The guys that work at the club repair station are super chill and always help me out. Always very nice and take care of me. The floor guys (old men only) that work around putting area always follow me around and ask me like 5-6 times if I need help. And while they aren’t asking me if I need help they will just watch me. Not sure why they follow me around the store and make me so uncomfortable. Bought multiple putters there and last time I went the one old dude followed me to the register and watched me being checked out by another representative. Unbelievably weird.

I purchase a brand new PING G425 Max Driver and G425 3 wood at the end of April. On the first time taking the driver out (within 30 days of purchase) the shaft snapped in half — just a normal tee shot! I’ve never seen this happen in over 20 years of playing. I drove to the store directly after the round in hopes of a quick resolve.When I went to the store to see what my options were, the initial associate said “we can send the shaft to Ping under warranty but it’ll take 2-10 months.” I objected to this option, as the club was virtually brand new.I eventually spoke with a “manager” who, after some verbal back and forth, put a different shaft on the club (borrow until my replacement comes, then swap). The shaft is a 5 wood length, making the driver, in essence, unusable.I shouldn’t have to suffer because of an obvious fluke/ QC problem. The lack of care by the associates was incredibly disappointing.**Update 6/3/21**Hi Joe,Thank you for your reply; it demonstrates management takes these unfortunate situations seriously. I went to the store today and my shaft was swapped out, just as you promised. I had hoped to meet you and convey my gratitude but you were at lunch. Thanks again.

These guys are simply the best. While looking for a new golf set, since my arrival they were eager to help on selecting what I needed starting with shoes and bag. Mike took all the necessary time on checking my swing and, therefore, recommending the right set. Afterwards, their advice was to stay at their virtual range and have a practice session to verify if the selection was the right one. I am really happy with the selected set. Fully recommend them.

My husband and I visited this store twice during our recent stay in Las Vegas and loved it. We worked with a gentleman named Milt on both occasions and highly recommend him. He helped fit my husband for clubs and gave him some great tips as well. This store has practice bays, fitting bays, custom fitting bays, and instructional bays. You can call ahead and make reservations for certain bays but that’s only really necessary for busy times or if you are on a time crunch. They can work up a quote on clubs for you and that’s really nice. It is a really well rounded store with a great staff!

I was originally coming in to see if I could get my shaft changed for my driver because I felt like I wasn’t swinging fast enough. The staff was great and sent me to the fitting bays in the back with a new shaft to demo. While hitting, Milt Brophy an excellent staff member watched my shot and really helped me out with what all the numbers meant on the screen. What was supposed to be a quick in and out turned into what was a 30 min session on what I needed to correct in order to get optimal results for my drive. In my opinion Milt went above and beyond my expectations on a free fitting for a shaft, he was extremely helpful and gave me great advice on what driver shaft I should choose. The overall service in this store is amazing and from the moment I walked in and was helped by the employee behind the counter with arm tattoos (I never caught his name) who had great customer service to the time I walked out with Milts Recommendation I was impressed with my experience, they really deserve all 5 stars here.

This is a great golf shop. They didnt get 5 stars because I had a issue with the payment processing and needed to use a different form of payment. But the system took what was in the first debit account and they couldnt void the transaction. Leaving that account empty and the only choice they gave me was to get a refund. So I may see those funds in 3-7 days. When I told my wife, she hit the roof. Not because I bought a driver, because they didnt return the money by the morning as I was told. Taking all the joy out of my new driver.

I came in to look at a new set of irons and was greeted by Milt B. He was extremely friendly and unbelievably knowledgeable. Milt went out of his way to make sure all of my questions were answered. He then gave me advice on my swing and then went over a number of different clubs with me. He made me feel comfortable and was very professional. This store has all the golf equipment and clothing that any golfer would ever need.

