Very nice, quick, helpful, and thorough! Also have some of lowest prices in the area for the nicest trailers (we went to about 7 different places between laurel and Hattiesburg). I honestly don’t believe we could’ve found a better mobile home company to go with!

Have lived in my home for 4 months now and it is still not finished. Workers come out and do a little, say some things are not there job. According to Evan he is told they are finished. Workers act surprised its not been finished yet. Painter came out after about 3 months, didnt finish and hasnt been back. Took 3 months to finally get skirting installed. Evan acts like its the Workers, Workers act like its Evans fault. Dont know whos telling the truth if there is any. Heard from Deer Valley a month ago saying they will take care of us but beginning to wonder. At this point I would stay clear of Laurel Home Center and Deer Valley, if anything changes and my home gets finished I will update my review. Update been in my home 9 months now and still not finished. Deer Valley did send their crew out and was pleased with their work.

At the beginning of this process, I had no doubt in my mind that I had made a mistake in purchasing a home from this company. However, it wasn’t until my husband and dad met Evan, where I begin to feel hope. Evan turned a stressful situation into something that was less stressful. With Evan, we didn’t have to worry about anything. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the home of our dreams, unlike Justin. He communicated effectively and frequently throughout this process, not to mention he was a man of his word. Mobile home companies need more people like Evan who go out of their way, providing the best service with the best workers, to get the job done! Go to Laurel Home Center and ask for Evan! He’s awesome!

The salesman was very nice and helpful.. But I feel very Gypped, the people that set my Mobile home up did horrible job!! The floor isn’t put down right and the trimming is coming off the walls. And they didn’t bother to finish some of the work. The mobile home isn’t even settling down right, I spent a lot of money on my house and I know I could have gotten something way better.. I have my Mobile home for almost a year now and I’m ready to traded in.. I don’t believe I would ever Buy from southern colonial homes again!
