I value my time so I don’t write reviews about businesses unless I’m absolutely “delighted”. This experience was one of those. My friend was in the market for a new mattress and she was initially going to purchase online, but I suggested it would be best to actually try it out. I googled brick-and-mortar stores in the area and Mattress Firm popped up. I saw that it was highly rated so we went and had what has to be one of the best buying experiences ever. The store manager “G” was quite welcoming when we walked in. He asked how he could be of service and told us about the promotions they had going (which on their own were quite good by the way). He let us try a few of the beds out and was never “pushy”. G was very cordial and professional and didn’t “hover” so it was quite a comfortable experience. Their promo included adjustable bases for free but we wanted regular ones which cost $269 each. We asked what he could do for us and he gave us the same deal! My friend bought two mattresses and I went ahead and got two myself. G said he’s our sleep expert now 😊. If you ever need new mattresses and want someone who aims to provide the most delightfully positive customer experience, G’s your man. Thank you so much G for the incredible service! My husband and I were the market to get a new mattress. We went and we were well educated by sales person Adam! He took his time, listened, and carefully assessed our needs! He was very knowledgeable on the products and made us feel welcomed and at ease before we made our decision to purchase. He allowed us to take our time and try the products thoroughly! I researched the Sealy Norman, which is a posturepedic hybrid. He had me lay down in different positions to make absolutely sure that I was comfortable. I also chose the Ease 3.0 for the adjustable bed base. I was given the utmost professional service. They really are the sleep experts.

His knowledge of all the different mattresses was extensive, and he was extremely patient while I went back and forth between two different mattresses for quite awhile. Just because you can buy a mattress online doesn’t mean you should. Thought I wanted one thing reading about different mattresses online but after laying and touching them, I went for something completely different. Although apprehensive about leaving my condo to go buy a mattress (and touching/laying where numerous others have) this location smelled and looked sanitized, has plenty of parking, and a great/varied selection of mattresses to choose from. Fred was really nice, knowledgeable, funny and attentive.. never felt like I was being sold to. I definitely recommend 👍🏾

I left this store a bit unsure if I would purchase a mattress there or not. They offered me a quote and took my information - BIG MISTAKE! The next day I am getting tons of spam text messages and phone calls. They sold my cell phone number and more than likely my address so I am sure I can expect a ton of junk mail now because of them. If you arent purchasing from them, I advise you not to give more information than you need to.

Fred and Zoila were extremely professional. Although Zoila was the salesperson I nteracted with most, Fred was also an integra part of the sale. He didnt try to up sell anything to us, but just told us what we were looking for and gave us the information as we asked. Very very friendly!! The process was very easy. We walked out with 3 mattresses total and 3 pads. In and out in about an hour from start to finish, including financing. Angela was also very friendly! I would recommend this store hands down if youre looking for a new mattress.

Walked in intending to purchase the cheapest King mattress they had, Im not particularly picky when it comes to things like this. We were greeted at the door by the store manager, Matthew Spence, and within 3 minutes my mind was completely changed without even realizing it -- he was that good. Matthew is extremely knowledgeable. He assists in a way that isnt overwhelming and pressuring. He walked us through a number of mattresses and explained the pros and cons to each.
