I ordered a bakers box and ended up getting 12 separate cinnamon rolls. Through the website its listed as costing around $55 for a bakers box, ultimately i payed $80 for individual cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls werent bad and i waited 30 minutes for it but the attitude that came with the employee was what threw me off. Maybe its covid, but i dont get why someone should be angry I ask what strawberry cinnamon roll items are on the menu and what the difference is between the three. I said that you and was just glared at.

I had to leave after I ordered just to grab some coffee. They had none but the worker stated they used to have coffee. First time I had Cinnaholics that wasn’t fresh out of the oven.I’m a little disappointed…In the beginning phases of Cinnaholics, their items were huge, fluffy and fatter than Cinnabon ones. Amazing place with yummy sweets! The young ladies were very sweet and nice, very patient and attentive to both my younger brother and myself, I believe their names were Hannah and Mikayla, but Kudos to the pair. After a relaxing day off, this is the service that tidies up and defines a night!

First time here. Order (2) Old school cinnamon rolls. Added strawberries to one of them. They both had way too much icing on them. Mine had more icing than I had cinnamon roll. It was just too much! On another note: The Strawberry DOLE yogurt was good!

Topping portion ratio is a little to much not enough buns

So it was my boyfriend’s birthday and we decided to head over to Cinnaholic. As soon as we got there, the customer service was horrible. We were barely greeted by a bearded, husky, disgruntled looking employee. This was just before 10pm and they close at 11pm, so there was still another hour before closing. The employee took and prepared our order of four rolls with the attitude like it annoyed him. Shortly after we walked in, there were three other customers that entered. They ordered and there was another disgruntled looking female employee that came out from the back. A gentleman ordered with her and I guess she had to go to the back and put another sheet of cinnamon rolls into the oven. As she comes back with the sheet, she rips the plastic off, throws the sheet into the oven and slams the door, then yells across the room to the gentleman “it’s gonna be another 10 minutes”. She was so loud that my boyfriend and I looked up to each other with that “wow” look in our faces. The employee hands us our bag and we head home.We get home and open each roll. We order the Caramel Apple Roll and it did not look appetizing (see pic below). It was dry with barely any frosting and he just topped it with raw apples and caramel. I had to take an apple from the fridge, cut it up and heat it with sugar and butter to make caramel apple topping since it was the one my boyfriend was looking forward to. Then I ordered the Summer Sundae Roll which was supposed to come with strawberry frosting, brownie bites. Almonds and rainbow sprinkles. As you can see from the other picture below, he didn’t even bother to put ANY frosting at all on the roll and the brownie bites were so hard it was like eating rocks. Then we ordered two Cookie Dough Cheesecake Rolls and they were made with zero care but had all the ingredients and tasted good. Waste of $29!We’ve had Cinnaholic before from the Centennial location and it was ALWAYS to perfection. I think the owners of this Summerlin location need to find quality employees that reflect the quality of what their rolls should taste like. If you want good Cinnaholic go to the Centennial location!

This place is soooo delicious and yummy that I am now addicted..lol...the variety and toppings are genius, and the cream cheese frosting is out of this world. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. If you love cinnamon..oh my God, this Is your place..home made and the BEST!!!

Simply the best cinnamon roll you can get! Build your own if you don’t want the classic. Different special cinnamon rolls like the creme brûlée. Warm moist roll. Not to sweet just perfect frosting. Must eat in Las Vegas.

This place is good! A little pricey for a cinnamon roll but it was the Texas cinnamon roll out of a very long time. I love the different flavor options and they let you put fresh fruit on your cinnamon roll which is personally my favorite part.

Not a place I would willing visit again. (My first visit) The staff member was just so Blasé. Not at all welcoming. Got a very low Hi. Then assumed my order was to go without even asking. I guess customer service isn’t a Focal point for this Business.

Ummmm 🤨 we walked in today and the only employee working had on PAJAMAS & a bralette! She literally looked like she rolled out of bed and came to work! She yelled at us from the back of the kitchen from behind the door “do you guys know what you want yet”. Never had this experience at the one in the Centennial Hills area. Guess that’s what we get for going to this one. Anywho, the cinnamon roll was made mediocre at best. I ordered my usual but it wasn’t nearly as tasty as it normally is. Maybe just an off day for the store 🤷🏻‍♀️ Btw we tipped and she didn’t even say thanks!

Cinnaholic, yes I am an addict. So many options. With all the combinations you can make, there must be 1,000 ways to order your dessert or breakfast rolls. I carefully checked and this is a great place for Vegan and Non-Vegan people. They staff know the menu inside and out. The food is always fresh, After my 20 th trip. I can now say that I have never had a bad experience. soft fresh Cinnamon Rolls in Las Vegas, Heck Yes!

I’m not really a dessert type of guy. I very rarely eat dessert. I have been hearing about this place a lot lately and I decided to stop in.OMG... yeah OH MY GOD, this place is amazing. I got a chai roll for myself and the cream cheese for my wife.The chai didn’t make it to the photo gallery as the smell alone had me so enticed that I got after it. Before I know it I was standing there with a huge childish grin on my face and a empty carton. I would have possibly killed of the cream cheese one too but my wife knew it was already enroute and I didn’t need to spend Nevada Day on the couch solo...Once it made it to her, she too was very happy and thoroughly enjoyed it.We will be back soon.Thank you!!!!

