I walked In the store. They asked questions to my visit and said they could help my particular situation. Ive been having difficulty with this problem so one hour wait time I was glad to do. I come back just for them to say they cannot help me. It was the same employee that said they could help me prior. If that was the case they could have just said from the start and not having me wait an hour just for some bs.

This is the second time I’ve been here and had issues. The staff are so unprofessional and had us waiting for an hour because there store was “too full” but when we came back it had they same amount of people. She couldn’t help us and then gave us an attitude when we asked questions about what we could do. I don’t recommend. I would just go an extra 10 mins to the Manteca t mobile because there is a high chance they won’t be able to help you.

Unfortunately sprint customer service rep over the phone made an appointment for me at this store to swap out a sprint SIM card but this store does not have sprint SIM cards. I will give my experience with Desiree a overall 5 because she was very apologetic and personable. That always goes along way with me 👍👍

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I have Never experienced anything like this company (well maybe with AT&T because they are terrible too). They are illegally charging my credit card now every two weeks because I paid a couple bills for someone. How they allowed someone else to authorize use of my credit card i have no idea. I was working when a smart watch was delivered and it ended up getting sent back to T mobile. Well, they saw they received it but would never send it back to me, even though they were charging me for it. I spoke to numerous people to have the watch sent back and no managers could help for some stupid reasons. How do I buy a smart watch, get it sent back and the company wont send it back to me but are still charging me for it??? I never got the product I paid for. I ended up having to buy another watch and they credited me about half of the charges. They lied to me through the whole process and these are not the only issues with this company. I would recommend using a different and cheaper phone provide that holds their employees to a higher standard of professional customer service.

Went in a couple months ago i had a really high bill and i talked to them told them my situation they were so helpful. The lowered down my bill hooked me up with a free tablet. Definitely 5 stars.

This store has some of the most unprofessional, untrained representatives who look like theyre earning a paycheck to do nothing, especially the barely high school graduate manager. Obviously since management lacks professionalism and knowledge it trickles down to the rest of the team working here. If you dont want to be treated with disrespect and uncourteous behavior than avoid this location altogether. For our small town of Lathrop this T-Mobile location is a disgrace.

Very pleasant 1st visit. Live in modesto, work in Lathrop. I was on time crunch and they were mindful of that. Just needed screen protector replacement. Quick and friendly staff. Will definately come back.

I used to go to the Manteca or Tracy TMobile and would always have to wait a while before being attended. Now that this store is in my hometown, it is very convenient as it is closer and there arent that many people waiting to be attended. The staff were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. If you are a TMobile customer, I highly recommend this store. If you arent a TMobile customer, I highly recommend giving them a chance. I have been with TMobile for 14 years and they have always taken care of me.
