Possibly the worst place to go! Super negligent & will ruin your vehicle! Go anywhere else if you want the job done right.

This is absolutely the worst place! They sold me a bad tire & then didn’t put on enough lug nuts. The new tire flew off my car while I was driving. Luckily, no one was injured!

Got me a wonderful discount and was fast and friendly.

This shop is a hidden gem of Vegas. Owned and operated by honest hard working people. I come here for all my car repair needs.

I’m not sure about all the other negative review this ship has but this is by far the best shop in Las Vegas. Mr. Tony and his other workers are very honest men. I went to other shops when my car engine was overheating and they quoted me $1000, I went to this shop and was told that a minor connector was leaking which was causing the engine to overheat $140, car works well now. This isn’t the first time that this shop has helped me saved thousands on repair bill.

They did a great job on my exhaust, they were efficient and friendly. I will highly recommend.

This was an awesome place to come to it was great as soon as I stepped into the office area they went ahead thanked me for coming in and giving them the opportunity to work on my vehicle once I kaminska step out they went ahead and Jack the car up no questions asked the gentleman came over he said that at this moment the tire couldnt be patched up because it was on the actual sidewalk once I was explained they took it off made sure that there was nothing else wrong brake rotor lug nut stud and once he did that he told me he can do the job for $125 I thought it was a very fair price I went ahead and committed to that and soon as we did everything turned out to be great so I play store

Dont cone here, if you want cheap work and to come back later for another problem come here, they will charge you to fix they mess up, on the same work that they had done .

Came here needing to get some piping for my 64 Ford F-100. I had many others tell me they couldnt do it, wouldnt do it, etc. In the end I took my business here. They jumped on my request immediately were quick, attentive, and gave me a reasonable rate particularly for a special project. Highly recommended!

This the worst experience I had ever had. I think they deserved negative star. They basically robbed me. Theyre are unprofessional and I dont think they know what they are doing. They cut the pipe on my exhaust pipe too short and it was very sloppy. Bent my fender on my car. They took my money without giving me a receipt in cash. I dont even think they understand English. I see a different perspective on these type of people now. I would never recommend this so called West Tires & Muffler shop. Maybe youll get a better service if you speak Spanish.

I really like this shop. They are so kind and helpful. I went to fix engine and muffler. I thought it takes few days, but it was just 5 hours. They gave really quick service, and careful work. I would recommend this repair shop.

They did a great job installing my headers and exhaust had some issues with missing parts but they worked around it and it all turned out great I am for sure going back in the future with more projects.!

Im always going tho this shop.they are really nice guys and honestly..mechanic told me I need AGR valve cost me like 300 dlls and I come tho west tires.and they check mi engine ligth for free and told me its the gas cap!!!!!!Im came to OREILLY and put new gas.cap.and ligth gone..Im really love those guy!!!!!!!!!! Owner name eduardo!!!!
