Sherri and the others at Ducshop are the real deal. I also work in the service/repair business for high line cars and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with their whole operation. Sherri(sorry if I butchered your name) was very pleasant to deal with in the phone and in person. I gave her an explicit deadline for the end of the month and Ducshop completed the needed work like 10 days early! I can tell that the people that work their really enjoy their jobs and their craft. I brought my Ducati 848 in for a valve adjustment and new timing belts. They reset my service light without me having to ask them to and even replaced a few missing fairing bolts that I wasnt able to get to yet. Thats the type of attention to detail that gets my attention. I will DEFINETLY be back within the next month to have my bike dyno tuned and I look forward to it. And hopefully one day purchase a new MV Agusta from them too. Not to mention I will be referring all of my Ducati/MV owner friends to Ducshop. Bravo guys!
Great service! Very professional people that take pride in their work.
Theyre a small shop but they are professional and knowledgeable. They also make the experience feel personal. They arent pushy which is wonderful. Highly recommend.
Trevor was extremely helpful, he answered all my questions.
It was absolutely fantastic. I was drooling over the bikes
I went to check out the new Mv Augusta Dragster at Ducshop, nice place with a friendly staff. I was met by Mark Sutton who was forthcoming with a lot of information, he took the time to explain the numerous choices and offered to help with pricing as I mentioned to him that I was being offered a good deal by Eurocycle in Vegas for a 2019 dragster, he said he would see if he could get me a good price on a 2020...overall a great experience and great No pressure customer service
They are not cheap, but do you really want cheap? Mark did an amazing job tuning an 1100evo for me that another local shop had really messed up. He does really good tuning work not just at WOT but all along thr throttle and rev curve. Cant thank him enough for getting my bike running better than new!
Good folks! Helpful and accommodating!
This will be my main shop now.
Great guy, very informative and helpful. I wish his shop was not 1,000 miles from me.............My Duc would be there right now. Mark was very helpful at suggesting other alternatives because of that.
Consistently excellent service knowledgeable and super friendly solid people
Incredibly nice people from the young lady that works in the office to Mark who works on the bikes. I was in there on the 15th just to pick up a copy of a receipt for work done on my bike and they were both wonderful and the work that Mark does is amazing
Great Place!! It sucks I had to look 8hrs away to find a good shop but any time I ever need work done on my Mv Agusta I will drive it the 16hr round trip to the Ducshop. The owner Mark has been extremely helpful with advice over the phone and I can tell you these are good people. Very impressed with the Ducshop.
Mark and the Ducshop are my go to guys.Mark and his teams service, flexibility, and quick turnaround, is extremely appreciated! Thanks for getting me back on the bike. Being able to ride and knowing its been handled by the best, helps me get through everything else. I really, really appreciate it. Thank you guys!
Great place to get your Ducati or MV Agusta serviced!!!
Could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend these guys.
Top notch service and knowledgeable. Mark was so nice and amazing. If you have a Ducati and you live in Atlanta then this is the place to go.
Hands down the best Ducati service center in the region! I have worked with this company for over 15 years and I have been employed in the luxury auto industry for over 20 years. These guys are the truth in Italian Motorsport service excellence time and time again.
Took 1098 in for 7500 mile service. Mark was awesome, work was done quickly and most of all, my bike screams.
The Ducshop has gone out of their way to make sure I am a satisfied customer, even on the smallest of items. I live a few hours north of Ducshop. I took a set of forks to the Ducshop to be serviced. I was going to have them shipped back to me. When Ducshop looked to see what it would cost to ship (quite a bit), they called me and offered to drive them up to me on their own time. Who does this?! I appreciate the offer. I also appreciate Mark taking time to answer questions and help diagnose problems over the phone. Those in the Ducati world have heard of Ducshop and their reputation. I can confirm it is well earned.
Marc has worked on my Ducs since 2004. Honest and always primo service plus always happy to do a it over if the first time does not work. meccanico perfetto!
Great ownership and staff. Amazing skillset.
Brought my Ducati here. Extremely friendly team, Mark, Trevor, and Laurie are some of the friendliest folks I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend the Ducshop.
If you want someone you can trust and knows what they are doing then call Mark at the DucShop. They have always treated me well and done a fantastic job!!!
Timely serviceCost was under the original estimate
If you own a Duc, these guys need to be on your speed dial. They are absolutely amazing, from the basic oil change to blueprinting a motor, you wont find anyone more knowledgeable and willing to help. The shop can take care of all your needs from race prepping your motor to getting your skinz painted. The best thing of all the mascots!
Great experience ...Mark does a great job highly recommend using these guys
Ducshop did work on my previous bike(848 Superbike) and my current(899 Panigale). I have always been satisfied with Service and Parts. There is a Ducati dealership where I live but I drive my bikes 2 hours away to the Ducshop because they are that good.
The best service around
I am a proud Ducati owner and only have great things to say about Ducshop. At Ducshop, you are treated like family and you can rest assured that the work done to your motorcycle will far exceed anything a dealership could offer.I found Ducshop after a dealership improperly serviced my valves at the 12k full service on my 2006 999. I was very dissatisfied to have such an expensive motorcycle and pay close to 2000 dollars to have a dealer mechanic tell me You have unrealistic expectations for a 7 year old motorcycle. I searched the forums for the best engine mechanic in the south east and came across Mark Sutton at Ducshop. It was a sacrifice for me to make the trip to Atlanta, but it was well worth it. When I got my motorcycle back it had a blueprinted engine with Pistal HC pistons, Pankl Ti-rods, a microtec ECU and ohlins rear suspension set to my weight. Words cannot express how thrilled I am to swing a leg over the bike and the pride to own something unique. It is truly priceless.I am soon moving to El Paso Texas and still plan to deal with Ducshop. Thats how good they are!
Best shop in Atlanta for imported bike work
