Excellent service. Thanks to Makua and Calvin for going out of your way to find the part and fix the wheel in less than a day at no charge. No questions asked. Great products but even great products can break (mine has 100’s of travels on the mileage) and service like what I received makes me want to come back for the next purchase. Thanks guys.

AWFUL experience. We have many bags from TUMI and love there things. We came in yesterday morning for an extra suitcase because we didn’t have enough room to bring home the stuff we had bought. The man working here was incredibly rude. He looked us up and down and asked “are you sure you have heard of TUMI” us replying with yes, we have many bags from here and he said “I’m not sure this is the store you are looking for” We were in shock. He basically told us we were too poor to come her, which not that it matters is un true. I will be returning to TUMI in the future but never again at this location.

It’s Tumi, it’s all great - products are unbeatable. Save a lot by visiting the outlets.
