Each and every time we were able to get quick efficient service and the price quoted was always to our satisfaction. They are professionals and come within the window they say they will. I called Valley Overhead Door based on a recommendation from a family member. The spring on our garage door broke and we couldnt get our cars out of the garage. When I called today, Cisco provided a window that he would be on my side of town (which wasnt that long of a wait). He also called me about 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way to my house. He was on-time and it only took him a few seconds to take a look at our door and assess that only a replacement spring was needed. He said it would take about 20 minutes, but I dont think it even took that long! He made the repair so quickly and everything is in working order. Cisco was very nice, professional and came across as an honest person. I will definitely use this company again in the future if I need to.

Best garage door company in Las Vegas. Honest! Professional! I used this company about a year ago at one of my rentals. Cisco and his son were so good I kept their number in my phone, JUST IN CASE! Well, as luck would have it, I crunched my garage door with my car tonight (after business hours) and called this company to come rescue me. I couldnt leave my door open all night so Cisco quoted my service call over the phone and was at my door in less than an hour. The door was mangled to say the least, but I didnt want to go for a new one since I am planning to move soon. Well, in about 20 minutes, my old door was repaired and the fee was hardly more than the call. So honest. This company will always be my first call for any garage door issue on any of my properties. I was at Ciscos mercy and he didnt take advantage of my situation. This type of business practice is very old school honorable and you cant find much of that anymore. Bravo and thank you for taking good care of me once again.
