I went here to get Modelo beer for a friend, they do not sell alcohol, but Im glad I found this little gem in the cut.Very clean and nice vibe in the store. They have a fresh meat area and the produce looks amazing. Ill definitely check this place out more when I have more time. Please patronize these small businesses during these tough times.* The bakery runs circles arond Cardenas, Im going back just for the bakery and I live 25 mins away.Yes.... Looks thats good.
Only mexican store near me. Love buying meat here. Good service
It’s smaller than a lot of the other grocery stores but it has everything you need. Great place to get some marinated meats to grill and everything you need to go with it. Better flavor than a lot of places I have tried. Also has lots of pre cooked food that looks great. Produce is very fresh and organized. I look for some Peruvian products when shopping and they had everything I needed for that as well.
Its a market but they sell hot food and let me tell you, I havent had carnitas this good since going to Mexico. The flavor is amazing!
What a great local place! Ceviche, marinaded meats, ready to go beans and rice make it a quick and perfect dinner! Their produce is fresh and affordable
First time a little pricey and they wouldnt take cash. We will continue to drive further to the other mexican markets. They have more selection and better prices.
Awesome referral of a continual customer. This restaurant has the best of shopping for food. Restaurant and produce center. Authentic variety of massive mexican food. The menudo looked to delicious. The asada burrito was equal to the best places Ive eaten from. I found an equal restaurant/market from my neighborhood in The High desert in California. The food was delicious and tastey, proportionally, their should be more meat or beans. The picture shows my complaint.
Didnt stay long enough to get my order due to short staff. The service was good just not enough staff to handle our team.
This place is extremely OVERPRICED, youre better off going to La Bonita if you want a better deal. I also ordered nachos from their fast food restaurant inside the market and got ripped off, it was $10 for an extremely small serving size. The quality was horrible, it was mostly just chips with like 5 small pieces of Carne asada and little to no toppings, and no cheese on my nachos (which needs cheese to be considered nachos) I had also ordered a Carne asada burrito and the meat was extreme salty and gross! Youre better off going to Faustos, Robertos or even Don Tortaco if you want a better deal with a good portion size for your buck.. DO NOT COME HERE. Theres better markets in Henderson!
A Hispanic mini market with loads of option from meat to seafood & a healthy variety of produce, clerks are friendly & helpful place is clean.
Great little market! Had EVERYTHING I need. Excellent meat selection. Id rather come here than go to the big markets.
Perfect place to be . I come California to visit. And, well my in-laws live Green Valley so the closet to Mexican Store is this place. Very good environment and very great service.
Perfect size little market. It always has the items I need. Tacos to go have always been really good.
I ordered a plate of chili rianos rice and beans and when I brought it home the chili riano had seeds inside and no sause on my chili relleno. 2 table spoons of rice and beans. at the store I was charged $99 for 2 tacos I think you need to replace the cook.
Great grocery store. The display case was very good at 1st look. And the meat & produce was very fresh..
Awesome little store. Meat selection is amazing! Pastries are to die for. Staff are super friendly. Will be stopping in whenever Im in Henderson.
I was only in there to see if I could find fresh tortillas, but I took a look around anyway. Excellent selection of produce, well stocked meat department, huge selection of breads and pastries, and a well stocked dry goods area that Ill definitely be back to explore. Prices that I noted seemed to match or beat local super market prices. Store is clean, employees seem friendly, social distancing on point. I will be back!
I found La Tapatia Market when I was exploring the area after moving here from North Las Vegas. I always desired to have a Mexican grocery nearby and by chance here it is!The grocery section is small but pretty complete. Theres a small fresh vegetables section, baked goods section, a large meats/butcher section and finally, a small cooking area where they prepare hot food like tamales, burritos and tacos. Their prepared food prices are very fair, the portions are plentiful and the food itself is excellent and the taste is authentic! On Tuesdays, they have a Taco Tuesday special and each taco is just $1 for as many tacos as you want to buy! Unlike other places that offer Taco Tuesday with restrictions on time and type of taco you can order, La Tapatia does not restrict what type of meat you can have! In fact, I introduced this to my work and now, whenever Tuesdays come around, guess what happens? They ALL want me to go get them tacos from La Tapatia Market, which Im more than happy to do!I gave La Tapatia Market five stars because it is a hidden gem in an area that has tons of restaurants and fast-food places and I couldnt recommend them enough, especially their cooked food section which, for the price, is well-worth the trip!