This place is great! These are by far the best cinnamon rolls you can get. Many many flavors, not just cinnamon. My biggest complaint at most places, is not enough frosting, well not here. Cinnaholic loads them up. You wont be disappointed! Its like going to a nacho place and having the whole plate covered with cheese!. Flavor is great! Presentation is great! Everything is great! Very rich! Also, they are dairy and egg free, so if youre lactose intolerant, this is the place for you!

I have been a loyal customer to cinnaholic for years! However, today I spoke to the owner over the phone and he changed my mind. I came into this location on 7/11/20 around 12pm. When I went into the location one employee was sitting down with a friend laughing. Which was unprofessional.She then asked if I worked for DoorDash. I advised her I was a customer. She then got up and told me to wait outside. At that time I thought it may be due to COVID-19. After waiting outside her friend came to the door and told me to come in. I then placed my order and asked when I come next time should I wait outside and knock? She advised me no that customers don’t wait outside. Clearly she felt I was not a customer nor appreciated any of my business. I then asked for her name, she refused. I then asked for her manager to call me, she refused. Keep in mind employee was not wearing a mask which has been mandated by the governor due to this pandemic. I then left.I called your guys Henderson location to speak to Sophia about the unprofessional customer service at your guys blue diamond location. I have spoken to Sophia in the past and because of her my family and I have continued business with you guys. They advised me she was out of town.I then called the centennial location to see who was in charge of things while Sophia was gone. They had the other owner give me a call about the complaint. Owner called me and started to immediately interrupt me while I was talking about his Grand Canyon location. He made it clear over the phone that his employees at the Grand Canyon location behavior was appropriate and that he did not believe that my customer service experience was unprofessional. He advised me when you go into this location as a customer you will be asked if you work for door dash immediately. His employees can interact with friends while they are working. And his employees can instruct you to go outside. This owner clearly doesn’t care for repeated business or care to provide excellent customer service.I drove to his location purposely to give him business during this pandemic. Times are tough now, especially for Restaurants and this owner clearly doesn’t care to stay in business. This is disappointing I have been loyal with his locations for years and it took one day for me and my family to take our business elsewhere.

I was so excited to try this place!! Went in feeling good! I told the girl working (we were the only two people in the whole place) that I’d never been there before. She said “ok” and then walked away. So I stood there trying to figure out how to order. She eventually came back up to me and I asked her what the standard icing was... she said vanilla... but there was no vanilla on the menu. She acted like I was bothering her so I hurried up and placed an order with no help. She was irritated with me to begin with just from walking in. By habit I gave her a 20% tip at checkout but regretted it afterward. Y’all need better customer service. Never going back. And the cinnamon rolls were ok.

I love the old skool cinnamon roll! When I learned this was a vegan place, I had my doubts (I’m not vegan) but the need for a tasty treat close to the resort I was staying at won out! I’ve been here two times now, and plan on going again before I leave Las Vegas. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

It was ok I ordered a dole whip. I wish they had different sizes for the dole whip. They only have 1 size and its quite big. Theres also a cupcake shop around the corner that I would like to try next...

I was very excited to try theses cinnamon rolls. I’m sad to say I was very disappointed. I had got 3 cinnamon rolls all of them were raw on the inside and there was a ridiculous amount of frosting on top of them, all you could taste was the frosting.I think I’ll stick to Cinnabon.As far a customer service it was not the best either not welcoming what’s so ever.

Im not a vegan by any stretch of the imagination so color me surprised that these are entirely vegan desserts. I didnt even know until I saw the sticker near their register on the third time in. These cinnamon rolls taste great by any standard. They have all of the qualities of a really tasty cinnamon roll and just happen to be vegan as well. Best of both worlds, Id say. Add to the fact that you can customize them to your liking with various icing and topping choices and you have a big win. If you get a chance, their brownies and banana bread are also quite delicious.The only mediocre note was the new pizza rolls. The sauce is very bland. Which should be an easy fix if they just add some garlic, oregano, basil, and maybe some onions and black pepper or something. Give that sauce some herbs, okay?

Recommend getting toppings on the side, lot of frosting.

Cinnaholic cinnamon buns had a very good flavor and were excellent... The combinations of toppings in different cinnamon buns seem to be endless... They put out a very good product, however my issue is with the price... Almost $8 for one little cinnamon roll, I think it would have been a much more digestible price, if it were located next door to a dispensary.

Very good cinnamon roll!! I got one with cream cheese icing and fruit. The rolls was light and the icing was good, a little runny though. Quick service and the server was nice.

Cinnaholic is consistently delicious. I have yet to get something bad from here, and we try to get something different every time. The girls that work here are always very nice and helpful. There is connect 4 at the tables so you can play a game while you wait which is pretty cute. Great service and a delicious product.

