Associate at mall kiosk representing the company said he would check if item was hsa eligible and instead of checking he actually just charged my card. I did not want the product and he said he would try to refund me but ended up charging me again. I’ve been trying now for over a month with that mall kiosk salesman to get the money refunded to my hsa card with no success. Update- Company responded back to me and gave full refund, they were easy to work with.
Bad situation turned good: My husband had a terrible experience (involving a double charge and over a month of wait time) with a kiosk sales rep for IQ Technologies named Jesse. So we contacted IQ Technologies directly, and they fixed our problem right then and there.
