Bad customer service from yvette & stacy ann had the worst attitude they both ignored me & then said what like they did not want to be bothered wawa needs to do better training their employees at this location i order 3 tuna fish sandwiches i wanted to ask a question & they ignored me when i said hello i live wawa but this location was a bad experience

Wawa is a great place to get free air for your tires. You can also get gas ⛽ if its cheap enough. This particular Wawa is a hangout for teens (school near by). The issue with this Wawa is that its small and cramped compared to others. But the real reason to visit the Wawa is for the food! I ordered an Italian sandwich (it was thick too) and I was completely surprised at how good it was. Also, at this Wawa you must purchase your cup in order to use the self-service drinks at this time due to covid-19. The ice coffee is amazing too.

Why is this like this? I pulled up next to this pump station and I was pretty concerned there wasn’t even an out of order sign or tape around it.UpdateIt’s super agitating to be at this location. There’s shears people everywhere, it’s hard to breathe. Staff is so so or rude.

I had an Uber delivery to pick up, it wasnt in the picky up tray and nobody let me talk to explain the situation because there was a confusion with that order and I had to cancel it after I tried the 3rd person to talk but they interrupted me saying things I already did. When I told her to let me explain, she got back and left.

Wow, what a difference between afternoon and evening shifts here at this Wawa location. I have been going into this Wawa for the past few months and have enjoyed their subs and panini sandwiches. The first couple of months were great, I would go get a custom panini or sub every couple of days and was even guided by one of the managers on how the special order/instructions button worked, so that I can fully have my meal costumed to enjoy it the way I would like. As I stated, the first couple months were great, up until this last month. Not only has the quality of the meals gone down, but the customer service has become very lazy, standoffish and for what every reason, “the food area associates get upset if you ask them a question. The last few times I have gone in, it was after 4 or 5:00 pm and they just completely ignore the special order given to them and the sandwich quality was so bad, I had to toss it after the first bite. It really sucks when a few associates just stop caring about their job, because they either hate their job and/or duties or let their personal stuff gets in the way. It is really a shame Wawa; your evening shift employee’s needs a massive training overhaul. In the meantime, anyone looking for a good meal at Wawa in the evening time, I would not go to this location.

I love WAwa ever since I’ve lived up north this Wawa I walked in the employees were talking amongst themselves while I’m standing there I wasn’t greeted lots of attitude horrible customer service on 10/25/2021 around 12:45 my smoothie was disgusting 🤢 I went back and the girl at the smoothie station made my smoothie over because I just could not drink that disgusting smoothie and she was quite friendly

Good food but the air pumps though! Can someone get them fixed at this location???! Neither of them worked! Disappointing...

This is a new location, but its starting off in the wrong foot. They were under staffed and overly busy. The young girl who cashed me out however was really sweet & handled herself well (she is the reason for the 4th star).Hopefully, this location works out the kinks... even if they dont... you cant beat the gas prices lol

Stopped in to get a Moca and gas as I do 6 days a week here! I paid and then put a full tank of gas in as I always do. I went back in and saw my moca just sitting in the blender but I continued to paitently wait. After 9+ mins i asked about it and Amia got a nasty additude when l asked for my drink that had been sitting in the blender for 9+mins. All Amia had to do was pour it in a glass but had seemed to have left it just sitting in the blender while she continued to make other orders that were 2mins old. Then instead of just saying Im sorry she continued to be loud and talk over me. Needless to say I got my drink 13 min. later and left! This will be the last time I visit this Wawa!

Andrew has the most amazing costumer service ever, if I was rich I would steal him from Wawa and hire him as my own personal chef

Came last night around 915 an purchase a vanilla coffee I like marshmallows in my coffee. I didnt see any out so I asks the cashier at the shake station for items was told there was any.ok so I said ok so Im sitting outside drinking my coffee and here she comes and pulls our marshmallows from the cabinetBad customer service to lazy to go get it so she lies about it very disappointed

Excellent service and quality. The made-to-order food is always fresh and delicious! The prices are also very reasonable. Also, did you hear about the “Secret Menu”? ;-)

The food was good but they didn’t have change for 20$ so I had to leave without my change and it felt like I was robbed it’s crazy for a multi million dollar company to not have any money in their stores

I went there to fill my tires with there free pump..I give them credit for free air pump but there was a brown out an hour before and the pump while appearing to go on and be working was actually not filling the tire and before I realized my tire was flat..it was dark and when I went in to ask them they knew and said they put caution tape on it?? Why not out of order or turn it off? There are 2 pumps and it fooled another guy too.

Honestly I want to leave zero stars but the least it is allowing me to leave is one. From the management down to the poor attitude of the employees and lack of knowledge and understanding of how the products are supposed to be made / taste, everything about this locations SCREAMS “my managers are too lazy to teach us the proper way to serve quality over quantity!” The only good worker here is the night supervisor who always has a good attitude and friendly smile and knows how to make a sandwich properly. Shame on this location for giving the amazing Wawa a bad reputation!

