Best place to pickup load QUICK LOADING. But paper work will take about 30 mins. Check in 8 am out 10 am.... 2 hrs not bad

CH Robinson load of beer from Busch in Fort Collins, CO. 6:00 am appointment, office didn’t show up until after 7:00am. Then with 3 other trucks on the yard and 6 empty doors, told to come back at 1:00pm because they were TOO BUSY! Will not haul back to this place again.

3pm appt the day before Thanksgiving. Loaded and paperwork ready at 710pm. I checked in before 11am and was told check back in at 3pm which I did. My load was for Wal-Mart so they had to sticker each pallet which takes a while but still... Whats the point of appointments if the products arent ready to go on the truck at that time?3 stars for the nice young ladies in the office and 1 star for Papa Johns delivering from Manteca to make the long wait bearable! Porta potty mid lot for drivers use.

Good experience 2 times I’ve been their, one time delivering and 1 time picking up in and out within 1 hr. They have improved a lot from previous visits.

I arrived 10 mins before my appointment and their lunch break. When I tried to check in, they told me that my pick up number is incorrect. While broker tried to figure out whats wrong with the pick up number, the office staff went to lunch. Broker couldnt find any problems with pick up number. When I went to office to try to check in again, they said that my pickup number is correct (the same pickup number). After that, they gave docks to two other trucks that checked in after me and loaded them first even though I arrived first and had an earlier appointment. This company is extremely unorganized, has no work ethic and office staff is extremely lazy (there was a Mexican man at the front desk). Now I cannot get to my third pick up on time and have to way until tomorrow to get loaded.

Be prepared to wait and also jockey around to different docks to be loaded and there is no scale on site like brokers try tell you

Good luck getting loaded at this place. Bunch of idiots work here who could care less about what they do. You can sense that as soon as you walk into the building. I refuse to pick up a load here again.

Very pleasant delivery experience. Appt was at 1400 for beer, arrived at 0900, was in a door by 0930 and empty with signed bills by 1030.

Came for pick-up on appt .in and out in an hour. Nice

I would give 5 but that receiving sign by the street is deceiving. Went to deliver, followed sign just to be told to go to shipping side .well then take that damn sign down. Check in was easy..waited for a door ..unloaded pretty quick

Docks are kinda tricky but they get tu in & out as long as yu on time, I got 3hrs late & they ended up working me in which was awesome that I didnt have to come back another day.

In and Out in an hour . Appointment time at 16:00 .Driver arrive to facility at 15:30 and get dock at 15:50 . Truck loaded 33509 weight at 16:50 hrs. Hard workers . Thanks !!!!

Bad place if there is no star I would place 0 to them. Very rood, usually driver check-in office employee her name is Christina she is very ugly. I went there 5 minutes earlier at my appointment time she send me back to come again after 5 minute to check in. And she is doing bad impression to company.

This place sucks! 3 1/2 hours in the door and then 1 hour and 45 mind waiting for paperwork.

There are 2 warehousescheck in and they will direct you where to go.beer and beverage is on the south warehouse.

What kind of Idiocracy is this place?Been sitting here for hours and hours already and nobody cares to load us. Trailer been stucked on the door dock and yet no one open the door on the dock. This is the most stupid place we ever have to pick up a load. We asked people inside and they seemed to know nothing what is going on. Cant even hardly explain us to how come they not load us. Why set an appointment when you never do your work on time. 5:30 pm and now already 8pm not doing anything. What a Dimwit.Full of moron here! Cant get done, 6 hours been passed already. This is really ridiculous! If only theres a below negative here. Stupid company. Worst of the worst! Unorganized, slow and dumb!

Don’t know about the bad reviews but I’ve been here two times already and both times they loaded me in about 1 hour. Also if broker says both drivers need to be there for team load, you don’t have to both come. They don’t ask.

Delivered load on this place. Appointment time at 2:00pm. Empty at 3:30pm. Empty in 1 hour 30min.They don’t allow to use restroom to drivers in building but Portable restroom in parking lot.

Waiting forever for the forklift driver to get started on removing 22 pallets of wine from my truck so I can get home and start my long deserved weekend. 3 hours so far.
