I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience with ANY Advance Auto store, but today was especially exceptional. A young lady named Zoe came to my rescue, helping me to pinpoint some items l needed to brighten my interior, while also ensuring my exterior stays beautiful, as well. Her personality is an awesome fit for the environment, so thank you so much, Zoe. Know that you made the difference for me today, and in the vernacular of my people, You go, girl.

Had to buy a new battery! Last one lasted 4 1/2 years. They checked the charging system and put in new battery! Now I am good to go!

This place is nice and all, its local. I just wish I can get some answers on the questions I have without somebody asking me what year make and model it is and what size motor I have in it. Itd be really nice if they could actually hire somebody that knew something about mechanics rather than just kids out of high school, they do have a nice selection of too bad the people that work here dont really know that much about it. There is one man that has a decent amount of knowledge about Automotive however thats just one person than a whole Fleet of employees so just show up at the right time of day when hes working I guess. Other than that an auto parts store is an auto parts store like an auto parts store theyre all about the same. If you want professional advice go to a real mechanic or maybe even a dealer. PS. I almost guarantee you that if you asked if they sold air fresheners they would ask you what your year make and model is.
