Cannot express enough how much appreciation to the wonderful coaches at this school. My daughter has attended this swimming school for only three months during the summer, not only she learn how to swim in different styles, she also enjoys the class and swimming a lot. She counts the day and would be super excited to go to the swimming lesson on her lesson day. She always ask me to bring her there more. The school is very clean, organized, and all the staff and coaches are very nice and professional. Thank you!

This place is super Cool! The facility is very nice. I had talked with one of the coaches, Ms. Jill. She was very professional. We discussed my plan of learning and the schedule in detail when we met for the first time.She really has passion to her job and has patients to all the students. She made me love swimming. I recommend this place for everyone who wants to learn swimming .

Kids have been going for about a month now. They love it and the instructors are great. Please buy your swimsuits, goggles and equipment from this establishment and not a big box store.

Yup, I tried out the new Ovia Mermaid Academy at Stone Sports. It’s for “Mermen” too. Totally fun and something different. You can rent your tail there or buy one. Plus this academy teach you fin safety. Great for kids and adults.

Although the staff is friendly I have had constant and ongoing miscommunications with my scuba instructor. At this point I still have yet to receive my open water certification that I paid hundreds of dollars for and took the exam for almost 2 months ago. In addition, I found out today that the advanced open water exam results have yet to be entered when I was told that they were entered the day of our exam at the end of August. I realize many of these issues have been with the instructor but he is a reflection on the company who has been made aware of these issues and has yet to help resolve them.Update: Although not within the timeline promised, my OW/AOW certifications have ultimately been received. I hope that Stone Sports continues to improve and develop its Scuba program. Personally, if I were to continue pursuing certifications in Las Vegas I would consider other businesses/instructors before returning to hopefully avoid some of the headaches I experienced here but I do appreciate the managements attempts to rectify these issues once they became involved.

Very unprofessional. I walked in with my baby and because my baby is black and i am not i constantly received stares and unwanted looks. it got so bad i had to ask if i was not allowed there. will never return terrible people. on top of that my baby got almost little to no attention from the instructor and yelled at my baby for not wanting to get in the water.

I came into Stone Sport to buy some Douchebag backpacks back on March 7th. I initially worked with Nikki and eventually worked with Reuben as well. I order these bags back on March 7th and I didnt need them until my next vacation which was scheduled for early April. I made this pretty clear to them. Initially, I was under the impression that I would be reciving the bags within 1.5-2 weeks. However, there seem to have been communication issues with the manufacturer which isnt Stone Sports fault. The bags were eventually received by Stone Sports 2 days before my trip (over 3 weeks from the initial purchase date) was scheduled to leave. Stone Sports initially told me that they would ship the items to me for free. However because they received the bags so late, the only option was to overnight it. Initially they quoted me at $30 which sucks but it was fine. But then they requoted me at roughly $80. This was a huge bummer because I expected these bags in time for my vacation. I purchased them well over 3 weeks in advance. And now I was told that I needed to pay $80 to get the shipped in time for my trip. That just sounded ridiculous to me as a consumer. I decided to cancel 2 of the 3 pieces in the order. I specifically requested that the 15L Douchebag backpack be sent to me because I already spoke directly with the manufacturer about getting the 30L backpack. Well, Stone Sports ended shipping me the wrong item. Stone sports ended up shipping me the 30L backpack instead of the 15L backpack. So I now have two backpacks that are the same. Throughout the process, it seems like they have tried to clarify issues. They were nice to work with. However, there just seems to be consistent miscommunication which results in shipment of wrong items. As nice as they are, I cant overlook the constant let downs that Ive experienced with this order. Im also waiting for my refund for the 2 items I returned. Its been 7 days since I requested the refund. They have assured me that its been processed, but I havent seen it yet. Overall, Im bummed that I didnt get my initial order due to the delay. Then Im more disappointed I didnt get the 15L backpack that I specifically requested. Ive also worked with the manufacturer (Douchebags) directly to clarify some issues. Overall, this process has been a huge headache.Update: Jill from Stone Sports has reached out to me and resolved all of the concerns. Again, the people Ive worked with have to been extremely nice. I do believe that my experience was an outlier. I had received my refund and got my bag.
