First time coming to this place and let me tell you, I dont know anything about renting a percussion instruments. My son needed a bell kit for rent and the staff explain how it works.The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. First month $5 includes the insurance; liability damage and then every month $28 includes the insurance. It is a year contract its month to month. The staff also give me an information for lesson $140(4 weeks) for 30 minutes and $150(5 weeks) for 30 minutes, 15 minutes free trials if Im not mistaken.

I did not have a good experience- it was outstanding! Saying ‘good’ is kind of an insult- exceeded my expectations in every way(with the exception of the price of the case🤪) A guy by the name of Thomas not only recommended the ideal instrument, but saved me $ in appraising my other guitar which turned out to be junk, got my money back. You have a helpful, knowledgeable and dedicated team member there-management is lucky to have him. If they let you read this, Thomas, thank you again! Sharing a bad experience with an employee here. One of the employees kept on eyeing my daughter. Just because youre wearing a mask doesnt mean we cant see where youre looking. When we were checking out at the register he kept on being creepy by asking for our names and where we were from, still staring at my daughter. It made her so uncomfortable and Im never coming back to this store again. I made sure to get the employees name and he said it was William. I hope this store doesnt hire young women.

I am glad that the guys were helpful and assisted me with the eletronic devices that I was searching for!! I will return to the same location and order my page turner foot pedal for my Apple IPad...

These guys were so helpful! We were gifted a guitar that needed new strings and had no idea how to change them. They happily cleaned it up for us and put on new strings. I will definitely be coming back, great customer service.

The worst customer service the worst instruments and they said I could cancel when ever I wanted and I’ve been trying to cancel but they want to charge me the month that I haven’t had it for and I had automatic payments and they charged it late and charged me late fees i do not recommend this place to rent or buy an instrument and they don’t let me cancel until I pay the money I don’t owe this company rob you of your money.
