The staff is professional and friendly. The gym has a lot of room and different machines for all body types. Good energy and its located in a very convenient place right off 441. I dont see a lot of people that go to gym to laugh at the top of their lungs like its a night club and flirting all over the place. Its quiet and professional Great place to workout, focus and clear your mind.

One of the best massage therapists I’ve ever found! His experience and insights on muscles and the body, combined with his awesome skills, makes for a massage that is amazing. Highly recommended him!

I usually attend the Youfit in Sunrise on University as it is closest to home for me, however in the last two weeks I have committed to attending a Zumba class offered on Saturday morning by the same instructor that has class on Thursday and Friday nights in Sunrise!! This instructor in phenomenal!! You can tell that she is truly dedicated to what she does and loves teaching!! Wish she had more classes!! Never thought I would enjoy Zumba as much as I do now!!

The staff is friendly and engaging. I work out two times with my trainer Myron who caters to fitness needs and keeps me motivated and wanting to come back because the sessions are never boring!

Great gym lots of space didnt like that they change the staff love the staff that was there from the beginning that made this gym what it is today they worked well together.

The staff is great the ops manager Elena and the front desk staff Corey are truly helpful with smiling a face when you come in. The Youfit Trainer Myron and Angellka are great at assisting with your fitness goals.

New gym but already a mess. Machine not working ...1 young girl at the front extremely rude: I resigned my membership cuz I couldn’t take her rude way and it’s just been opened. Not welcoming at all. Had to change of gym.
