We (our neighbor and us) recently purchased fencing materials from Fence Town to do a combined fence replacement project. The support they provided was just tremendous. We started with an idea and they led us through the process to build our respective orders. They explained how the material will be determined and asked for a simple drawing. We sent in our drawings and they retuned a list of material we would need. The support team did contact us to confirm our plan before submitting our orders. The process was very easy for us to follow and the product came as expected. Installation went as expected as well. We give FenceTown a 10 and would definitely do business with them again

I ordered a Jerith 202 style fence from FenceTown.com and the experience was awesome! I had questions before I began and wanted to make sure I was ordering everything I needed. Jason was super helpful and made sure I had everything, offered discounts, updated me on shipping information, and even resolved a latch issue I had once the fence was installed. The fence looks great and the included instructions are very straight forward. I got my fathers help to install and that evening he ordered the same exact fence.

Website information is accurate and complete. Once you know dimensions, ordering is a breeze. Shipping left a little to be desired because the local delivering company failed to notify me. Overall, if I were to build another fence, Fencetown will be my first and only stop.

FenceTown customer service is awesome. While I was somewhat taken aback by the high shipping costs, the customer service team worked with the fence supplier and my situation to really drop the shipping costs using different delivery options. I also had a return due to a faulty part, but FenceTown customer service stepped right up and fixed it right away. I would buy thru them again.

I returned an order because they went radio silent and did not ship my order for weeks, and I needed a fence for a code inspection so I had to get something sooner than it arrived (returned in 100% original packaging utilizing the carrier that they chose) and they did not refund me about $900 for shipping apparently - be warned, do not do business with this company! I will update this if they later make it right.

I usually do not write reviews, but when a company/individual goes out of their way to supply exceptional service I feel compelled to share my experience with potential customers.We have an existing Specrail installation and wanted to add a new gate.I called FenceTown and explained what I needed.A FenceTown salesperson asked when our product was installed, and specific questions as Specrail had changed their Berkshire line. That was a major catch, which other companies missed.FenceTown entered the order for the older design.Unfortunately the trucking company misplaced the gate, FenceTown didn’t miss a beat, placing the replacement gate order and offering to credit my card back for the missing gate.FenceTown was in contact via email and phone making sure that I was kept updated on the order.The original gate turned up and it is a perfect match.The price was more than competitive with other suppliers and the bonus of the customer service makes this supplier a can’t miss in my mind.

After hours of estimators and going over quote after quote, I searched and found FenceTown. Their website is extremely user friendly and informative. I asked for a request in regards to what I needed to do and without the proper terminology FenceTown took the time to teach me and tell me exactly what I needed. The price blew every other quote out of the water!! Including the shipping charge from FenceTown no one came close!!I placed the order and FenceTown kept me informed all the way thru the process until my order was shipped. They explained everything I needed to do while I waited for my shipment to arrive. Unfortunately when my fence arrived, the shipper was not kind what so ever to fence. It arrived abused, very abused. Totally feeling defeated, I immediately sent pictures to FenceTown and within 20 minutes I received a call from them explaining what was going to happen next. I went thru every piece and three panels were destroyed. Within a week and a half the three panels were replaced with brand new panels!!Accidents happen and FenceTown stood behind the product. I found FenceTown online after getting several quotes for fencing around our pool that were ridiculously high. I got a better fence from FenceTown for a great price. Yes, we installed it ourselves, but it was a fairly easy project, took a day and a half and we saved about 6K! Customer support was very helpful in the ordering process, and when we were delivered a few dented panels, they sent out replacements right away. Was very happy with the product that was ordered, but totally dissatisfied with the way they continually kept wanting to verify fiunds during my 3-4 week waiting period for the panels to be made. Each time Jason told me they were not going to collect on the funds. (the total was over my daily limit, so I had to connect the bank each time) I kept telling Jason that he needed to remove the mark on my account, and he told me that was not the way it works, and he wont run the charge through. Even after a conversation with my bank, he told me my bank was wrong. When it came time for the order to ship...he ran it through my account. When I called and tried to correct it, and pay with from a different checking account he was very rude and told me it would take 15 days to credit the money back, and I would need to pay with the new account right now. The use of swear words to a customer is never a good idea. When it came time to order more materials I used a different company and got CLASS A treatment.RESPONSE to Fencetowns half truths:FENCETOWN DOESNT TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH. They ran the charge through my account on November 28...it was deducted from my balance on November 28...NOT on the shipping date Jason stated.The bank told Jason what HE needed to do to remove the mark and he didnt do it, told me that my bank was wrong.Emails do not lie!!!As far as another order, NO didnt go through with it, as I contacted the fence company and asked for another dealer. So glad I did...very polite, called me to stay on top of the order. DIDNT require a credit card to make an order, only needed payment upon shipping.
