Good people they just charge you extra for parts and take extremely long to do anything it took 3 hours to change my battery and a couple months to change the engine and kept telling me “early next week”

Jh Motorsports or JHM is the benchmark of Audi aftermarket performance. I have several performance parts on my b5 s4. Some parts are maintenance items that have proved them selves in their quality by working perfectly for over 70k miles! Some parts are pure power adders that are on a whole other level! I have no doubt they will continue to last for many more (s)miles!

Very happy with my service at JH Motosports! They were very organized and efficient in how they run their business. I was never confused in the process and they were up front about everything. They change the timing belt in my VW Jetta and did a few extra things to make sure my car was in great condition! I will go back there in the future with any needed repairs.

I’ve been coming to JH Motorsports for two years now. I’m the first owners of my Audi S3, & worked with Audi Concord for almost three years.The things that impressed me about JHM, they never pushed to add services or parts that were unnecessary. Today JHM flexed their schedule, time, and services being done to my car with little notice. Sean (maybe spelling his name wrong) installed their short-throw shifter on my 2008 Audi RS4 and I love it! He started on time, finished on time and the end result exceeds my highest expectations. If you have an RS4 and dont have this shifter you are missing out, it really is outstanding. This is a special car and I am very particular about the mods I make (Capristo exhaust, TE37 wheels, etc.) but I would have to rate this kit near the top of my list. Definitely would have done it sooner if I had known how good it is.

First time service with JH Motorsport and had short shift kit installed. One of the best upgrades ever done for the RS4. It would have been nice if the car came out with this from the factory but I am glad JH M did their research and had this available for the car. I would recommend this shift kit to anyone, you are missing a lot if one has yet to get this kit. Plus side, the staff are very nice people. I would recommend JH M to everyone and would be a returning customer.

Took my car into JHM to look at a coolant leak from my 2010 A4 Avant, and to get a few other things sorted out. My car having 160K miles it was due for some TLC. Also had carbon cleaning performed for the first time. They took very good care of the car and it drives as good as new. Service advisor Brandyn had great communication and write up of the work was excellent. Highly recommended for your service needs.

I have a 2010 VW CC 2.0 Turbo and wanted some work done to it. The serviceman from the dealership told me to take my car to JH Motorsports. I took my car there and had the ECU Stage I done. The manager there treated me like family and not like another customer. Explained everything to me that was getting done to my vehicle and even gave me some added tips. When I got in my car and took it for a run I giggled like a school kid! I was told what to expect but still laughed at the extra hp I was receiving. Im still giggling! JHM is the only shop I trust to work on my B7 RS4. They are extremely knowledgeable and do excellent work. I have worked with Brandyn on quite a few repairs and he has been very professional, helpful, and responds to emails in lightning speed. Well worth the drive from the SF area.

I had just purchased a used GTI and I didn’t know what to look for. I just showed up and they talked me through the things that can go wrong with my car. They didn’t talk over my head and explained everything in plain english. I was out of there within an hour after they did an inspection and changed the part that can be a death sentence for my car.

Awesome place! Close by to San Francisco(just an hour drive). After taking my audi to many places for years. Nobody tops JHM at their knowledge of Audis, general repairs or tuning these guys are top notch 👌Had a list of issues:); oil leaks, a wacky cooling system(replaced multiple times by dealer), and turns out I also had bad air sensors. I previously took my audi to Audi Burlingame and two other local mechanic shops and none of them could care or had the skills to actually fix my car issues(all three had ridiculously expensive prices). Decided enough was enough and took it over to JHM they fixed every oil leak, my cooling system(on the first try) they even fixed issues that havent even become a problem because of their vast knowledge. Compared to San Francisco, their repair and tuning cost are so much cheaper than anyone else(if anyone with the same level of skill existed in San Francisco)Was so amazed by this place I also had my 2010 S5 tuned with their Stage 1 supercharger kit. Literally a world of difference, the thing is a monster! The quality looks and feel miles ahead of OEM. The level of care and helpness of these guys is just another level, they are always there to help with anything or any questions. They seriously care about you and your vehicle, money is 2nd to your happiness here. Seriously check these guys out, and you will see im not bsing you.-i hate doing reviews, I never ever have. I did a review for these guys(my first ever review of anything) because I was literally blown away.

Customer service is very rude and poor. The agent I spoke with had a attitude and was very unprofessional. They got an attitude with me for no reason and I could hear them yelling at other customers in the background.

I want to say the Ricardo was a super nice guy, easy to talk to, and knew about the car issues and was able to explain things very for easy processing. They dont just tell you the cost for the repair, they actually break it down and give options on parts for the repairs. The biggest thing is at JH Motorsports they explain things that must be fixed, things that are important, and some items that can wait for a repair. I like that their prices for parts were similar to what I could get online. In fact, they will use your parts (without the same warranty or guarantee, as parts they would use, if they were different). It is my sons car; in fact, even let me know the car had been taken there before we owned it. They will call you give updates or email information for various ways to communicate. I cannot thank them enough for their help, with professionalism, attention to detail, fair prices, and quality work.

