I have been purchasing from National Business Supply Inc for years. I am always happy with my purchases. I love the extended billing when I need to place larger then normal orders. Fast shipping and will even overnight me product at no cost!
Ms. Miranda was very pushy and would not take no for an answer!! I asked her to call back next Thursday. She called me back on Thursday and she matched Office Max prices. I informed her that Office Max delivery status is next day. Ms. Miranda expressed that she will overnight my order. On November 18, 2016, I have not received the ordered. A sales rep supervisor Ms. Christine informed me that someone called from their department to verify the order since I was a new customer and I was unavailable. Ms. Miranda never told me that a second call would come before the order could be process. I asked Ms. Christine to cancel my order.
Would have rated them at ZERO stars if it were an option.I received a call from Jason, one of the sales reps from this company. I personally told him that we are not interested in their services last year which was the 3rd time I had informed him to stop calling our company.He said, who are you? I answered, Im the COO and we are not interested. Jason responded with the following, its pretty shady that the boss is answering the phone and were you not listening to me when we started this call!My next course of action was to call the company and speak with a member of the management team. She was non-apologetic and rude. Not only would I not do business with this company due to their low level of integrity regarding their business participates but certainly not conduct business with this company do to the complete lack of integrity and professionalism regrading their employees. Stay away and identify one of dozens of competitors of National Business Supply that will treat you with the fundamental respect and class that consumers and companies should be treated with.

Someone named Carl called (the caller ID said something else) from this company. He said that I the person that he wanted to talk to and immediately went into his sales pitch of if I placed an order today, Id get a brand camera... or a brand TV.... He kept talking and talking. I told him that I didnt need either one, so he tried to push a tablet on me. Then the spiel about saving me money. Number 1 in my book is customer service and this guy was not giving it to me --PLUS theyre in NV and Im in NC. I tried to explain to him that I was not interested and he kept talking. I hung up on him. You dont give me the customer service on the phone, I dont talk to you.
Received a sales call from a VERY pushy and dont listen to me sales call. We are not interested in doing business and do not want to work with incentive programs for purchases. I am sure they make some sales but I felt disrespected and saying we arent interested over and over again. After that conversation we will NEVER do business with them. Way too flirty on the phone.
Proudly offered to charge me 4x my normal price for printer ink in a sales call, but I would get a FREE ipad mini.
It was difficult to find reliable printer ribbons and compatible toners, and they have competitive prices and perks to boot. Highly recommend.
Very pushy sales people, use your first name and act like they are your best friend and try to give you a free iPad. They dont even talk about the quality of their toner or the cost. I called her a Toner Pirate, and she got very irate and tried to make me feel like a bad person. Arrrrggh, ye be Toner Pirates!!
Very pushy, to the point of being rude, sales woman. I tried repeatedly to tell her I could not talk at the time she called and was not interested in ordering anything at this time. To get her off the phone without being rude and hanging up, I said she could call back in a few months, to which she responded shed call back before the holidays, which could be as soon as a few weeks. Needless to say, I will not be taking her calls, or calls from anyone else from National Business, in the future. If I could give less than one star, I would.
I just recieve a sales call from this company this morning trying to hawk their crappy aftermarket toner. The girl was offering me a Kindle Fire or an iPod nano for placing an order. I can see the bait and switch coming here from a mile away. I tell her that I already have managed print services through a local vendor, but she isnt having it. Keeps pushing until I have to hang up on her. How do these A-holes get our company info anyway? Put me on the do not call list please.
They have SCUMBAG sales people who spam call your office and lie saying that they are your friend or family to get you on the phone. Then they pretend they dont know what youre talking about when you bust them on it. Very SLIMY and RUDE i would NEVER do business with this scumbag company and will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
The worst company I have EVER worked for. The boss, Rick is a first class POS, and so is Tom Carter. This company calls businesses all day long and then when the customers object, the bosses who phone feed you, want you to act condescending to the point of personally insulting the customers, tom phone fed me one day and told me to tell the customer he was a bad father. Everybody working their is a low life POS. I left after 3 weeks. If youre looking for a sales job in las vegas dont waste your time here. Hilton grand vacations just 1 mile.away is a much better higher class telemarketing job.
They keep calling me. We dont print anything at my work so why call? I keep saying we dont print and they keep talking. Very pushy and the wrong way to conduct business and un-professional!
