I love this place.The cakes are delicious, super tasty, and very well decorated. Ana Fernanda who is a bakery professional pays attention to detail and makes the cakes look wonderful. Also, she is very friendly.I highly recommend the location on West Sahara ave # 109.

Today is 08/05. I went in to pick up my sons bday cake on 07/31 which was NOT ready, cashier was trying to dismiss me because she didnt have it on her list, until I showed her my online receipt. She all of a sudden found, but told me to come back later because it was not ready and pick up time was 6:15pm. I left came back and I made a comment about the size looking way smaller than what I had ordered and I was quickly thinking to just buy an additional one from the freezer which was bigger and cheaper but as she walking away she made a disrespectful comment which I wont repeat, and at that moment I decided I no longer wanted her business. She refused to give me my refund, told me go online which I did and still nothing! I didnt take that cake and still no refund.. What is going on? ????

I am very upset with how “professional “ and “appropriate “ the owner of the facility is. She is very disrespectful toward customers and she deserves to be demoted/ fired. She interrupts her customers when an issue is brought to her attention and she yells as well as argues with them. I truly don’t understand how she became the owner of the facility because her service to costumers is atrocious. The supervisor, Rachel, on the other hand is so polite. Her customer service was great and she was way more professional and respectful towards customers. She should have a position higher than the lady who owns the facility because she acts appropriate and she doesn’t act like a child... I appreciate that Rachel took her time out of her day to actually listen to her costumers instead of arguing and yelling like the owner... If I could give the owner 0 stars I would. If I could give Rachel 100 stars, I would.

I am giving this store three stars for the Baskin Robbins name, and because as a teenager, I worked for one of the BR franchises on the East coast so for whatever reason, I wont rate 0, but we did have a lousy experience at this store.My daughter ordered a two scoop cup and I also ordered a hand packed pint of Jamoca Almond Fudge as well as a Reses layered Sundae.The first two items were fine, so we gladly paid for those, but the Reses Sundae was not prepared with care and the worker that helped us made the sundae so rapidly that it barely looked like there was any ice cream in it, just sauces and whipped cream that appeared all thrown together. (I wish I had taken a photo) The worker also appeared to be a shift leader and their body language sent us a message that they could not wait until closing and get out of there.We told the cashier (who was not the one who prepared our order) that we will pass on purchasing the sundae and then got the silent treatment from them and not even an apology. They impolitely asked if we wanted a receipt and that was that for our experience at this location.Too bad that they didnt know that we are friends with a guy who owns two other Baskin Robbins in town and we learned from them that the owner of this store has owned this location for nearly two decades and it is simply time for them to retire.At the end of the day I am glad my daughter enjoyed her ice-cream, but the owner needs to attend guest satisfaction 101 training and then pass that knowledge along to the workers who clearly seem uninterested in being there and ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

Rude, inattentive, unhelpful workers. Failed to prepare an important cake on schedule, lied about not having the order, than backtracked onto it being not finished. Would leave a 0/5 stars if possible, doesn’t deserve to be a place of business. Do not waste your money on such an abysmal establishment, go to Dairy Queen for your cakes instead.

They screwed up and blamed me! I bought a cake that said mint chip but when we cut it, it was vanilla. I came back to the store a few days later, expecting a full refund. Instead, even though I had a receipt and the below picture, they DENIED that I had purchased the cake from them!Then, they had the audacity to tell me I should have left in the middle of my husbands birthday party to bring the cake back (they asserted it was only 15 minutes away from the birthday party! What?!). Then, they told me I should have brought the cake back, asserting that I should have stopped serving a cake in the middle of a birthday party (again, WHAT?!?!).Finally, after dealing with these insults for 20 minutes, Sarah, the incredibly rude employee, did issue me a half refund, which is appreciated. But because of their attitude, I will be contacting corporate.Again, they screwed up; instead of apologizing, admitting their mistake, and remedying their wrong, they belittled me and essentially called me a liar. This is such an inappropriate way to treat a paying customer who did nothing wrong.

We ordered an $8 milkshake that came out watery as hell they put way too much milk when I try to show the Asian lady she totally ignored me and was really rude never again will we ever come to a place like this Im going to call corporate office tomorrow morning

I’ve cream is hard to mess up and kudos to BR.. they’ve opted to remove dyes and their ice cream looks a lot more natural.I ordered the Peanut Butter sundae. The worker was a little short of friendly. I found that to be weird since I was the only customer to enter the store and what looked like a very long time. I asked for a substitution on ice cream which was shot down with a firm ‘no’. I’m trying to support a business during a rough time here .. I wanted to be met in the middle and I didn’t think it was such a weird thing to add for a substitution of ice cream. The worker made the concoction without saying a single word and then we were on the way. The ice cream was what you’d expect.. service was way less than that.. ESPECIALLY considering all business is tough right now.The ice cream was Recese and not bad. The PB syrup made the difference. Top notch! It was used very sparingly by the worker so it wasn’t great on every bite. It tasted like a great sundae made cheaply to save a buck. You can get by on flavor apparently with 3 stars.2.8 stars with a generous round up.

