Me and my guy friend really enjoyed the purchases and cant wait to find time to visit this location again very friendly atmosphere i give it a 5 🌟

I came in with my spouse and the girl was super helpful. However, the item she spoke highly of which was $70 ($50 on the website) didn’t even work. I get home and this item didn’t have any suction or feeling. $70 down the drain. I’m wondering did she even really have one? Like had she tried it before or do they makeup stories to sell the item.

Im always making an excuse to stop by here. Its one of the smaller adult stores but its in my neighborhood and the girls are always super sweet and friendly. Love this spot

Came in for an item I had never used before and met Shavon who was a HUGE help. We discussed sizes for the item, technique and, possibly most importantly, safety and comfort. I walked out for under $20 bucks equipped for a new adventure.

This is just in vegas but I hade a completely different experience then what I thought I would have had I was a little scared but amazed shout out to beautiful new beginnings

They have a very friendly staff,always helpfull and the store is the cleanest adult store in Vegas!

I am new to this area and had not been to this store prior. Apparently they were in the middle of their grand opening (under new management) celebration. I cannot compare it to their prior management, but when I went in everyone was super friendly and helpful. They didnt have exactly what I was looking for but I ended up buying something else just because everyone was so nice.

So disappointed. I bought some negleje, a couple of hours ago. Got home, realized there was some stitching defect, called them, and she told me I couldnt exchange it. She basically told me that its fine for me to stop payment with my CC company. I would have rather exchanged it. I totally understand if it was the next day.. It still has tags and has only been a couple of hours. Ill never spend money there again. Also, Amazon is much cheaper. Granted I bought it at 50% discount, but that still made it 40+ dollars.

Great quality products, excellent customer service. Nice and clean, organized, open, brightly lit store.Yes, the employee asked us 3 times during our visit if we needed help or had any questions, (which is understandably awkward for many people shopping in a place like this) but she ultimately made me more comfortable to ask questions when I actually had one!

Sorry we didnt get this on sooner,its been a couple weeks since weve been there. Wife and I had a great time. We were there about an hour, the clerk was courteous and very friendly. Wife and her hit it off and the chatted as we browsed and she showed us a few options. Wife forgets the young ladies name who was working at the time, but she was nothing but passionate.. She checked with us to see if we had any questions, ever ten minutes or so. The store itself was pretty cool. Lots of inventory, plus a closeout clearance in every section.. We will MOST DEFINITELY RETURN..

Employees made me feel welcomed and comfortable

The girl at the store who we dealt with when we came in was super nosey which is not a style Im okay with. If I ask questions then cool but if you follow me around the store leaving a 2 foot distance between us all I want to do is leave which is exactly what I did and will not come back.

Love the new staff here very helpful and a TON of products to choose from. Stellar customer service.

I havent been there yet, but all i hear is good things about the store, i will be there soon.

Its a shame that the employees look at you and follow you arround like you are about to steal something when you walk in with your spouse, just to see if you find anything intresting but all you get is someone that does not allow you to at least look arrownd peacefully

I was very nervous walking into this kind of shop, however the employees were very friendly, helpful and informative for this first time visitor. I look forward to my next visit.
