Terrible service, owner Richard reed is extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy . Shows up to your home unannounced after work hours In a gated community to discuss billing .Takes advantage having access to your personal security . Monitoring when and when you don’t able or disable your alarm. Company should definitely shutdown. If could give company negative stars I would gladly.
