional as I remember. Quoted basic alarm and full tint installation for $480. Estimated time to complete was 3 1/2 hours. Actual installation was four hours. Had to return because one window tint film was bubbling. They fixed the mistake and gave me a discount.Good place, prices are retail

The rep recommended other car audio shops which shows me they care about their customers. Ive done business with the Sahara shop before and was a great experience then. They did am amazing job installing an amp and subwoofer in my 2018 VW. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and zero pressure. I actually sent my daughter in to get a new stereo with CarPlay. You literally can not give a better review than sending your own daughter to them.

Ryan is very helpful and accommodating. There were just minor fixes that needed to be made after the initial install, just like any install, and they were very quick to correct the issues. So far everything sounds great and the install looks seamless!

I went to them a few different times over a week but the last time the Put alarm in and didn’t put the cover back on correctly underneath the steering column and my fiancé was driving with our 2 year old daughter during a very windy night on blue diamond and the cover fell and blocked my fiancé’s way to step on the brake and almost ran a red light and into traffic but thank god was able to get to the emergency lane and kick the cover out the way along with the emergency brake and stop the suv ...I now will be sueing them for negligence and endangering the life of my fiancé and daughter ...DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR to them ...

LA Stereo is the best shop by far.. Right when I walked in the door was greeted and had every question answered with complete patience. Ryan went through all the possibilities and set up a perfect system for me and was ready to install that day, even though it was getting close to closing, but I had a few things to do. Since there was no pressure at all to buy anything, I ended up coming back the very next day and getting my Rockford fosgate P3 sub woofers and R1200 amp installed. These guys are really good, Ryan set me up with a very good price, and makes you feel at home when youre in the shop. They closes at 6:00, but stayed till almost 7:00 installing my system and did the best job ever. I will definitely go back when its time to replace my other stock speakers and I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody thats looking to get a stereo or subs or anything car audio related these guys are really the best in town. After calling places all day, Ryan immediately answered all my questions and reassured me that they could meet my needs - but to come in for a quote! We came in later the same day (today) and Ryan talked Us through all the options, suiting all budgets, and helped us to decide on the best choice for us! I have left a deposit and the work will be done by this weekend (once the part is in they will schedule us!), at which point I feel confident I will come back on here and tell you that the service was impeccable! Have a radio breakdown in my car. Consult the dealer who said the price is $1,500 for replacement of the radio and other panels. Took my car to an electronics shop where an estimated price of $550 was rendered for radio replacement, but would lose other functions such as navigation etc. Did a research on internet and found LA Stereo with excellent customer feedback. A nice gentleman at LA stereo made the diagnosis of amplifier problem and directed me to eBay to buy an amplifier replacement. Get the car repaired in a perfect, brand new manner. Total price is much less than other estimates. Besides, still can keep all the old panel options intact. An excellent and professional service at LA Stereo! When you have a car radio problem or question, dont forget to consult LA Stereo!
