It was easy to find, big sign showing where to enter, had to park to check in, put in dock quick, unloaded quick, lumper fee $178 for full trailer, no problems. They were nice and quick!

I always tell my company not to take these loads it’s not worth it. Almost always a rush so takes forever to check in and if you’re 5 minutes late they don’t want to pay detention but they will CONSISTENTLY keep you 6-7 hours AFTER your delivery appt no problem. “Rules for thee but not for me”. Lumper is one of the most expensive ive seen in the area. There’s too many good companies out there that will load/unload you in less then a hour, not worth it. If you’re going to book this load do the rest of us a favor and atleast ask for a more $$$.

Easy to go to dont go to early because its a waiting place they must fill up the other vans .....got there 1 h early and to wait for the gate personne to call us for to have a door at our appointment...5 houres to unload and the cost ouch ritzy lumpers man and it varies naturally if or not full load

Make sure right address 2400 W Louise Ave, Lathrop, CA 95330 along pretty fast unload for dry van not sure about reefer have plenty of space before checking overnight parking too out n inside too

Come here often to deliver. Sometimes theyre quick and fast with the unloading and paperwork, but other times, like today, theyre brutally terrible. Long wait for lumpers.

2 stars for parking, got there night before had 930 appointment, cecked in at 830 got door at 1120 and was finish unloading at 230 only had a half of trailer.

Not too bad of a place to deliver clean and wide places to turn around in. Would recommend also have a safety vest on, No vest No service. Thats their motto.

WORST PLACE EVER! Im a truck driver I and had to do a delivery here it was horrible. They dont care at all ugh! I was supposed to go get my delivery at 1:00 pm then I had plans to go home see my family and kids. Right? Wrong! They took nearly 6hours!! I went at 1:00 pm and they got done at around 7:10 pm. Horrible id never recommended going there

Can’t believe, very slow receiver and rude guards, I came here on 12/17/20 and my delivery time is 13:30 on 12/18/20, checked with guards three times and pass my appointment time & still not received call, now I am stuck on weekend, I made a huge mistake to take this load, it’s ok for company drivers, but owner operator it’s not worth it,to all owner operators think thousand time to take this company load..my first and last load for this company.. good luck.

This place is a joke and I have to give one star in order to make this review.What has happened to this place?I was scheduled for a 1 PM delivery and I arrived at 10:00 AM to check in.It is now 5:30 PM and I have still not gotten a door assignment thats four and a half hours after scheduled appointment time.This place would send me packing if I showed up late like this and it appears that they do not care about a delivery drivers time.I am going to try to do everything in my power to avoid delivering to this place ever again.Good luck, drivers, making your delivery here.

Christmas Eve. Appt at 1130, arrived at 1030Well, its 1400 and still waiting for a door. I still have to get a washout before the truck washes close for my next load.

HUGE facility lots of room to maneuver into your dock door. They have a pretty good size staging area (its on the right along the fence).

Nice professional people plenty of parking.

Ripped me off for two lumper fees. Put 130.00 on com check took it in early. Went to get paper work 5 hours different shift lady said I had not paid . Used own debit card just to get out of there. Scam artists. Now I have to jump threw hoops to try to get my money back. CAPSTONE you suck.

My appointment was 1pm dry load .I check in at 10:30 am. You can check in early, they have overnight parking outside. I got a door at 3;25 pm and I was out at 5:15 pm. They have parking inside if outside is full.Decide yourself. 4hrs plus. It’s like Walmart.

In and out 1-1/2 hrs. Check in guard shack, they will call when door available, back in door, check in receiving. When green get ppwrk at receiving. All guards and employees were friendly, easy back in- good place to deliver.

If you want good advice, try not to come here for delivery. I cant even give a star but theres a minimum one to post. Very much expect for delivery. 90% of posts are with bad reviews so it should give you some thought... Ive got almost five hours of hope to get out of here. I paid the lumper before I was unloaded, I thought Id save time but apparently thats not the problem. The problem is they dont care about the drivers and the time lost in the door...Over night parking available. Ive read reviews before but I didnt give importance, I said they couldnt hold me that long but I was wrong...