These guys are awesome. Everyone I met was very friendly. Took my A5 in because it had a nasty misfire and was spewing fuel and smoke out the exhaust. They diagnosed it quickly and I received email updates as they were progressing through the diagnosis. Turned out it was a fuel injector stuck open. Z worked up a quote for me which I thought was fair and I told them to go ahead and do it. A little while later I got another email from Z saying he double checked with Audi and I actually had some warranty remaining for the issue. He said take it up to the dealership and theyll do it under warranty for you and thats what I did. I paid JHM the diagnostic fee and that was it. They could have charged me for the work that I had given them the go ahead for but they didnt because they found a way to save me some money. I will definitely be taking my A5 back to these guys. Thanks guys!!!

Ive brought my RS3 for a Flash Update and a Turbo Inlet install. Fast quality service, everyone is nice and informative, and answered all my questions. Techs placed protective covers on the seats and floor mats to keep everything clean as well. Will come again for sure.

JHM is the best shop around! Since purchasing my mk6 golf R and wife’s GLI, this is the only shop we let work on our cars outside of anything that might be covered under warranty via the dealer, or stealerships as many refer to them as. We took my wife’s GLI in for a diagnostic due to the EPC light coming on. They found that it was a knock sensor and Rick and Brandon informed me that this is covered under the PZEV warranty. Called VW and spoke to their service department letting them know what was found and that we’d like to bring it to them to be fixed and covered under PZEV. They were quick to dismiss the knock sensor as even being a covered part and argued with me about it to the point that I decided to just call VW of America. The rep I spoke with was awesome, not only did she confirm what JHM said that yes, it’s a covered part, but she called the local VW dealer and informed their service department for me. Long short, JHM didn’t have to tell me about the warranty and could’ve just charged me. Instead they were honest and have earned a loyal customer. It also helps that they know their stuff. JHM all day!

Ordered a hfc for a b7. Have always used ecs tuning but this price was hard to beat and the design looked nice. Box showed up in the mail on time and undamaged. I opened the box and the honeycomb was dented. Had to have been dropped before it went in the box. Sent pictures back and was told over and over they were talking to the mechanics, nothing back. Im going back and sticking with ecs and usp.

My motor blew the told me to replace head for 4500 it blows 300 miles later now they want 10 grand to fix it. Ive spent 30k there in less than a yea there garbage and scandolous i promise stay away from these greesballs

I took my 2017 Golf R in for stage 2 apr tuning and did not have enough time during that visit to do the transmission tune as well. The Stage 2 APR upgrade with the downpipe is an amazing jump in power and fun. Went back and got the transmission tune as well and it was definitely worth it! Much smoother shifts and tons of fun to drive. Going back to do the intercooler and rear stabilizer bar. Dru and the team are great to work with, finding ways to maximize the fun I can have driving without breaking the bank!

I cannot say enough good things about JH Motorsports and Dru and Rick. The professionalism, the technical skill and knowledge and old-fashioned concern for the customer are all evident when you (your car and you) are at JH Motorsports. These guys are terrific.On a recent weekday I was passing through the Lathrop area in my 2013 Audi A7 (only 29K miles) on my way to Sacramento when I experienced car trouble (the yellow “check oil level” symbol appeared on the dash). I was at least 50 miles away from home base. The Windows phone reported various Audi dealerships (each being a minimum of an hour away) AND JH Motorsports which was only ONE MILE away. I called JH Motorsports, discussed the problem and was invited to bring my A7 into their shop.JH Motorsport began working on my car within 15 minutes of my arrival and this was without an appointment. A JH technician took one look inside the engine compartment and said the car’s dipstick (actually, the Audi equivalent of a dipstick as Audi does not use a conventional dipstick) was missing and that this would definitely result in odd oil levels and pressures being reported. My A7 was put up on a lift and the missing “dipstick” had been caught by the belly pan, just as the technician had surmised. The “dipstick” was replaced, 3/4th of a quart of oil was added and the A7 ran properly without any warning lights on the dash.All of this took about an hour, and despite a large sign saying the minimum service charge was $50, I was charged only $9. Yes, nine dollars, not ninety dollars. So what could have been a major disruption to my trip and very expensive, became an amazingly positive inexpensive experience. Dru and Rick welcomed me to their shop as if I had been a long time customer and kept me informed of what was being found. They (and the owner) cared about getting me back on my way and about “doing right” by me. The technician’s knowledge paved the way to a correct and quick “repair”. I’d bring my Audi here any day if they were local to me, especially as I am a fellow car enthusiast and love my Audi.

