Seemed like a very honest company to me.

Dratter has a lady working for them who understands what customer service means in capital Letters. Motor in question was out of warrenty. Dratter looked at it and said that damage was done from factory defect. Lady spent over a month making sure we were taken care of and had our motor replaced at no charge. This is the worst company to do business with dont bring any motor herr they are crooks an dont even call u for estimate or a follow up calls very bad business for sure

Spoke on phone about a small electric motor for an rv heater and he said he didnt work on 12 volt motors.....asked another question about internal lubrication of motors which could be of any voltage since they both spin....... he said i dont work on 12 volt motors..............so there is your answer................

They fixed my welder in two days under warranty

One word: Crooks.Gave no estimate for repair, said they could not fix motor, then would not return without diag fee. Nothing disclosed. Changing stories.
