I was waiting for my food next door, decided to come check out this place, picked up a cbd joint and the dudes schooled me about kratom, they have volcano vaporizer those are cool for medical patients😶👍…costumer service wise Eric is super friendly like this dude has an awesome costumer service and the other guy was real nice as well, if you drop a quarter and land it in a surface they got you win a gift, freaking cool store, they sell cbd joints.. like this dudes know there stuff if you ask them ..

The staff member is talked to was incredibly nice and very knowledgeable about the different batteries for vapes. The place has everything the average smoke shop would have and more. But its expensive ( the reason it only got 4 stars)

This workshop is a good friendly environment. Have great selection of vape. The only thing is the guy told me that this one vape is not going leak but after a day its coming out of my mouth piece.

This place is large and has so much to choose from. They even have like more than 50 different varieties of my favorite Wild Berry brand incense which is hard to find this many different scents. The guys working there were super cool and helpful too. I also like that theyre open until 11pm soon to be open til midnight. Highly recommended and Ill be back!

Love this place. I live on the other side of town but the selection and the service both make it worth the commute. Plus theyre open late and I really appreciate it cause the store down the street closes at 8 and sometimes you need new glass after that time. This is my go-to store now and I am happy to recommend it for anyone needing new smoking equipment.

Just stopped in today, and wow! the customer service i received was top notch! the owner really took his time discussing different options with me, and really took the time to make sure i was happy with my purchase! the shop was also having a good deal running on some of the bongs!11/10 would buy from again!

Went in for my first time recently, walked out with a vape mod and extras. Guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer my questions. After a few days had an issue with my purchase. Same gentlemen helped me and I was on my way. Went back a few minutes later because I had another issue. He took his time to make sure I wouldnt leave disappointed. The epitome of customer service. Would definitely be back. Great service, huge selection and very knowledgeable.

For not being from here. I was able to call and get a coil piece for me vapor. They had it! It was easy to find, even with Google taking me to the back door. There is a lot of cool glass pieces. If I had more time and money I would have walked with one as well. The customer service is on point in my book. If passing through or needing something give them a call or stop by.

They have a very good but not great selection and relatively friendly employees. A little more expensive than most every other smoke shop though and Im my opinion not really worth it. I only go here on occasion because theyre one of only a handful of smoke shops that accept google/samsung/apple pay.

I cant stand a place that is only out to make money and dont care about the customer. I purchased a vape one week and had It for about 3 weeks and it blew out so I took it back and was told all I could do is let the manufacturer know until then I was welcomed to purchase another SO I did got it home it did not work hey vapes arent cheap and I had the one thats looks like a cigaretteighter the least expensive ones on market and wasted 80 dollars getting these and it has been over 3 months since this happened . It pisses me off so bad I remembered to come back and post my review thats what the review section is for actullay the one star isnt even deserving

I travel across the country for the banana split vape juice that they make here. Jay is great at remembering me even when I leave town for a year or so

This place is awesome! I was helped by Eric and Austin, both whom have excellent customer service and patience for indecisive customers like myself. They mix their own vape juices, so they can make it to order, which is perfect because Im also pretty particular. They have a nice selection of testers and even more flavors in the back. Theyve made a regular customer out of me today! :)

Great shop with a huge selection of custom vape flavors. I used to frequent Elephant Vape when they had their custom juice bar, but left after they went to pre-made only. Still Smoking is a little pricey compared to the competition but you get what you pay for.

Came here for some CBD lotion for my best friends mom. The employees were friendly both on the phone and in person at the store. They also knew their products well enough to answer our questions. Since were both newbies to this cbd stuff.

They also stock collectors glass by well known artists. Pricing here is a bit below average which makes most items here a steal. They carry some more budget friendly items if that is what you are looking for.

This is hands the best smoke shop in Las Vegas. Casey helped me pick out the Dab Ninja and spent like 30 minutes or more making sure i was leaving the door 100% satisfied with a great rig to go with it. I just left this smoke shop after a dispensary told me about it yesterday. It wasnt busy when I walked in and the two guys up front (Im assuming the owners) helped me out right away, they have a 20% discount for medical marijuana patients and they also had a sale for 50-70% off items as well! I found the perfect pink hello kitty bong + a few dutch masters for only $28 total! Im so happy and I will come back to this shop for all of my other smoker needs! You guys are the best, amazing customer service.

I was looking for a very specific replacement piece for my GPen connect, I called at least 10 different smoke shops in Vegas and none of them had a replacement tank until I called Still Smoking, they had plenty in stock and were very happy to help out. This shop definitely deserves the 5 stars!

Cool employees and they are open untill 12am every night which is nice for when your out of shisha and you dont realize its time to buy more untill 11:30 and everyone eles is closed. Great selection of most items, kinda would like them to order better fumari flavors but hopefully the owner will see this and when the lockdown is over and they reopen they can order more flavors. 10/10 for helpful people operating a great location in the Vegas Valley.

Wow this place is so sick I think they need a doctor. I mean the prices the staff and the ridiculous selection are on point. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. As an elite master certified customer experience expert myself I must say these guys know how its done. From building rapport to greeting a customer with a smile and Ill be right with you. I cant say how many businesses these days dont even greet a waiting customer. I cant stand it. Ill gladly wait to be helped for a long time if you just acknowledge Im there. Everytime Ive gone here they are great at this and usually I never have to wait anyways as they are well staffed. What can I say. I can see this lace will be here a long time cause they are focused on building long term relationships with customers instead of trying for the home run. Just went in the first time and they didnt have cartons or packs of one of the main types of American Spirit. Selection was very limited compared to other stores as well as overpriced. Will not be returning and advise others against wasting their time.
