Outstanding customer service. Price worth the long term commitment. My ceiling fan finally failed after 10 plus years of continuous use and it was replaced at no charge with no hassle. Fanco is knowledgeable on their products.

We were more than amazed how the customer service is driven here. Customer first by all means and we mean by all means. James has been our rep from the beginning and had continued to be one the reasons we have continued to come back and referred many friends to this specific Fanco. He has treated my wife and my kids with tremendous respect. Hes made us feel comfortable and good.Weve had Louis and David help us and have to give them their thanks as well.FANCO does stand by its fan and sales. Weve had an issue with a fan, after troubleshooting the fan, they came back with a positive resolution. We have always been happy on their products.Dont get them confused by their installers. The installers are another company and have nothing to do with Fanco.Cant take any stars away from Fanco for that.

Store seemed ok, with a varied selection but customer service was the pits. Had a new sales representative with no experience and no one gave her back up support, nor service to us. Did want to purchase some fans but her knowledge was so minimal. Before sales reps are cut loose, training on how to take care of customers might be a priority... before making the sale. And, dont leave the customer waiting..... senior sales reps were too busy making the quota.

Just walked in and tried to communicate with the staff and due to my deafness I politely asked if they would take their mask off to speak with me from a distance, they adamantly said no we will not do that. They wanted their staff to write on a piece of paper. That would have taken soooo long I wasn’t going to waste my time.Their sign in front says please wear masks unless otherwise for certain reasons . I was about to buy lights and ceiling fans because we just remodeled our house. Do not come here if they won’t work with you!

This is the work of a Fanco installer. Be wary! If your job requires anything beyond simply swapping out the fan, look for electricians elsewhere!

The Fort Apache Fanco location was great to us! They greeted us, and the service was stellar. They answered all of our questions and advised us with the color choices and styles to match our taste and some pictures that we had. We bought two beautiful fans with their buy one get one sale. They came and installed them when they said they were going to and they look and work perfect. Well be back for some light fixtures in the near future.

I have had an amazing experience with Fanco. Their lights and fans have been a great addition to our house. We had an issue with one of the lights and Fanco was very quick and helpful with solving the problem. I would recommend them to anyone.

Boy, this place has a lot of fans! I didnt know you can make a store that only sold fans. But guess what? You can. Welcome to fanco. I need a ceiling fan for our living room because the old one died on us. I would have given it better star rating but its a little overpriced. However, the staff was really helpful and I still ended up buying the fan here because they had a great selection and I found it just a fan we were looking for.

Worst customer service. We bought 4 fans and one of the fans is making clicking noises and wobbles. Called them multiple times but the only answer is they have to talk to their manager. Finally spoke to the one who sold us the fan and asked us to send a video of the fan and he will send it to his manager. Video sent as requested and 2 days later, can’t still get a good response if they will address the issue. On top of that, the installers who installed our fans refused to wear shoe covers, according to them, it’s their policy. I do understand the risk of slipping in the ladder and the need to be insulated. But at least be polite and wear the shoe cover when walking around the house specially in the carpet and just take it off before climbing the ladder and also wear shoe cover before stepping in our bed since they don’t really need to use ladder. Outside shoes are dirty and can bring all sorts of sickness to kids.

We just moved into a new home and stopped in to Fanco for some fans. Terry was very knowledgeable of all the fans we asked about and gave us some information on the Minka-Aire fan we were interested in. I came home did some research and confirmed that there prices were not out of whack and went back and ordered six fans. They had to order four of them and we waited only about a week for them. Luckily my husband can install the fans so we were able to save some money on the installs. Just a tip...always check that everything is included in the box and that the color is correct before you start installing and if you think the price is out of whack do some research before you purchase but from my experience there pricing is fair and there service was great!

Very condescending. Went in with my grown daughter who had done her research online and watched as the salesman commenced to tell her how every brand she was interested in was no good including Hunter. He however, did NOT recommend a comparable fan from Fanco. We walked out and went to Lowes and she bought her 52 fan. Would never recommend this place to anyone!

Purchased a replacement fan for an older Casablanca Stealth. That manufacturer was bought out & new product was cheapened, not acceptable, wobbled (imbalanced) new. FANCO made it right - returned it and helped us replace with another brand. Third time Ive purchased fans in 10+ years. There is no better retailer for these products.
