While the service was on time and the guy was professional, he said he didnt have the parts he needed (6 clips to hold the engine splash shield in place). After an hour, he had temporarily fixed the issue with a coat hanger. I went to the dealer to buy the parts and they said no parts were needed to complete this repair. Dealer fixed the problem with no parts and at no cost, even for labor, because it took under 15 mins to fix. Maybe this was a unique situation, but this guy just couldnt see that the 6 clips were already there on my car.

Ron came out on a SUNDAY and replaced a HARD to get to starter on my Hyundai. Life saver!! Super nice guy and easy to work with. Very professional work at a reasonable price. 👍👍👍