Absolutely love coming here! This is my kids favorite place to go for a treat! They are always patient and allow them to try anything they want (even if its like 10 flavors). We always get the hand packed containers and are allowed to get up to three flavors in each which is perfect for us and they pack it completely to the top. Ice cream favorite for sure!

Just like every other Baskin Robbins, decent ice cream at usual prices. Reasonable service, however when I tried to give them my used cup to throw away, they refused to take it and said there was a trash bin at end of parking lot! So we walked to the trash bin, glad we didnt have to inconvenience them!

I ordered my daughters 16th birthday cake last month from this store. When I arrived to pick it up they could not find my order. It took them 20 minutes to find my paper that had my order on. I asked to see the manager and the owner came out front. I asked her why my cake was not ready and she told me that there was a mix up and they had wrote the wrong date on it. She said it was my fault that the wrong date was written on the paper. I informed her that I had told the young lady who helped me that the pick up date was 8 June. I made sure she wrote down 8 June and checked it 3 times. After 20 minutes of arguing with the owner who was extremely rude the whole entire time I needed a cake for my daughters birthday so I took one oiut of the freezer and had them put my daughters name on it for me. Fast forward one month I thought that I would give them a second chance. I ordered my husbands 60th birthday cake and went and picked it up today. The cake was the wrong size. I had ordered a 9 round cake and they presented me with a 5 round cake. I told them I looked at the order form when she wrote it down and it said 9 inch. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. They cant get a simple order right not once put twice. The owner is extremely rude.

Therefore I ask for them to put my ice cream in a cup with a lid. And then the cone on the side. So that I could make the ice cream at home. Mind you I spend about $30 every time I go to this place. The owner decides this time she wants to charge for cups. Never again will I step foot into this place. This is not the first time shes done this. She yelled at one of her workers for giving me a large bag. Seriously, if you want to run a business. I understand there is cost to running a business. But when you lose a customer over $0.05 worth of paper products. Youre an idiot. The owner here is an idiot. And I feel sorry any of you teenagers that are working there. Food was amazing. The service was friendly and professional. The music was a little bit to loud and for my age bracket a little to... non traditional salsa couldnt dance as much as I wouldve liked. Our group enjoyed the ambiance and the atmosphere very much will return.

I know the guy was struggling to pack ice cream for me but there was alot of holes in all three of the packs and ontop of that my friend got her ice cream packed as well but from another guy and that one also had holes in it. For it to be hand packed I expected the guys to atleast have it smashed down as much as possible. Its disappointing to not have been there in alot time to mot have it packed full. It wasnt even that busy. It felt like the guys were rushing for no reason.

WORST LOCATION EVER!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I WOULD PUT NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD.I ordered a cake for my sons graduation, as you can imagine thats important. to be picked up today at 1:45 and they call me at 1:15 telling me they dont know what cake it is its not on the website. As im on the phone with them i pulled up the website and there it is clear as day on the first page of cakes. Then i get a call back and the girl says we got it its square right and no, its round. they dont know what they are doing. Then the manager gets on the phone, who is the RUDEST person i have EVER spoken to. She takes another phone call while shes on the phone with me, YELLS at me, tells me she wont put the topper unless i pay $17 extra (which was NOT told to me at that time) and i dont even know if its the right cake. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BASKIN ROBBINS AGAIN AND DEFINITELY NOT THIS LOCATION. I ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO GO TO THE FLAMINGO LOCATION OR ANY OTHERS IN TOWN. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, THEY DONT TRAIN THEIR STAFF, AND OWNERSHIP/MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE!!!!

Just stood in line 13 mins before they closed to wait and be served and at 8:55pm (5 mins before they even close) we were told that they can’t serve us anymore. They were still serving people inside and its still 5 mins before they close, I don’t understand why we couldn’t be served?! All this talk about supporting businesses during COVID or just the point of still being open to the public to help and serve and all we got was bad customer service. I know now where not to come.

Very busy. They should hire more people. We could hear the employees talking about not getting paid yet. The boss forgot it in her purse which were thought thats unfortunate but something you shouldnt be talking about at the counter for its all to hear your frustration. A line couldnt be controlled. This location was extremely dirty. You know it says a lot about the place based on its cleanliness. If its dirty where you sit and eat imagine what the back looks like. There was about 2 employees working at the time.. one of them could have wiped down the tables, swept, and mopped... something. We walked out. Would I go again? No! I cant get passed the filth.

Waited in line for about 10 minutes for 1 kid scoop of ice cream with one person ahead of me just having casual conversations with the owner! Baskins Robbins has the best ice cream ever. So many flavors, its hard to choose. The people who work there are very nice. There are even little tables should you decide to enjoy your treat at the store.

Whenever I am getting my hair done next door, I like to stop in here for my scoop of chocolate mint on a waffle cone. Their ice cream is first class! The store is tiny but is always clean and usually very busy.

And last.... she had made my ice cream with out washing her hands and was mopping and wiping counters when I was placing my order. She’s lucky I paid for my stuff.... I went out the door and threw it away.... I wish companies reached out to the employees and made sure all is going well at store level at all shifts and not just one or two....

