I was the sister-n-law, not the patient, but I was so impressed with the treatment/care my sister-n-law received I had to write a review. Danielle Oaks was the specialist who handled us and she was kind, attentive and professional. The testing was thorough and the hearing aides my sister-n-law was fitted with seem perfect. I would totally recommend Danielle to any of my loved ones because I know they would be in caring hands.

Store is unsafe! And it does not practice what it says it does as far as covid precautions on its website and corporate website. Highly unsafe! And not in compliance with Nevada covid-19 mandates requiring everyone and all business to wear mask. My husband had many problems with this office. He would go in the office to get hearing aids adjusted sadly to say only last one day..Always had problems hearing even after the adjustment. Batteries only lasted one day, two if he was lucky. Not very professional when you bring your hugh dogs to work. Never felt like the ladies wanted to be at work. Very bad customer service at this Lake Mead Office.

Nice office friendly staff and Dr. My only major complaint is there were no hand on demo units to look at to make a decision on what size I would want and what hearing aid would be available. Other than that the experience was good.
