The first representative I talked to was very nice and helpful. But they sent the wrong forklift and they said it is the only forklift they have left. Our warehouse work had to be delayed. It would have been better for them if they notified me that they are out of forklift due to a high volume.

I was frustrated with united rentals on my 2 previous jobs. I explained this when i ordered porta potties for my next job. JT is has been on my job now and services us every week. Hes always on point, on time, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to have on my jobsite. I will request him by name every time. I appreciate all JT has done for my company. Superintendents like subs that do their jobs and we dont have to baby sit. Thank you
