I am a retired military Veteran. The VA gave me an outside referral to select an audiologist in the Las Vegas area. Dr. Moore’s Hearing Life office spent Moore time than any other answering questions and offering suggestions.9330 Sun City BlvdLas Vegas NV 89134United StatesThey worked with me to assign a convenient appointment time. The exam and hearing evaluation were comprehensive with Dr. Moore explaining every step.Then the fun started! It had taken from Oct 2020 - Dec 2020 for the VA to authorize me to use a civilian provider. The results of my exam were submitted immediately after it took place.Dr. Moore and her assistant made regular contact with the VA to keep the process moving forward. For some reason the VA wanted me to submit the paperwork from my exam to them so they could begin the same process that had been initiated in December 2020.Week after week, Serene (the lady who runs and coordinates this office for the benefit of the business, but more for the patient) maintained an ongoing communication with the VA and with me. In spite of her frustration, she maintained a pleasant, optimistic attitude.Finally, yesterday... June 2, 2021... I received my new hearing aids.This would never have happened without the professional, caring and determination of Dr. Moore and Serene to insure I was cared for.My wife and I can’t thank this Hearing Life office enough for caring for us.

Was very happy with the way I was treated when fitted. I love my hearing aids. However on 4-16 called at least 6 times. Recorder said they were busy. I drove to office to find it was close. My hearing aids were disc from my phone. I left my number and many messages explaining my situation. I was able to find support for myself by calling another office in California. 14 days later nobody from sun City office has called to follow up and see if my hearing aid problem has been taken care of

I truly enjoy going to Hearing Life for my annual hearing test or If I need any other hearing aid service such as parts or repair. They are very professional & treat me like family. I always feel welcome. They know who I am. Excellent & helpful all the time. They are my choice even though they are not the closest hearing center. Thank you 😊

The experience was great. No pressure. I brought a pair of hearing aids. The hearing aids are awesome.

Very friendly staff. Dawn was so helpful tuning up my husbands hearing aids. Now he wears his aids and enjoys hearing the world again.

Garble was spoken to use up appt time while Dr constantly looking at time and phone. It felt like I was sitting thru a timeshare spiel.

Dan was very kind to me. Great ear exam and did not leave a thing out of the testing. Very knowledgeable.
