You cannot literally have a company deliver worse customer service than Henry Schein. Equipment rep William Zenahlik, operations manager Jennifer u0026 manager Gabriela all have shown how poorly to deal with customer concerns. Their only motive is to sell equipment aggressively and no customer service if any corrections needed. Wrong billing to follow. I would highly recommend to stay away from working this branch.
Well, Im not even a customer and I have a complaint, well at least two, one is you cannot find an email for customer service any where on the website just takes you to all the stuff they want to sell you, the main complaint would be the rude foul, mouthed, Im assuming tech that I encountered today in a fast food line (in the car)the guy can clearly see that I was unable to move any where for him to get around me, so he began to honk, yes I flipped him the bird and he deserved it, honked again this time I opened my door to tell him the car next to both him and myself was empty and I cant move forward, then he proceeded to cus at me and scream to again move forward, ya totally made my day 🙄 mind you he is a tech going into either a dental office or a medical one smelling of cigarettes as that too was flittering into my car, that part I dont care about because I was once a smoker but come on be a professional, your driving the company vehicle, smoking, and swearing at a person, looks real good for your company!