This location is the worst. Rude, slow, lazy. No greeting, no eye contact, no urgency at all even when its busy. Ive tried it several times and tonight was the last straw. There was only two other people besides me and they were a couple. Two people working but only one actually working. I stood there for fifteen minutes while the one working meandered around filing the couples order. I finally walked out. Ive also been there during the day when the manager is there and it wasnt great service then either. If you want a location with better service go to the one on Jones and DI.

I cant believe the unethical practice of this place. I ordered a single scoop sundae and it came in the kids scoop size. Theres nothing on the menu that states it is a smaller scoop and when I asked the owner about getting a regular size scoop, she said the contents had to be itemized, meaning Im paying separately for whip cream, nuts and even the cherry. Perhaps they need some lessons in better business. Next time, Im going to Cold Stone.

We took our 2 year old out for ice cream to reward her after a week of potty training. The air conditioning was out, the bathroom was filthy and one of the freezers was broken so they were out of a ton of popular flavors. We came for chocolate and mint chocolate chip, but were offered snickers or mango coconut. Then as we were leaving, they switched a bunch of flavors with the ones we requested. No one apologized or offered us anything. They also dont do mini kids cones or have clown cones in the freezer. Horrible experience and would not return.

ALERT !!!!! WARNING !!!!!! DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS WORK HERE FOR THEIR FIRST JOB !!!!!! The store employees are great. It is the owner Soung that should be fired. Not only is she not available during the store hours, she does not have an adult supervisor to run the store. all she hires are minors that are looking for that first job. She then gives them a hard time. She yells, curses, and degrades them in front of the customers.She will not assign one person ( an adult )to the cash drawer, then at the end of day ( after three shifts ) she will say the drawer is short a large amount. She then will collect from the tips ( of the late shift only )to replace the missing amount. There is also reports of her slapping, hitting, pinching the kids. Get this, how about being told to be in the freezer for almost an hour to organize and clean the unit without even being able to keep the door open unbelieveable !!!! She hires only minors that will not be brave enough to complain being they have no idea what their rights are. She will also have a minor write reports to send them to corporate complaining about employees. I will NEVER come back to that store as long as she is the owner. I was also made aware that she is selling the ice cream at a smaller size of scoop according to regulation. This came from one kid who worked at a different store. That was the first thing he noticed when he started working there. Which bring me to a different point, half the equipment is faulty causing a safety hazard for not only the employees, but also the customers. I came in one day and said hey the floor is wet a one square foot puddle was in front of the register. Apparently the repair was not authorized. Water was leaking behind the counter were the employees had to be careful not to slip. THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN !!!!!!!!!!!!! P>S> the star was given to be able to post this comment. Walked into the place at 9:25 and the guy working there stated they were closed. Why are there postings on the website & on their doors stating they are closed at 10 PM, but won’t accept paying customers at 9:25. They also had their open sign on. Very poor work ethic and customer service!

Horrible employees needs improvementEmployees rush all the time every time I go there they always have to rush you.The last time I went I dropped a little speck of ice cream. I cleaned it up with a napkin and one of the employees told her other employee friend that she F***ing hates when people drop ice cream on the floor! They kept rolling there eyes at us and giving us the B*tch look and they kept talking about us even though I was standing in front of them!

Anytime I order a quart, I have to debate with the employee whom is making the quart that it should be filled accordingly. Most of he time they barely fill the quart halfway and then weigh it and attempt to explain that it had to be a certain weight...which the weight is never disclosed and consistently changes employee to employee. I have to debate every time that a quart regardless of weight is a quart due to volume and I will not purchase unless they pack and fill it to the top. I asked them numerous times on different occasions if they bought ice cream at the store and it was half filled what would they do... that seems to be the only way to get through to them.The problem is the abusive manager at this store. She is very degrading and talks very rude to not only the customers but also the teens that she hires. I have decided that I will have to begin driving much further to a Baskin Robbins that appreciates its customers and treats their staff appropriately. This owner/manager should be ashamed of herself.

Nice and clean. Fast and friendly service!! I think its corporate owned, no price hikes or higher than suggested prices like some other privately owned franchisee. There was FRESH EVERYTHING, FRESH FRUIT, AND RIPE! Thats the first thing I look at... and good hygiene as nd store Cleanliness. The employee that made my cookie dough shake today was nice also, Im sorry I forgot her name but she was a younger attractive African American woman. Thanks for the great service as nd great shake!! This is WAY BETTER THAN THE BASK IK N ROBINS ATTACHED TO A DUNKIN DONUTS. THOSE ARE AWFUL. This was a very clean and neat place. :)

Its generally a busy location, especially durring the summer months and closing time. Since this store is conveniently located near my home, its generally the main one I frequent. They have plenty of ice cream cakes in the freezer and an assortment of pre-packed ice cream as well... this location is on the corner of Sahara & Fort Apache, in the same parking lot as Albertsons and Teriyaki Madness... Give them a try! 👍