Gotta say, its been so long since i last found an actual place that does Mexican food correctly and the right way.Went inside to get food from the Taqueria, I noticed they had more than the typical and common meats and meals you find in any other Mexican restaurant/Taqueria. For me that was already a good indication of introducing what they offer.I decided to pick up a Burrito with Carne Asada (grilled meat), and i asked what does it come with inside? The reason why i ask this is because all other places i went to dont put rice and beans and rather more they charge you extra (looking at you Robertos). So of course that was another great sign that they do it correctly. As i took a bite into the burrito, first thing i noticed, the meat was actually moist, it didnt felt old, dry and hard to chew. Clear sign thats it still fresh, it definitely had a lot of flavor for sure. The rice, was not old at all. It was actually enjoyable. The refried beans, i couldnt ask for it to be done better. The beans did not taste stale, old or any sorts of negative aspects.Another detail to mention was that they ask if you want the salsa on side incase one may not enjoy it, so i was fine with that. The salsa was not my cup of tea, had a strong smell and taste of lime and dries Chiles for sure, but its not bad. The burrito overall, i give it a solid 8. Could definitely use sour cream, shredded cheese, and guacamole to nail it right on the spot. The staff are very friendly bunch of folks.Definitely felt welcomed.Last thing to mention they had a good selection of drinks at the back to choose from.Would definitely come back to try other choices of food on the menu such as birria, tortas, and tacos de canasta (Basket style tacos).
Great variety of salsas and they also have ceviche. The meat 🍖 counter has a wide variety to choose from.
Love this place. Always find what I need for moms recipes, and carne asada cook outs!
Great little market with lots of Mexican food and spices. They have a meat market and the service is excellent. Great hot food.
Super nice and friendly, very helpful. They have quite a few products that I cant find elsewhere (such as Cactus Cooler, 2 Liter Pineapple Jarritos, Jarred Nopales, etc). When I didnt see something on the shelf, they were able to find me some in the back and they were SUPER nice and insistent about it! I highly recommend for those special Mexican and Spanish items :)
Clean fresh produce a little pricey for the meat but I did go during the holiday
Great staff, friendly and quick to help. Great variety of products and fresh baked sweet breads.
I love this place. I can always find what Im looking for and the people who work here are super friendly.
Called in to ask if they carried goat meat. The chick over the phone didn’t understand me so I tried to repeat myself and she goes “uhhhh” CLICK. LOL. She literally hung up on me. So I called again, thinking maybe it was an accident. Nope! She didn’t understand my question so she just didn’t pick up my phone and let it go to voicemail. VERY unprofessional. She could’ve handled that BETTER. Maybe say she didn’t understand, or shoot even lie and say she didn’t carry it BUT the fact she decided to hang up. Wish I would’ve gotten her name.
I have slot of unfortunate life experience due to my ingrained heritage and chosen lifestyle. I live your home and hope that what I personally witnessed in another state is not happening here. 200k catering vehicles wiping out the daily hot food line then tripling the price to add to their self declared homemade items. Thank you for what you do for the community. Tolerance is hard to swallow. I wish that people who do not understand the symbils of your culture could be informed before they say they understand their environment. I appreciate you.
Best place for Mexican fresh cuts of meat.
This market doesnt have a dairy deli which I was looking for. Not sure whats it called but its where you have a selection of cremas and salsas to choose from. NO THEY DONT HAVE HERE. Buy I did notice they have a selection of Mexican pastries.
Good produce and good prices. The butcher corner has always fresh meat and fish. I always come here for good quality/price special cut you wont find at chain groceries.
Nice clean store had what I needed.
