Yes I have a lot of my own hair, but I love this place, their human hair wigs are so cute and very inexpensive that I buy a lot of wigs here because I like to look like a new woman ever so often, and with their prices thank goodness I can.

Before you purchase a last unit, the unit was 39.99 so its supposed to be 39.99 minus 10% right?! Wrong they add the tax first then subtract the 10% it comes out to 38.99 which we all know thats not 10%!

Good Place, Helpful Service People

I love Beauty Exchange. I go to any store in Fort Lauderdale, even drove 3 hours to Orlando to get some products that were only available there. Everyone at the stores are extremely friendly and helpful. My favorite store is the store by Lauderhill Mall because when I go there I get kisses and hugs from the employees. 😂They truly go above and beyond to help me. My family loves this store as well. You guys are beyond amazing. I love the customer service that I get from each staff, even manager. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💋💋. I’m forever your customer and I refuse to shop elsewhere for my beauty products. 😂

Need more help and workers that no what their doing

The only store I found that had the braiding hair I wanted with the cheapest price. 3 for $5 vs 2.99 across the street. Sales prices on wigs are usually good. 4 stars because the store is too small.and sometimes you cant find someone to help with the wigs and if you do sometimes they have an attitude.

Seriously the only hair store you need ... its worth the drive, has everything and even good and helpful customer service. Ill be coming here only, 3rd hair store I tried today. And 4th since yesterday. This beats elegant beauty supply.

Employee was very rude, I asked to tried a wig she took a deep breath and also attitude expression. Then shewalked away and called another worker to take her place. These girls do not have any customer service skill. Prices was great and a pleasant environment.

It was ok just dont like when one person tells you 1 price another tells you a different I thought the customers is always right thats what I was told coming up working in a retail store wow.

The manager Adam blatantly called me a liar saying I exchange a new item for an old one. The item had rust on it and I wanted an exchange, and it is was in the time frame of 5 days and I had my receipt. After such a terrible experience, I went to another store were they took it back and gave me an exchange. I hope the corporate office will teach customer service to your workers as we are the ones that keep your store running.P.S. This was the first time I had to return something to that store after shopping there for 5 years. This happened at store #2 God bless you.

I had coupon sale person will not honor it told me I have to person purchased something else. The coupon didnt say you have to purchased another items. Cashier making their on rule. I will never go there again. Lost a customer.
