Friendly staff explained to me what I needed to make my custom exhaust look good. And told me that I could spend the extra money and get what I thought I needed but in their professional opinion they would not spend the money on something did would not gain anything except for less money in the pocket. They treated my vehicle with utmost care which was very surprising. I would not hesitate now to let them take my car out to lunch.

Today was my first experience with Best Muffler Shop after a co-worker recommended them. I bought a cat-back system online and they had no issue with installing it for me. Im very grateful for them helping me to achieve the look and sound I wanted from my cars exhaust. These guys are fantastic! I have a big 89 F250 and wanted the exhaust mounted as high as possible for offroad clearance. It turned out even better than I imagined. These guys are awesome! I had them work on one of my cars years back and then I took my Chevrolet Silverado there to get an aftermarket muffler installed.I showed up right at 9am when they opened and it took only about half hour. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They answered any questions I had. They took good care of me years ago and took care of me today when I got the work done on the truck.Good quality work as well. Will definitely be recommending this shop to family, friends, and coworkers.

Went offroading Saturday and my exhaust got into a fight with a Boulder... the Boulder won. Best Muffler had me in and out in under 2 hours, even with an upgrade !

So far so good on the repair, went to get one job done and they found it was a different problem that was easier and cheaper to fix. Thanks for looking out for me and going the extra mile. Expected to leave my truck for a couple days, had it back in a couple hours.

Im all about supporting local business and not buying online. BUT I have a very very hard time supporting a business that marks their prices up 45% OVER retail pricing. I called to get pricing and buy a muffler from them. When they gave me the price they were 60$ OVER the MSRP from magnaflows website. They gave me some BS excuse of why they sell OVER the MSRP. If they will do this on parts imagine what they will do on labor and how much they actually take advantage of people. I 100% will never go there or support them. They had a reputation 20 years ago for being and shady and dishonest and clearly continue too now.

And I will recommend them to to friends and family.However with covid-19 safe guards, absolutely no steps to provide any outdoor seating for customers who wait while work is being done.With that in mind, consider bringing your own folding chair.

Best repair and exhaust shop in town. Dan on the exhaust side and Phil on the repair side are great. All the staff there is amazing. Will stay and work late and even take in new customers after hours when they should be closed. Who does that anymore?

These guys really are the best. Dan had me in and out in under 30 minutes. He fixed my rv generator exhaust pipe, no upselling. Just awesome work and very efficient. Shelby at the front desk is also very helpful, competent and friendly. Highly recommended.

These guys did a great job man, cut the mufflers on my 2011 Mustang V6 3.7 and it sounds so powerful, the also put some black exhaust tips that look amazing.

Amazing place .I unfortunately was a victim of a catalytic converter theft I was so worried that it was going to cost me thousands to get a new one put on . Nope this place was so affordable and so fast . Get there early first come first serve .I had my car back .....(and quiet) with in 3 hours . I will always recommend Best Muffler to everyone.

They just brought my 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia to life with the resonator and muffler delete. Just got finished today, well needed. Love the work they did; they were very professional. The front desk lady was super preppy and bubbly, you’ll love her. Didn’t get her name but she made sure my time there was great. In addition, the guy working on my exhaust was pretty crafty and worked fast. The owner of the shop even gave me a pretty good deal on the burnt tips as well, I really appreciate it. Overall, my experience was great! Everyone at the shop was great and hardworking people. Keep up the great work!

Went in because I saw all the pictures of classic cars and figured they could help me with my exhaust full of holes thats killing me with all the carbon monoxide leaking into the cabin and maybe make it sound great too.The woman at the counter was super friendly but the service guy acted bothered by me even being there. Then he basically wanted ME to do all the hard work and bring it to them when all that was left was to bolt on the new stuff. Guy didnt even show me muffler options or talk price. Just wanted me gone it seemed like.Ill try some other shops tomorrow.

By Far, The Best Muffler Shop in Town!!!I have been taking my vehicles to Best Muffler Shop for 12+ years. They have always done amazing work. Their techs are friendly and knowledgeable. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.I brought my truck into them a few days ago to change my exhaust system. I brought a Carven muffler and some Metal Mulisha exhaust tips that I wanted them to weld up for me. They did an outstanding job as always. Their welds are the cleanest I have seen and they always take care of my trucks like if it was their own.I highly recommend Best Muffler Shop! You will not be disappointed.

