I have complained about a certain leak I have in my unit. Where a couple of my important documents ( certificate,etc ) got damaged,I was told I will receive a call, but a.call is yet to be made. Ive been with them for 3 years or more. I would expect a prompt response specially given that this is a serious matter. 1 star for not even giving an effort.

I have been a long time tenant at this location over 5 years couple years ago the lock was cut on my unit even though the rent was paid I was given another lock to replace it however with my lock was cut items were removed from much storage unit camping supplies buffers model cars Steve McQueen bullet video things only a man would be interested in Theres a camera mounted right outside of my unit when lock so cut on a storage unit its only because the unit goes up for auction By law the action near cantt energy unit the people who maintain the storage facility cant enter the unit people bidding on the unit cant enter Says my rent was paid theres no reason for the lock being cut therefore no one should have entered my unit I would like my items returned Heather you can give me a call you have my number thank you In addition if you need to run a truck I suggest you look at penske opposed to u-haul since theres a thief that works at that location you might want to look someplace else to store your stuff thanks a lot Everybody have a real good day.