JHM went above and beyond to diagnose and fix my B8.5 Allroad. Very bad experience - I sent several e-mails and left several voicemails with 0 response from them. Also the design and engineering of their products is very shortsighted with no regard for the original engineering design, which makes their products extremely dangerous.

I highly reccomned taking your car to an actual shop than here; I had my transissionrebuilt it here for my Audi S4 with their rebuild service. It was worse than before I brought t to them after trying to reach them they ignored my emails and calls. They also claim high horsepower numbers with their supercharger kits DO NOT BUY it’s a scam. My friends JHM supercharged S4 was slower than my stock cara and it always had a check engine light. Aboud the headache.

Took my 06 vw tdi for a transmission noise...the guys at jhm were straight up, honest, and patient. Explained everything in detail, emails, calls. I had no doubt I was getting the best service and treated like a person, wasnt rushed to get out and pay. Unlike other places. Gotta thank Rick who walked me through the process of getting my vdub fixed. When Im went to pick up my car he explained what was done what parts where changed and fixed and didnt over charger me... My experience at JH Motorsports earned them a customer for life....anyone who need their vw Audi worked on..Do not waste time at dealer...go to JH Motorsports...

Excellent Company to work with. They stand behind their products 100%. I dont usually leave reviews but they truely take care of their customers. Only company that I have came across that will not sell you a product unless R&D is 100% done.(tried several times Dru will not budge unless product is perfect). Thank you again. Buyer Beware...two months later no turbo kit. They take your money and give you nothing back. Informed them i was wanted to cancel the order because I needed my car up and running, the respond with they need to keep 10% of my money for a cancellation charge??? What a waste of time and money.

I ordered a downpipe hardware kit and realized I needed the turbo hardware kit. They would not work with me on returning it even though it was not used and they would not make it work with me on pricing since I technically already had half the turbo hardware kit just needs oil seal ect. So now I have a dowpipe hardware kit I have to sell and hopefully get my money back.

I had a bad experience with this place. I paid $110 for a diagnosis on my 04 audi a8. Originally I was told that both front shocks were blown out. Then the story changed and 1 shock was blown out. Then after I had another place work on it neither shock was blown out but it seemed to be an actuator problem. They were very hard to get a hold of and did not want to communicate by phone but by email. Then I was told to change over to coilovers it was $1300 then the price change to $2100. They dont seem to know much about audi a8 cars. They also said I needed rear brakes when I do not. They also refused to refund my $110.

If you own an Audi this is the place for you.

After several back and forths with a lead customer service rep, I was finally inclined to leave a warning for other potential shoppers.Yes, JHM is competively prices and has a solid and loyal customer base. However, my personal dealings have been a frustrating and expensive disappointment. I will never purchase from this company again.Quick summary: Rebuilding 01e out of a b5 s4. Order $700 rebuild kit, and that day notice pinion gear is questionable in trans. Sent a website inquiry about obtaining a possible part replacement, and 3 days later I called to follow-up when I had no reply. Customer phone rep stated that the online form gets sorted improperly sometimes and for transmission questions I should instead email Sales and ask to be routed to Technical. Send email. No reply for another few days. Submit another online form. No reply. Email again stating it was my 4th attempt at contact. Ok...now get a brief response that they couldnt help me with a part I was inquiring about.Fast forward a week. Transmission is too risky to rebuild so I buy a pro rebuilt unit. Send email to JHM about returning BRAND NEW kit. Directed to return policy which states 20% restock fee or store credit. I disapprove, obviously. E-mails back and forth. No budge. Snarky responses, and now Im here.A. What successful business charges 20% on a new non-electrical/sensitive item within a week of ordering?B. Where is the desire to retain customers by providing prompt and courteous responses?C. Based on my personal experience, would anyone blame me for not opting for store credit as to avoid subjecting myself to the same run around in the future - especially if it was a warrantee issue?

Had my Audi b5 s4 transmission sent here to have it worked on. Transmission Rebuilt 01E-EDU MT (JHM) for B5-S4, C5-A6 2.7t w/ JHM Collar, Synchros. Great communication. Stoked to have a built tranny. They did a great job. ONE PROBLEM THAT COST ME ANOTHER $900.00 at Audi dealership after I had the new tranny put in. JHM uses other peoples cores. The magnetic ring that interacts with the vehicle speed sensor inside the transmission on the drivers side busted right around 1000 miles on the new tranny. This stopped my speedomoter and odometer and put the car in limp mode. I called JHM and they said there is nothing they can do. THIS IS A HEADS UP TO CUSTOMERS!!!!

I have bought center diff up grade 4;1for Audi All road c5 from JHM I HAVE A LOTS OF PROBLEM NOW, there is no difference on performance, when i received the unit was the seem, the car is vibrating like mad, and loosing drive the engine revs up and the car not moving, i dont have the old core so i could put it back like it was before, and after all JHM said check your work, i hope this review help other user.