These guys are awesome! My wife and I were not sure which mufflers we wanted so they actually pre-installed some options so we could choose after hearing them! Even though they only swapped out mufflers, they fixed a few fitment issues from the previous installer.

Someone cut my exhaust pipe attempting to steal my catalytic converter. Took my suv to Best Muffler for repair. They welded it back together perfectly and charged a nominal amout to do so. They completed the work in less than an hour. I was so impressed with everything about Best Muffler and highly recommend them. They made a customer forever.

Had an appointment at another muffler shop just for them to tell me i have to come back in a week. Called this shop right after and they got me in within 30 minutes. An hour and a half later and now my neighborhood hates me! (did a muffler and resonator delete). Work was fast but they took their time to make sure my new exhaust tip (They have a huge selection) was perfectly centered and they welded on new mounting brackets and all. Would 100% recommend. They also did the work for legit 100 dollars less that where i was just quoted. Super cool staff makes you feel as if youve know em for years

Took my car here. They did a diagnostic and referred me to the right person instead of jipping me out my money. I have a clicking sound from my Cadillac they gave me their partners information. Signs like its behind the transmission.

Best Muffler Shop has performed exhaust work on my Cadillac CTS-V two times and Im very happy with the work and the price.

Finding Honesty in this day and age can be challenging. I found such a thing at this muffler shop. I own a MINNESOTA 2007 Ford Taurus customized by rust on the underbelly. Best Muffler said they could get it to be much quieter and it was not worth the money to put a whole new exhaust system on because the floorboards were rusted out. And it only cost me 160 - I would like to thank them for not wasting my money and time and in the future if I need more muffler work I will head straight down there and recommend all my friends also.

They did all my exhaust till they got real crappy at workmanship and threw warranty out. brand new hangers 2nd set just break right off.

The mechanic checks under my car and told me I already had pipes, and he just cut parts of the muffler off and im happy to say it got me the sound I was looking for. VRROOOOOOOM! Dan is awesome and I appreciated his professionalism and time taken to give me an estimate, even on a day that they were very busy and short-handed.I brought in my 2005 F-150 5.4L that had the typical warped passenger side manifold leak problem. Best Muffler got me in and out in 1 day and did and excellent job. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.While I had my truck in I also had them replace the factory muffler and run 3 pipe from the mid-pipe to the rear of the truck. I’m not one to give reviews, but this place is seriously the best. I called 3 other muffler shops in the area and they were either rude or wanted to charge $80+ for what this place charged me $25. They are cheap(in the greatest way possible), super great and fast!

These guys know their stuff and do a great job at a very reasonable price. They found out I have 3 catalytic converters. Ford told me its $1260.00, Best muffler installed and welded up 3 aftermarket catalytic converters and my truck passed smog with no issues. For a hidden shop off Charleston, they are the best.

I went in looking to do both my catalytic converters on my yukon and I explained to them a few issues my truck was having they came back and told me I only needed the passenger side catalytic converter i saved myself about 280$ but I ended up wanting to get the full exhaust done and they did a great job great welds and they took their time to do it perfect ! In and out in less than an hour. Came in for an exhaust (past the axle) and the guys fabd one up and I got to choose my desired muffler style. How cool is that?Potentially could have wasted hundreds on an axleback but chose to come here due to positive reviews, no regrets!

This place is AMAZING!!! They are very professional but also like to joke and have fun. They replaced the catalytic converter on my 2009 Nissan Murano and kept me up to date every step of the way. They set realistic expectations of how long it was going to take and were true to that word. If you have ANY work that you need to be done go see them! They are fair priced, professional and just all around a fantastic experience. I didnt even mind sitting there all day honestly. They do not take appointments so the earlier you can get there the better.

I have done at least 3-4 custom exhaust applications on my 860hp ZL1 camaro and there is no better than this place, not even close. Very professional, perfect welds, perfect fitment everytime without fail. I have sent many others here that have said the exact same.
