I shop here all the time! Theyre usually pretty busy but all the employees have been super helpful. Bug kudos to the drive-up staff. They are always hustling to get the orders to people quickly

This Target used to be great - now, the service has gone really down-hill. Compared to other Targets in the area, the service here is downright abysmal. Both the staff and managers are rude, akin to the staff and managers at Walmart. Target is know for its accommodating service, but this Target feels hostile compared to almost any other Target. Ask for help or any accommodation from their rude staff, and youll know what I mean. I really feel that this store needs an employee cleansing; get a new batch of kind, service-oriented employess, and try again. I used to come here twice per week - now I come once per month. As I see the service getting ruder by the day, I come here less. Its a shame because Target is supposed to be a place you enjoy going to - this location, not so much.

Ok so early today I went to target for some stuff and I bought a toy mini brads collectors case and it says it come with 5 exclusive toys but it only came with 4 and I think it might of been open without me knowing but overall I got everything I needed

I didnt realize you guys did frozen grocery pick up. I was amazed how easy it was to order and pick up. The service was fast and friendly as well!

Drive up option is perfect! Especially with little kids. It is fast and very convenient. I have never waited for more than 5minutes for an employee to come out to my car with my purchases. Definitely recommend using the drive up!

It is not too hard to find the items that you are looking for. Things are fairly priced. The cashier lines are not too bad. When looking for an item that may be out of stock on the shelves, the employees are extremely accomodating to see if any are in stock anywhere else in the store.

My shopping experience thru Target App is great, easy to find the deals, easy to find my stuffs to purchase, and the driveup service is fast. no need to wait, sometimes it prompts when you just get there.

The store manager at the time when I was there is awesome. She always goes above and beyond in customer service. Shes helpful in finding you anything that you need and always has a positive friendly attitude.

I have not been in a better Target store than the Target in Lathrop. The store is always clean and organized. The team is always helpful and friendly. They always seem to have just what I need.

Not answering the phone no matter what department Im calling. Ive been calling since 8:45pm & they dont close until 10pm & nobody answers the phone. WTH Target? I dont want to lose the Nintendo Switch console that I already paid for. Im in a wheelchair so I have to find a ride to go pick it up & Im calling you to make sure you dont return it because its been 3-days already. Again, Ive already paid for it & I dont want it refunded. Its really hard to find a Nintendo Switch console right now & I dont want to lose my chance. If I have to Ill take a bus from North Stockton to Lathrop tommorow.

I order a milk to pick up from here like at 3 pm Nd when I reach there they told me I can just get a 3 gallons only but I order 15 for whole week I have a 3 kids so I need for whole week this much I drive from other city bcoz my city target didn’t offer pickup Nd I have my kids with me so I don’t want go in with them really bad service so unhappy ☹️

I could not find what I was looking for? I asked 3 different target employees for help???They all were very friendly and very helpful be a use was still on the clock for a trucking company! Kudos to the very nice employees for helping me out when I was in a hurry to shop before I had to get back to work.

Fast, easy pick up

We always enjoy are visits to this target. The store sits on its own lot with no other stores nearby. It is mostly quiet and never too busy. It is your usual Target but more relaxing because it is not crowded. It is a better option to go to on Black Fridays as well when the Stockton Targets get too crowded. The only negative is the parking lot has a bit of trash everywhere.

I go in to target to get a printer that I need for work found 1 that was 59.99 a TR8520 it was on special or so I thought when I got to the register it was 115.99 so they page for price check no one comes so I go yep under the logo it had a tag 59.99 2 employees from electronics later they discovered some one out the tags in the wrong spot and then they said if you read the fine print this is not the printer but the big print seat it is I said no I am sorry sorry my $#@:^ and I left

I like our Target over most shopping experiences, unfortunately despite of noticing some faults in certain employees that seem to lack customer service skills. I have become dissapointed in not only contacting several supervisors, the manager and corporate. They do not seem to understand sometimes you do not get a second chance to make a first impression. They have an amazing staff, they however do not utilize them in the proper departments and they allow certain employees to not only converse amongst themselves but ignore the customers. That is a waste of time for consumers who happen to live in a Sleeper suburb. Long hours in commuting and the combined lack of Customer service does not attribute to a positive experience.

Too crowded, not enough check stands open. Got in line- checker needed change, Took a while for a supervisor to give her change, then she had to clean the checks stand. No acknowledgement like we will be right with you- just keep standing there after you have already waited this time.

Clean, friendly staff, starbucks inside, lots of parking. Overall great place to shop. I drive to this one instead of the one in my town because of the convenience of it being right off the freeway & all the other goodies i listed

I was looking for a full length mirror so I asked the associate if they had any because I didnt see any. She walked me to another section where they should be and explained that they had plenty in stock but since today was inventory day she would not be allowed to go get them! I couldnt believe she said that as isnt that why people come there to PURCHASE items? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Clean store. Usually pretty mellow since mostly people from the area but super convenient since right off the freeway. Staff are usually pretty nice at checkout but harder to find when actually shopping.

This Target is one of the few large scale shopping destinations that is directly in Lathrop itself, as it is a relatively small town and selection is good at this location for all kinds of various home necessities this location pulls high praise from me. Additionally store was clean and staff was friendly so they have that going for them too.If they had a better selection of tools and equipment (for mechanical, woodwork and basic home repairs) I would likely give them a higher rating but unfortunately if you are in need of something for most things mechanical this location will not suffice. If you need parts/tools for something you will need to head to a different type of store as the selection here is absolutely bare bones.

The electronics personnel were very helpful. They had one nintendo switch left as online said, and the employees noticed my urgency and immediately grabbed the device and rung it up. Tip top service, spot on fellas.

System kept failing and would not read the chip on our target card, they made us leave and call our card like we were broke, which we knew there was $ on it we called checked and there was money on the target card and when we came back they still had no way of helping us they refused to type the card number. Nobody had any customer service skills. We left with none of our items.

Big store next to Highway 5. Has a Starbucks inside in the lobby. Parking lot is immense as the rest of the shopping center has not been developed yet and its been several years.

Good prices & selection, however ordering is poor. Store runs out of certain products on a regular basis. This Target sells beer & wine but no liquor.

Always clean and well stocked.... even the parking lot is always clean. No baskets running wildly into cars.

A little disappointed, but getting used to this from the local Targets; go to order some food from the deli, and they are out of the item. Most times its the pizza, but this time it was the breadsticks. I tell the person I am willing to wait while they bake some, but she claims to be totally out. Like I said, very disappointed. Gave 3 stars because the place is clean and they are usually friendly.

Carts could use a cleaning and lots of empty shelf space but overall a good Target.

I came in one day and the lady running the pizza area had said all they had was popcorn😒. So I came in the next day and I see a sign that says the register is closed but they have their food out. So I ask one of the Starbucks ppl if they could ring me up here she automatically said no. As I was walking away she turned around and confirmed it with the other barista as if she wasn’t sure but sent me away anyway. If y’all are gonna have food out then sell it. If you aren’t going to sell it then close it all off then. So frustrating.