I am a fairly frequent shopper of this store, usually have a great experience. Recently spent a little over $200 on some balls and 4 new grips for my clubs. When I was first charged the $2.99 for installation after I just paid for the grips I was slightly irked, I understand they have employees to pay and overhead to maintain, but they make there profit margins. I called the next day and spoke with a gentleman to voice my frustrations about the issue and asked why I had never been charged previously and that maybe they should look at a company wide policy change on this if you buy the grips from them. Now normally the employee would at least take my name and number down this guy couldnt wait to get me off the phone after being extremely short with me on the phone the whole time. with the number of other options in Las Vegas to do business with I dont think that was the best customer service experience they could have provided.

I had a great time getting fitted at the shop today. Bobby Weaver was helping me understand the nuances of flight/spin and you could tell he genuinely enjoyed solving technical problems to his customers game.By the end of the experience, I came away feeling like I owed him money for the lesson in technology... so I guess Ill have to go back and spend it once that SIM driver is available for purchase.

The best golf store period! Came in a couple days ago and spoke with Milt. Getting back in the game after 15 years of layoff. Now at 41 years old, the mizuno mp37 blades are getting a bit heavy and quite frankly would like something a bit more forgiving. Milt spent the time in getting me fitted but we quickly came to realize my swing is going to change in the coming weeks/months as I get back into it. He recommended we can even get the current clubs refitted if necessary. Ended up my current clubs are still fine to start. He couldve easily tried and sold me on a new set but he didnt. He recommended me to get more range time so we can do the fitting again once I get my swing back and introduced me to their $99/year range time which I signed up for. He then helped my find a new grip for my putter. They are one of the biggest golf store youll come across with great customer service and a huge selection of everything golf. Cant ask for anything more!

I talked to a wonderful employee named Nicole. I wanted to buy a pair of golf shoes for my grandson for his 8th birthday and was having trouble with the online shopping. Huge selection of brands and apparel. Lots of people to help you. Hitting bays are constantly busy as they rarely open more than two. Plenty of parking. Not too many sales.

Place is amazing. Have everything you need to start or continue golf. Not sure Alfreds whining about prices is accurate. They have regular MSRP merchandise but also have a pretty decent sized clearance apparel section in the back of the store. Its not an outlet store people.Did a first lesson there that was great with Jim. Very informative and awesome tips that literally saw my hits improve in the first 45 minutes. Will definitely get some more lessons in with him.Overall i havent had any of the crazy experiences the other 1 star people complained about. You walk in and at least 1 or 2 people greet you. If MSRP scares you maybe you arent built for the real world and online shopping suites you better, knocking a place for it seems ridiculous

Not had a good run of ordering lately. This is now the 2nd time that the online site said it was in store for pick up ....and guess what??... it wasnt. My faith in their online shopping is non existent. If you need a product and its not on the store floor, dont bother asking for it because its not available. Poor customer relations and unsatisfactory inventory.

Im struggling to give this one star. This place is very underwhelming if you are shopping for womens clothing. The products are mainly for men which makes the store feel horribly small . Its not a very big place but men shopping here might say otherwise.

Way better than the other golf store in Las Vegas. I had a good experience trying new drivers. None worked out for me, but the rep (I think his name was Milt), showed me how to get a little more distance with the clubs I have by going to a harder ball. DAMNED if he wasnt right. Also had asked the other golf store about repairing my Taylormade Spider putter. They told me Taylormade no longer made repairs - end of conversation. The folks at PGA Superstore told me just the opposite. That Taylormade would either repair it or replace it. They sent in my putter and Taylormade has replaced it.What a terrific store!

Wow, stay away at all costs. I purchased a custom shaft driver and they made a mistake on the shaft. I went 2 times to resolve the issue and both times I was treated in a dismissive manner by a know it all manager. Golf Galaxy here I come.

Moved know it is a Bed bath and beyond.

They reopened the golf store but it is not connected to Dicks sporting goods it is a bigger one and is involved with the PGA. Not only do they have a larger selection of golf equipment but you can also practice every day for $10/half hour or $99 for a one year membership(it is free if you dont want the practice range and other things that go with it) you can get a print out of your practice shots.