This place is great. It was my first time entering and the first thing I noticed was the amazing aroma the place had. The atmosphere of the inside was great. The staff was great as they attended me well. They asked if it was my first time and showed me how to order as well as showing me specialties. The menu had many options for to choose from. I had the marshmellow frosting with cookie dough as the topping. My brother chose strawberry with blueberries on top. Both tasted amazing. I recommend this place if youre looking if youre craving for something sweet. The price is reasonable, and the bun really does fill you up. Great job guys and thank you for the service.

I seen the prices and just thought maybe they are just that amazingly good! No, no these rolls are not. They are dry as hell. Lacking flavor. I’ll continue to make my own homemade delicious rolls myself. Using real products like eggs, butter and milk. I won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend this at all. 😒

First time here and customer service was already awesome. The smell of fresh cinnamon rolls were awesome. I had ordered the Banana Foster cinnamon roll and it was so good. The flavors are rich but delicious. I need to share with my husband next time because I didnt finish it. But overall experience was 5 stars.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEI was so excited to try this place however, this is one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. When I walked in i was barely greeted with an unenthusiastic “hello”. I told the worker that i made an online order and was picking it up. She stood there with a blank stare and after a few second of awkward silence she asked “how did you order” i explained that it was an online order from the cinnaholic website. She looked so confused and when she replied she said “next time YOU NEED to call in a head of time to let me know that you ordered because i dont get notifications for online orders”. I was taken back by her demanding tone. And she made me feel bad because the order was not ready. I was thinking to myself, how are customers supposed to know to call in after they place an online order, especially since their website had no direction to do so. So obviously my order was not ready and i had to wait even more than expected. The worker put my order together carelessly and did not even put on the toppings i paid for. I was so disgusted by my experience that I didnt even want to eat the cinnamon rolls. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Not a good first impression.

Went there for a unique treat on my birthday to find mold on berries. I told them as the girl was putting more berries on another customers order. She just closed the container of berries but didnt redo the other persons order. Just have them theirs as is.REALLY? Never going back.

I went to the centennial location a while ago and did not like the rolls. They’re far too doughy and expensive. Think about that it takes the company like 70 cents to make a cinnamon roll and are selling them for $8 . It’s expensive. The brookies are the best thing about this place .

Nice place but the cinnamon rolls were not worth almost $5 bucks each. They had waaaaay too much cinnamon on them, and by the time I got home with them, ten minutes at best, all the icing was melted off of them and in the bottom of the box.Ill stick to cinnabon.

I love this place and try to stop in every time Im in town. Unfortunately, my visit yesterday wasnt what I have come to expect. The cinnamon rolls were too warm when all the toppings were added, so everything melted off. It became way too difficult to eat (who knew you could have too much chocolate) and I had to throw mine away. Very disappointing.

I got the Birthday Cake and a custom with peanut butter frosting, Oreo crumbles, and cookie dough. Both of them were great, though the custom one was unbelievably good. I love that they’re vegan, huge, and warm when you get them.

I ended up here on the recommendation of several people. I guess I drew the short straw. I got the old school roll because I actually like regular cinnamon rolls. Unfortunately the cinnamon seemed like a bit of an afterthought and the center of my roll was not cooked...straight dough. If Im going to use this as my cheat day and pay top dollar for a pastry they better get it right. Guess Ill just have to wait til the next time I fly and get my fix with a cinnabon in terminal A.

First of all, the cinnamon rolls are DELICIOUS. I’m giving 3/5 stars because the first time I came in, they were OUT of cinnamon rolls, and the second time, they had lost the ONE list of suggested topping combinations (like coconut cream pie), couldn’t name but ONE non-chocolate options, and acted like I was an inconvenience because it took me a moment to then decide what I wanted from the single toppings available. Oh, and they were out of bananas - the one thing I knew I wanted.

Not only was the atmosphere amazing, but the guy working the counter was super helpful AND adorable. I had the Old Skool, and it was incredible. My girlfriend had the Coconut Cream Pie roll, which looked delicious and was very coconut-y. Ill 100% go back for a custom roll, since theres about 27 combinations I want to try. Also, this place is vegan!!

Very delicious! So many combos. Pick your frosting and toppings or get an original cinnamon bun. We got a bun with marshmallow and chocolate frosting and graham cracker topping and another with maple frosting and blueberries and strawberries. Both were heavenly, and very big portions!

That peanut butter roll is amazing. I would never think to put a peanut butter frosting on my cinnamon roll but this has all the salty goodness of salted caramel but better. Reminds me of these rice noodle rolls wed get in the markets in Hong Kong that were drizzled over with this sweet peanut sauce. Heaven.Also good is the almond frosting.You wont believe its vegan. They dont even bother advertising it, cause itll drive away the close minded folks who dont realize you dont have to have an open mind to LOVE this. We havent had a single non-vegan friend say anything but Oh my god where did you get these?. We bring them to parties and celebrations and theyre a hit every time.

I had higher hopes for Cinnaholic rolls. Sadly they were dry. Good cinnamon flavor but not on the same par w/Cinnabon.The frosting was ample but sadly just powdered sugar frosting, not the cream cheese taste or thickness.Theres nothing I hate worse is over baked or dry pastry.