Bring food with you..they took 6 hours to unload me it was only 15 pallets

Im a long haul driver and I Im delivering food products here. And I must say that every one I have felt with have been very nice and pleasant. And a very good and friendly bunch of employees. Keep up the good work Super store. With all the head aches of driving. Its nice to deal with people that understand.

Not a good place to deliver a frozen load. The cold section is the worst. The dry side is very fast though. They will definitely give you a door at your appointment time. Not earlier regardless of availability or other drivers not showing up. My appointment was at 7.30am got out at 1.30pm. That was last week. Today my appointment was 11.30am, was given a door then and now it’s 3.10pm and nobody has touched the trailer!😡. Remember the refeer doors are open & temperature outside is 92*. So the refeer is just shouting coz it can’t maintain the temp. My advice, only come here when you have nothing else to do! Staff at the gate and lumpers are very friendly and organized. 👏👏👏. But the management 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Very slow

The facility is nice hence the 3 stars. After that it gets bad. There is no signage where to go to the shipping/receiving office which is in the back of the building even if you get a front dock assignment. Driver unload or lumper which isnt the end of the world but to take 4+ hrs to unload is a bit ridiculous considering the amount the fee was. Drivers area had a single bathroom and a single vending machine with no chairs or tables. People were friendly behind the glass and the lumper lady was friendly as well.

I showed up early since I only had 3 pallets to deliver. I was not able to get a door until my scheduled time though, even though there were plenty of open doors available. Any place that has lumpers will automatically receive less than 3 stars from me. These people use capstone. It cost $84 for 3 pallets. If that isnt a scam then nothing is. They only have dirty port o potties to use for the drivers. Not a driver friendly place.

The truck entrance is E Louise Ave, coming from I 5 north or south side take exit Louise Ave and pass McKinley Ave and go straight about 1 km and on your right side you can see truck entrance and security guard post .park there and go walking to security guard for check in

After checkin, unloaded for half an hour it pleases, the only negative is the toilets are very dirty, everything else is not bad

Very bad experience, had an appointment time, no unloading door available, when I got a door, another truck was already on it. Also have to pay a lumper fee of $199, or unload myself. Definitely not coming back here.

Im not sure why it takes so long to unload a trailer... Receiver clerk was friendly. Guards... not so much.

I work here and its great. Everyone is cool and nice. They appreciate their employees with luncheons and various get-togethers and events.

6 hours unloading, one of the worst places Ive ever delivered. It is amazing how these companies stay in business.

A place to park overnight! And you get a wake up call when there is a door ready for you.

Good place to deliver. You could park in driveway to sleep. Friendly people longest you follow the rules. Strict on appointments and potter potty for driver. Make sure go to restroom before.

Check in very easy, outside gate parking available, lumper or driver unload, long wait for repalletizing and counting product being delivered after unload.

Parking available after turning in towards gate. Walk up to check in. If your early the friendly guard will take your information and phone number calling you when its your turn. Very organized.

Slowest place I have ever been .lumper was quick but people checking it In don’t know what they are doing.want come back.1 star is to much.

Terrible Had appointment at 9 a.m. Came and checked on time .Unloaded at 2.30. Sóoo looong. At same time charged the lumpers. Bad business

Busy place for deliveries, get to gate at least 30 minutes or more to check in at gate.

I made it here 30 mins before my appointment time and have been sitting for 3 hours waiting to get unloaded... Very piss poor operation going on here!!! As a truck driver I only make money while driving and not sitting and I lose money on account of places like this because they make me late for my next appointment for which I acrue late fees!!!

3 hour in and out total. For a grocery warehouse really not bad.

Capstone lumpers need to clean up their language. I dont care if its a dock or not excessive foul language should not be tolerated. Other than the foul language they got me unloaded in a timely manner.

Capstone slow jumpers strikes again. These sloths make me late for my next pick up every time.As soon as I found out the lumpers were Capstone, I called my dispatch to bet money I would be late. They didnt take the bet, cause they knew I was right. SmhI wish businesses like Super Store, WinCo, etc., would stop working with Capstone.