Most Wawa Stores are very nice and we frequently visit them but, this particular location is not in the best area and the milkshakes we bought tasted like chocolate pudding! The store was completely chaotic inside and there were older teenagers or young guys in their 20s hanging out on the side of the building walking back & forth looking through the windows of the store and in the parking lot which made it uneasy due to the time of night. We definitely will not be back to this location.

LOL the tire pump at every single wawa is always broken. Its like a glitch in the matrix... They stay broken for months.

As someone who frequents multiple Wawa locations at home in NJ, I can tell you...this one is excellent. Love the new design with the area outside where you can eat. Inside was clean, and had all the usual Wawa fare: coffee, subs, pastries, gum, tobacco, etc. Gas prices are fair for the area. Staff was courteous. They could have made the parking lot bigger though.

Worse gas station ever. Waste of time to come to this places. When you need to get gas like normal person don’t go here you gonna spend 20 minutes or more waiting for the lady of the register decide how to do her job.

When i went wawa deli i noticed employees not changing gloves in between orders also touching other objects . That can cause cross contamination.I brought the matter up to Kim store GM she was very rude and asked i was buying anything . I go to Wawa every day but not anymore after speaking with Mike from corporate he said and i quote that is there protocol. So bascially the clerk wearing gloves can go the bathroom or storage room and not change gloves and i have seen it first hand. CANNOT BELIEVE THIS BEWARE...

This was my first visit. I was impressed by the appearance and cleanliness of the store, outside & inside. The manager was courteous and accommodating. The food was fresh and was of good quality. Would recommend and will revisit this store.

Counting on Wawa when I had 10 miles left in gas. Pulled up at 9:00am. A sign was post pumps closed. I asked the gentleman who is a subcontractor, he wqs rude and non-empathatic. I spoke to the mgr she had the same attitude. So I called corporate. Number and the recording stated only emergency phone calls were being taken at this time. Told me to login to mywawa rewards or something. Shame on you Wawa!!! I have been counting on tou for my morning coffee, bringing my family for lunches, hanging out after church. Looks like I will be reconsidering because of the customer experience I have encountered from the streets to castle. Shame on you!!!

Love this wawa depending on who is working honestly because sometimes the food and drinks are great then other times no refund please. They were the best.

This location is awful. This was my first time going to a Wawa and couldnt understand why people were so excited they were coming here. Then I went to the one on Commercial and 94th and couldnt believe what a huge difference there is. It looks like they hire anyone that can sign an application. Employees are rude and move in slow motion at this location.

Staff is not keeping this store very clean. Management is fine with that. Was really excited to have a Wawa open near me but I do not patronize this store after seeing how it is being run.

This store is always a problem, something is always broken or not available. Even though it is the closest convenience store to my home we go somewhere else, we have wasted so much precious time coming here to find out that the soda was out, there was no ice, machine is broken, it is always something!

Wawa the company is amazing and the staff here is so sweet and courteous however; this particular location has kids hanging around the store after school for hours sitting in the store hallway area charging the phones and hanging out. I understand what it’s like to be a tennager and to be in high school but all the traffic makes the inside of the store to not be neatly kept.

The food is ok, I do have to say the muffins are big and tasty. Other than that it’s meh. Another thing the gas is priced extremely cheap compared to the other gas stations around the area.

Worst wawa ever not sure they understand customer service, inventory controle is a concept they definitely have a problem grasping. Message to corporate long wait times and long lines at the cash, short staffed or incompetence?

Notice every comment is about the food. As a gas station it is not good. Seems like many people park at the pumps and go inside to eat. I have seen cars sitting at the pump for 10 minutes. The management doesnt even care. The pumps are slow and the hoses are so short you need to park directly in front of the pump. Not a pleasant experience if you just want to get gas.

Brand New Location. Its just opened and everything has been built and designed very well and is very modernized bothin looks and thru the touchscreen ordering stations where you make all of your made-to-order food and drink selections where you can make your own custom orders without ever speaking to anyone.

Great staff! Best place to full your tank, about 10 cents less than most gas stations nearby.

Im a chef. WaWas standards are significantly less than they are up north. Like ordering a small Mac n cheese and a 6 and the Mac container isnt even remotely full and the hoagie looks like trash. As someone froyn Philly that is also a chef, this location makes WaWa look stupid in terms of their consistency. I keep going, because I like WaWa as a late night meal or snack and I was super excited when WaWa expanded to here, but if you are going to hire lazy employees that dont care about consistency and quality then why even bother?

I am a loyal Wawa consumer, but am outraged that the managers at this location are holding all the cups hostage as you must justify to them the size of cup you need and for what prior to being provided a single cup. Mind you this has been ongoing for months.

Sorry this Sunday at 9 am I went to have coffee with my wife to meet him at the WAWA enterprise in Lauderhil I bought a jig and came with hair and took the manager he did not apologize and just told me thanks I found it absurd and gave me back my money but did not like much about what happened.
