This place is amazing. It was busy on a Saturday night, but it was worth the wait. The employee Jessica, was very helpful and kind. Would definitely reccomend this place!

FALSE ADVERTISING - AVOID. They have nothing that they are advertising on digital their billboard - see pictures - no hotdogs, no donuts, no boba, no churros - all they have are shakes and gelato. This is NO way to run business - bait and switch. Unfortunately, the food court upstairs doesnt have any of those either.

The Dole Whip taste just like the one in Disney World. Also the person helping us was cute and friendly.💯

Absolutely delicious! Weve been on a huge road trip and have had the fun of trying ice cream in 6 different states and Sticks and Shakes beat them all! The best gelato and shakes by far! We had the Golden Balls, Donut Taste Good, strawberry cheesecake on a stick, churros and a peanut butter chip shake. Every single thing was delicious but the shakes were the absolute best!!! It definitely cost on the higher end, but for specialty ice cream and smiles all around, it was worth it.

I first walked in because they had the Dole soft served ice cream. That was just as good as the one we tried in Disneyland. But I also picked up one of the strawberry cheesecake on a stick and it was so stale.Tasted like it was on display for a very long time.It was a waste of moneyI dont recommend.

Got a Mega Ferrero Rocher shake here for about $10. tasted good and had the right consistency for a shake. Nice and thick and.lots of ice cream. Very refreshing for a hot day. SlightlyOverpriced but its vegas so its expected

Had the cookies and cream cheesecake bar and it was awesome. I also tried the pistachio gelato and that was delicious. Neat place to beat the heat.

The first time I stopped, I wanted to try the Pineapple soft serve and was told they didn’t have any. The 2nd time, also didn’t have any but I tried the sorbet (watermelon and coconut) and churros. Sorbet had great flavor and texture. The employees complained about making my churros because he just cleaned the machine. I apologized and asked if they were about to close, he said no. They were going to be open for a few more hours. I was confused. Churros were almost a little mushy texture. The 3rd time, no pineapple soft serve and no churros because they were frozen. Owner needs new staff. Product has the potential for deliciousness if the staff cared a little.

Stop here at least once a trip and sometimes twice.

Writing this review knowing this place will not last we ordered cheesecake on a stick it was old and frostbitten an edible dog food would’ve been better than this do not waste your money or your time this place will not last the owner has to do something or the $10,000 a month is going in the toilet

The shakes were not thick but runny, more like flavored milk. Only had 1 person and it took 10 minutes for just my 2.

Visited the location near the fashion show mall and the workers were beyond RUDE also none of the machines were working also was told we only can purchase 2 shakes because someone had just bought 7 shakes couldnt get donuts or churros either I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The gelato was icy and gritty. Tried 4 diff flavors. The employee never even said one word to us. Meh.

We went to eat at a restaurant on the outside of the Fashion Show and of course my Family saw the Sticks and Shakes had another location outside and immediately wanted to have dessert since we love it there!! They never disappoint! Drew waited on us and he couldnt have been nicer and so helpful in helping us decide what to have this time! They have added some new items since we were there last time ( the location inside) so it was hard to decide!! We always love it here and will definitely be back!!!!

Great place to fulfill your craving for ice cream, sweets, or a shake! They even sell boba here but I didnt try that. I went for the strawberry shake and I loved it so much. Same with the donuts. They were freaking good!Dont forget to check in on Yelp for 20% off of a waffle cone ice cream! So worth!

I LOVE this place! They always have unique flavors that all taste amazing. The only problem is I can never decide on what to get! Ill just have to keep coming back to try them all! The staff is always super friendly and helpful when trying to make decisions as to what to get! Fantastic place!

Horrible customer service. Seemed like we inconvenienced the employee just by being there. The shakes were almost devoid of ice and cups were not even filled all the way. Go elsewhere, this place is trash for the money we spent.

Bugs are in the gelato. The staff knows bugs fly in there and they scoop the bugs out while still serving the exact gelato they just scooped bugs out of.

Charged 10 dollars for a medium shake..... From soft serve..... Also charged me a fee for using my card. I know the shake cost less than a tenth of what I paid, the least you could do is pay the fee yourself. Shake tasted ok, but no where near as good as the price would warrant. A word of advice, just move on from this place. It might spare you some annoyance.

Such a cool place for kids and adults. Had lot of fun creating some tasty combinations of milkshakes and the cheesecake on a stick is to die for! Great value for money too

Decided to visit here for my birthday and I am so glad I did. Had the Birthday Gelato, milk chocolate drizzle and cookie crumbs, it was delicious. Staff were super helpful and let me try a few flavours before making my decision.The smoothies are also delicious, went with mango and watermelon which was very refreshing for the hot weather outside the Mall.If you want something a bit different then I highly recommend coming here.

They claimed that they are have dairy free choices. Told them that my son has dairy allergies. One block down the street he goes into anaphylaxis shock. Called 911 goes to the ER. I mentioned this to the owner and hes arguing with me that they wash utensils with water and that is enough. I explained to him that theyre cross contaminating the dairy free products with this process. This angered him and he yelled to not tell him how to run his business. He then explained that no shop in the world washes utensils with soap and water so thats why they only use water. I reexplain that water alone is not enough to wash dairy. I said that the quick fix is that they should have a separate utensil for the dairy free products. He immediately said that its a good idea. I am writing this while my wife is at my sons bedside at the childrens hospital. My reasoning for writing this is to hopefully prevent someone else from having to spend their night on vacation praying for your 9 year old. I hope that they learn from this and change processes or stop, stopping people in the walkways and advertise dairy free products. *update: For those who may wonder after reading this, my son thankfully will be ok. Hes very emotionally traumatized from the incident but hell be ok. This will be something that his mother and I will assume medical costs for out of state but we will gladly do to have our son.

I was walking around Fashion Show Mall and I was craving a shake. I opted to get the Birthday Cake flavoured mini shake, which came out to around $8-$9. They provide different types of ice creams that they can make into shakes. There were fruit shake options as well, and even had a boba option, which surprised me! They had churros too!The shake itself was pretty good, but the price is meh. This location was on the strip though, so I guess I cant really expect much more. I believe there is another location INSIDE the fashion show mall, but the one I went to was located outside in a booth, in front of Kona Grill and Benihana.

Visiting from Florida, this 2 story mall has a store for everyone. Complete with a Cinnabon and carrosel, this must see is the largest mall in Georgia.