Best hidden little spotGood prices
Friendly staff and their super close to my home so its convenient. Plus I love their sweet bread.

Fresh sliced EVERYTHING for super low prices. Never too busy, always fast, and friendly. Great bakery!
Great selection, very nice staff. Thank you!
Clean and stocked really well. Hardly ever busy at least when I go. Sweet bread is great as well.
All-in-one stop shop Mexican market from sweet bread to butcher to hot and ready food to fresh vegetables everything you need in one small local store.
Great little market. Super clean. Helpful staff. Will update after trying the prepared food
Didnt have what i was looking for, but a clean well organized store...
I love this market. Its smaller than la bonita and is not nearly as crowded. The quality of their meat market products they have there are a 5 star easily. The only reason i gave it a 4, is social distancing is hard there cause its a smaller store so they should probably limit the amount of people in there
Great little market with a fantastic meat counter.
The best in the area for authentic Mexican food and produce.
Always fresh, friendly service.
I luv this little market they have everything u need Latin products fresh food to go.
The workers were the BEST, All helpful with smiling faces
I was so happy to find this place. I live in the far west part of Henderson and this is the closest latino market in this part of town. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the variety of products. This place has fresh cuts of meat from their very own butcher shop. They carry their own brand of salsa and guacamole. You can find produce, canned goods, a variety of Latino name brands and imported goods along with basic essentials. The service is always fantastic! The clerks always have a smile and greet you as you come in.
First let me say I love small businesses and customer service was good. I went here 8/29 and was very disappointed in all the overripe/rotten fruit. Bananas mangos and pineapples were all horrible. I asked if they had any in the back and they said no. Im not to picky but this was way beyond ripen and disappointing. Maybe its due to covid 19 so I will definitely give them another chance and ask about the carne asada thats 12.99 lb .
I like their sweet bread its soft and has good flavor.
Ordered a breakfast burrito, delicious!
Its alright nothing fancy. Couldnt find what i was looking for..red corn tortillas.
I like this place, i but beef and is really good
The Best Carnitas and Bread 100%
The guy at the kitchen does NOT wear a face mask and only tries to improvise with a random rag when told but the tissue keeps falling off and he uses the same hand to fix it but also to serve your food without using gloves properly even after he just sneezed ‼️‼️‼️👎👎🤢🤮
Pastry are excelent
Nice little shopping spot,
Amazing food and good selection
Super clean and stocked up on great produce & meat etc. Love supporting this local market!
My favorite meat market.
Absolutely love this location. I used to shop here before it was bought. I love the fresh meats and veggies. The mean even comes seasoned to cook when you get home.
Great selection at reasonable prices. Was able to find everything I wanted. Friendly staff. My brother says that the ceviche is the best around. Nice cuts of meat.
The place is very small but people is very nice. They speak Spanish and English. Its more like a Hispanic people facility. A big parking lot is available. They also have fresh food to go. Vegetables have radical prices, even better ones that other grocery stores.
Great food options for a great price.
Cool little store
Small store, good produce, so clean. To go food so delicious. Great place for a quick in and out.
Great market. Meat and produce are fresh and they have all the hard to find items.

All of the employees are always happy to see you and extremely helpful. Prices are competitive and the food is fresh. Store is organized and clean. Easy parking too...
Very small market with very limited products...shrimp was very over priced and bad as well
The ONLY place for Al pastor taco meat. No, seriously.
Great selections thru out grocery. Meat counter is especially great
Small. Well stocked
Best latin american market in the southern valley. Top quality meats for that Saturday asada!
Grab some Asada, in house brand tortilla chips, salsa from there... Then add some sourscream from home, your set for snacks. Or you could minus the chips and fry some fries from home and make yourself Asada fries.
Great asada
Great selection of Mexican food, spices and marinated meat.
Great authentic selection of meat and bakery products. Fantastic staff.
Love this place. Enjoy there tamales on the weekends. No Friday doesnt count as the weekend so cant purchase those on that day. Love the Beef Birra, and other Hispanic items. Slightly higher priced but not so high that I wont return. We shop here at least 1x a month.
